This Hermès is located at The Royal Hawaiian, and their window display is what caught my eye while we were walking around. The store is spacious, bright, and a selection that is well-curated. The SAs are friendly and helpful! +friendly SAs +located at The Royal Hawaiian

My favorite Hermès location and I have the most wonderful SA! I always make a point to see him whenever I'm in Hawaii and he has helped me with lots of purchases. I love how big and bright this store is. I've been to the Ala Moana location but that one is a bit darker. My SA Elvin has always been friendly and treated my partner and I nicely. We've been to other locations across the US where they treat you so rudely. Elvin always responds quickly via text and he has made some of my wishes come true! Will be back soon!!

High end. High class. Great quality. Great location with real quality. Appreciate the window art and design of the store. Touch of Hawaii and all Hermès! The name speaks for itself.

Great service and follow up from Ellie for the past few months. We were looking for bracelets that would fit my itty bitty wrist which was proving to be incredibly difficult. However, Ellie was patient and didn't give up. During our most recent trip this month, we finally found success in the form of the Kelly Gourmette. So in love w/ my new bracelet! We were also lucky to find a pair of the Day Sneakers in my size (35). Another thing to note - the service is better here compared to the Ala Moana store. The SAs at Ala Moana didn't want to help us because we were dressed down - like hello, we're tourists in Hawaii so of course we would be dressed casually.

This is a lovely store at the Royal Hawaiian shopping center. Derrick is my SA and he is absolutely wonderful! He will find me what I want. We are always treated wonderfully when we shop here. We are given sparkling water and taken to a private area so me and my girlfriends can shop! Parking is validated. The store has multiple floors, clean bathrooms, and wonderful displays. You can sample a fragrance in their restroom. If you go here ask for Derrick you won't be disappointed!

This review is based solely on my experience with the staff during my visit today…read more I've shopped at Pink Box multiple times in the past and have never had any issues, which is why this experience was disappointing. My mom and I stopped in because she was looking for earrings. She had mentioned before that Pink Box has cute selections at reasonable prices, so we decided to browse. While she was looking at earrings and pointing out styles she liked, I was helping her look through them. For context, I don't even wear earrings since I have large gauges, so I wasn't shopping for myself in that section. Afterward, I moved over to the claw clips and was looking through some butterfly clips to see if they came in matching colors. A sales associate approached us and asked if we needed help. We politely said no thank you and continued browsing. What made us uncomfortable was that after that interaction, the employee remained very close to us and appeared to be watching us the entire time. When we moved to a different area, she followed. Whether intentional or not, it felt as though we were being monitored because she suspected we might steal something. My mom and I both noticed it, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable. We are paying customers who have visited this store before and have never given anyone a reason to be suspicious of us. I understand that retail employees have a job to do, but there is a difference between being attentive and making customers feel like they're under surveillance. Unfortunately, because of that experience, we didn't feel welcome during our visit.

The whole store is made up of Hawaiian themed merchandise. There were jewelry, cards, body care items and tons of clothes. They have some really cute items. I went in and out of the dressing rooms a few times while trying on outfits, and none of them had a basket or spot for purses. Each time I had to hang my handbag on a hanger with the clothes, since I refuse to put my handbag on the dirty ground. Finally, the very last dressing room I tried did have a basket at the bottom, which was much better. The clothing and jewelry are adorable -- some even look handmade -- and I did buy a few outfits and a cute pair of earrings. Prices are on the higher side, but the pieces are unique and eye-catching, so if you're looking for something different, it might be worth it. Unfortunately, checkout brought the experience down. Since I didn't need a bag, the sales associate handed me my clothes directly, but forgot my earrings. I didn't notice until I was halfway home. I tried looking everywhere for a phone number -- Yelp, the Ala Moana directory, the internet -- and couldn't find one. The only number I found just rang with no answer. So instead of calling, I had no choice but to drive all the way back through traffic. When I arrived, the sales associate saw me, handed me the earring, and said she was "going to text me." No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience" -- nothing. Considering they have my number from the rewards program sign-up, that was disappointing. Overall, Sugar Sugar is a cute boutique with stylish pieces, but expect boutique pricing and limited dressing room amenities. The service could use improvement, especially when mistakes happen.

A lot of the items, such as their various stickers, are reasonably and fairly priced -- more so than other similar shops. Vivid print quality too. Shopping in Chinatown, Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. My mom was on the hunt for Year of the Dragon shirts for my sister in Colorado, my nephew, and my nieces. We went to Walmart, Don Quijote, Dillingham Shirt Outlet, and Maunakea Street in Chinatown. She found shirts at Jessica's Jewelryand Gifts, but she didn't get a shirt for my nephew's girlfriend. In a panic, mom called me to go back to Jessica's. They were sold out. Only XL gray shirts were left. I entered Maunakea Marketplace, where I had dropped her off the other day, but she didn't walk far enough in... to get to YaFangShi Fashion. On the day before Lunar New Year, I saw many shirts of various colors and different designs hanging outside a shop! Inside, the clothes were neatly folded, and the dresses were hanging for better viewing. OMG... It was like t-shirt heaven! The shop was called YaFangShi Fashion. The friendly owner introduced herself and said that her name was Lian and that she's been here for 24 years! I had passed by often... and even bought a lavender-colored Cony umbrella, but didn't know the name of the shop. Looking around, Lian even had dresses, tops, jackets, footwear, accessories, and pants! I got a navy blue, medium-sized Year of the Dragon shirt for my nephew's girlfriend and gave it to mom to give to her on Lunar New Year. Everyone was happy! Yay! Happy Lunar New Year of the Wood Dragon!
