They have the,ed nights like taco Tuesday and wine Wednesday. Hookah and karaoke is available in a separate area away from the dining area. Owner comes around and likes to talk to people he hadn't seen before in the restaurant and get there opinions and thoughts on the service and food. Went here with a small group and order a few apps. Ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, shrimp and chicken fried rice, broccoli bowl with chicken, wings and Mac and cheese. I only tried the wings ( very good), shrimp and chicken fried rice (good flavor but the tail on the shrimp always irritates me). I ordered a bowl of the cream of crab. A bit salty and a little too many crushed up shells for me. I wanted a ribeye steak but they didn't have anymore so I got the t bone. It was cooked exactly how I wanted it (medium rare). Every bite was flavored well. My old fashion was strong and good. I will be going back to try more on the extended menu.

The owner even surprised my husband and I with a bottle for our celebration. I highly recommend having your next event at Noir or even coming out to enjoy all that Noir has to offer ( brunch, lunch, dinner, nightlife, live music etc)

I knew this spot to be mostly Caribbean and Afrikan. It gets crowded after midnight but a comfortable crowded. Drinks weren't to pricey. I drank fruit punch. I wanted to check the place out sober. The bartenders were okay. Not to talkative just made drinks pretty much. I was a bartender so having conversation helps you make tips . I would come again. I mean it's up the road and who wants to always fight for parking downtown. The ox tails were okay. I like the food and atmosphere. I never been inside the smaller bar they have Next door during the week but I know that is the original location. Give it a try. I felt safe and there was no fighting or drama. I seen under 30 men and women and it was fun and not ratchet at all.

Environment was clean, not too crowded and lighting/special effects were perfect. Drinks were good and not overpriced. Cover charge was 5 bucks. I really enjoyed myself and so did my friends. The DJ played a good variety of music. As the night progressed they played more Caribbean and African music. I really enjoyed myself and I would return in the future.

I ordered the lemon drop flight and the wing flight. They don't allow for any substituting of flavors on the wing flight. It came with honey old bay, lemon pepper and their house sauce. I only liked the honey old bay. The lemon drop flight had three different flavors and they were all good. Prices were on point. Only thing I didn't care for was the hookah smoking. The bartenders provided poor customer service and seemed uninterested in assisting or cleaning tables but they had promptness to advise that the little sections were for $100 or purchase of a bottle. The overall atmosphere lacked ambiance and felt underwhelming compared to what I expected. Between the cramped space, lack of seating, and subpar service, the experience was not worth the time me and my group immediately walked out. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this lounge and do not plan on returning . Only went to celebrate a friends birthday , thankfully we went elsewhere and had a great time . Overall 0/10 's wouldn't recommend.
