Decent food, good prices, friendly staff. Grilled pork is good but I wish it was a bit less dry.

I did a DoorDash pickup and ordered the classic banh mi and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee Food: - Classic Banh Mi was pretty good. It's a solid option if you find yourself having a banh mi craving like I did. Portion sizes was decent and it was packed well. Bread was nicely toasted and the sauce used was pretty standard. I would order again. (4/5) - Vietnamese Iced Coffee was subtly creamy which I enjoyed. It was definitely strong and kept me alert for a long time. Not too sweet either which is my preference. (4/5) Service: - Quick and fast. I got my order within 10 min of placing it. - No complaints here! Ambiance: - No seating, definitely very small and cramped - More of a grab your food and go type of places - Almost kind of hole-in-the-wall, family-run business I'll come back!

Ordered a couple of sandwiches (the classic with pate, ham, and roasted ground pork, and the shredded white meat chicken) and some spring rolls from Henry's recently when I was craving Vietnamese food and banh mi. The quality of the sandwiches was good - lots of filling, fresh vegetables and meats, nice texture to the bread - and prices were very reasonable. The meat had a little less flavor than some other places I've ordered from before, but I would still get either sandwich again. I ordered the fried spring rolls expecting them to be cha gio, but they tasted like the vegetable spring rolls you'd get at any Chinese takeout place instead, which was a little disappointing. I would skip those on any future order. Overall, the banh mi was good. I like some other places nearby better, but I would get them again. I would sub something else for the spring rolls though.

These bahn mi sandwiches didn't feel overly heavy and greasy and came with a lot of veggies (carrots, daikon radishes, cucumber, cilantro). The meat was really well done and tender, and definitely a great place for bahn mi. You have the option of doubling your meat portions if you need more protein. All sandwiches come with butter, mayo, and are served on a toasted French baguette. The wait time is a little long if you're ordering by delivery, so definitely take into account arrival time! What we ordered: Shredded chicken sandwich Classic sandwich (pate, vietnamese ham, roasted ground pork)

    The perfect bowl of pho.

Hanco's and 5ive Spice who? This is my favorite bowl of pho in Brooklyn and a very integral part of my regular delivery rotation. I almost always get the tofu pho with the beef broth (I'm not a vegetarian... I just really love their tofu!) and it's DELICIOUS. The broth is light and clean but with an incredibly complex flavor. The tofu is prepared perfectly, and adds a nice sweetness to the bowl. They package everything incredibly well - generous portions of noodles and your protein in one container; fresh herbs, thinly sliced onions, bean sprouts, and fresh lime for squeezing in another; and of course the incredible broth in a quart container, which is perfect for leftovers (because even with my very hefty appetite, I've never been able to finish a bowl in one sitting!) They also provide a few sauces, including extra hot sauce whenever I ask (I always ask), and a great soup spoon. I also order the papaya salad pretty regularly, which is also incredible and SO refreshing. Their dressing is amazing! Delivery is always SUPER quick and as I mentioned, well packaged, and the delivery guys are super nice. The store front is teeny, but when I've popped in to get things to go the workers have been very pleasant. But I generally stick to takeout here.

Was craving banh mi and found this place. Ordered the classic banh mi and the grilled pork one. The classic one was better than the grilled pork. The grilled pork was very rubbery and fatty. The service was good and speedy in store. Their sandwiches were not bad, had a good amount of veggies and meat, but not my favorite banh mi place in the neighborhood.

This "neighborhood restaurant" is easy to pass by when you're walking around South Slope. I've probably passed their spot several times, not knowing how great their sandwiches are. Finally decided to stop by because I didn't feel like walking much further from their "competition". There are a couple Vietnamese spots a few blocks away in a more attractive location, but Henry's Bahn Mi knocks them out of the park. Great price too!

    Classic banh mi.

Solid, perfectly stuffed sandwiches, with crunchy bread holding all the goodness inside. The Shrimp rolls have a little too much noodles and not enough veggies. More lettuce and a few mint leaves with make this roll EXCELLENT! Delivery is always nice and quick. The place is small and food prep area is visible when you walk in. Every looks really clean and organized.

The aunties are mentioned often in other reviews, and that's because they're amazing. They'll gladly explain what you need, especially when it comes to the super tasty (and extremely inexpensive) deserts that populate racks and the drink fridges here. Some are sweet, some are sour (the deserts, that is), they'll let you know. Honesty since a cake here is $5, you can afford to try everything! How on to the main reason that you came, the Banh Mi. You literally can't go wrong with any of the eight main sandwiches here. I've tried them all so you don't have to, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't. The bread is crispy, the ingredients are super fresh, and the tastes combine perfectly. The decor is perfect for this kind of spot. No frills. There are three tables and a bunch of chairs. It's exactly what I want in a takeout type place. They concentrate on the food. So, to wrap this one up. Go. I'd say that I'll be back, but I've been coming here for years. If you haven't, it's time to start.

All four dishes were delicious, and I would highly recommend the spring rolls and beef pho. The beef pho broth had deep flavor, and the noodles had a great, chewy texture and were different from the typical pho noodles in Vietnamese restaurants. The pho is also served with their homemade sriracha and hoisin sauce. The beef slices in the pho were a bit dry and overcooked, but I would still recommend you try the pho here; it was delicious. The spring rolls were big and packed with filling. We really enjoyed them! The fish lettuce wrap platter and pork skewer platter were exactly the same with the exception of the protein. The platters come with rice paper wrappers that you dip into water for 30 seconds, lettuce, mint, basil, cilantro, pickled radish and carrot, and cucumbers. The platters were good but also seems like something you can easily make yourself at home. The fish was a bit dry and overcooked, but the pork skewers were well made. Although I really enjoyed the food here, it wasn't special enough for me to want to return to dine here. Service: Service was excellent, and staff were friendly. At 5pm, we were the first party of 2 to arrive, and soon after, three other parties came after us. I'm not sure why the hostess chose to seat all four parties in one small corner of the restaurant while the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. Tables were placed very closely together, and seating was a bit tight. It seemed odd to seat everyone in one corner even when the restaurant was clearly not filling up. Ambiance: The ambiance and decor is lovely here. Seating is very comfortable, and the place is beautiful. It's well-lit and has a nice outdoor garden feel with plenty of sunlight. The restaurant is pretty big with tables for both small and large groups. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant!

I got the pho which I feel like it's a 3/5. The noodles were good, bouncy and chewy. Other than that, I feel like the price is too high to justify the meat and the broth. The broth and meat feels like I could get this elsewhere for $15 max but the price doubled here. I'm sure there are other dishes that are good, but this review is only for the pho.
