Clean, great service, reasonable pricing, good food. Good location, street parking. Please support this lounge. I am here on a Fri night, I'm sure it gets busier later however I like the vibe and music for HH.

Visiting from out of town with locals. Arrived around 11 stayed until about 1245 for a late night drink and to grab something to eat. There is primarily only bar seating with high tables lined up on the wall. This is the only reason why I knocked off a star. Eventually we found bar seating as it cleared out. The DJ was really good, played all the songs you'd wanna hear. The food was great but pretty slow to receive after it was ordered. I had lamb chops, Mac and cheese and broccoli. The chops were really good, seasoned and flavored well. Mac and cheese was baked and tasted good. Broccoli was just okay, I prefer mine soft this was a little hard but still good. The drinks were really good the bartender was on point. I don't live in Baltimore but I would definitely go again And recommend to anyone in the area looking for a drink and a meal.

This is hands down my favorite "around the way" bar! The vibe is super chill and the aesthetics are cute--perfect for a casual night out during the week. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes every visit feel welcoming. They usually have crabs just about every day (a huge plus!) and they're always fresh and delicious. The drinks are amazing and the wings are packed with flavor--easily some of the best around. Definitely my go-to spot in Parkville!

When I say I can not wait to go back!! This place was everything. From the food to the drinks, to the vibes. Djour is relatively new in my area but It will definitely be a regular for me. We went on Wednesday. Got there around 7. There was music playing and a few people at the bar. By about 830 the DJ turned the music up and people started to come. Security was at the door checking people and it became a party basically. If you're trying to go for a chill time I would say come earlier because the music starts getting loud after 9. The food was amazing. I got honey old bay wings and fries as well as a stuffed baked potato. Mine was stuffed with crab meat and my friend got hers stuffed with salmon. The bartender was cool and chill. He definitely took care of us. It's pretty small inside but they do have a few vip areas if you're having a small event. Nice photo opps and lights too. Don't mind my pics I forgot to use my flash lol

Fantastic new Black Owned Business w plenty of street parking available, friendly staff and an attractive environment to relax in. I visited w a friend to support another local business who had a pop up shop for her birthday. "French Toast Connection ATL" if you're not familiar. My gf and I sat at the bar upon arrival. Comfy seating w plenty of huge TV screens to watch, a slamming DJ to listen to, and great staff to make sure we had everything we needed. We put in orders for the pop up shop as well as drinks. Everything went quick and smooth. I inquired to the bar tender about their hours and theme nights and they have plenty. Monday Night Football, Taco Tuesdays, etc. I'm definitely gonna return soon to check out Monday Night Football w my Hunny sooner than later !! Go support this small black owned business yall !!

Black owned is what made me visit. It is small inside, but cute. 5 stars for the bartender. She was very friendly and held the bar down by herself. 5 stars for the DJ on karaoke Tuesdays. He can sing and so can the bartender. The disappointment comes in with the 2.5 stars for the food and service. Believe all the other reviews when people say they waited forever for food. I waited over a hour for a salmon taco, catfish nuggets and fries and they weren't crowded. I watched the cook come out after making each order and place the food in the bar area. So, there is one cook. I didn't like the salmon on the taco like the texture wasn't right. The honey old bay catfish nuggets were too sweet. He didn't balance his use of honey with the old bay. I received less than a handful of fries and most of them were just skin smh... The bartender offered to make me a lemonade because I didn't want an alcoholic drink, but they don't have lemonade. She actually made it for me, which was great. I think this place is good for karaoke. I will return to try a real drink to see if this can at least be a spot to chill for drinks and music only. I might try a different food item in the future if I plan on staying for 2 hours. Do not order food if you want to get in and out within a hour or 90min. There is a security guard at the door. I guess he is there for a younger crowd that comes later at night. I walked in with no issues or checking early evening, but before I left I noticed the guard was there carding people and making sure they don't have any weapons. The crowd seemed okay, but I believe everyone was a regular. I prefer a more older crowd, but it wasn't a young rowdy at all. One major thing that is a big negative for this place is: I watched 2 people sitting at the bar eating and drinking with others in a group of 5. Those 2 people went in the kitchen area at separate times, not as staff which is unprofessional and a sanitary concern.

This is Puerto Rican pitorro, also known as ron cañita, made with care and intention rather than gimmickry. Many local liquor stores now carry the brand, and it is well worth picking up a bottle, but visiting the distillery is an experience in itself. The founder is a fellow Puerto Rican born retired military member, a background I share, and like me, he has put down roots in Maryland. That story is reflected clearly in the brand's own framing, "Puerto Rican born, Maryland made." The space feels grounded and unpretentious, and that sensibility carries through to the hospitality. We arrived late on a Saturday and were still welcomed warmly, never rushed. We were taken care of by the founder's daughter, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She guided us through a flight that included the traditional pitorro, almond, pineapple, coffee, coconut chai, and several seasonal offerings. The flavors were thoughtful and well balanced; even the infused expressions retained a clear rum backbone rather than drifting into novelty. We enjoyed them enough to leave with several bottles. This is artisanal pitorro done right, rooted in Puerto Rican tradition and confidently made in Maryland. Buying it locally is convenient, but going to the distillery is where the people, the story, and the spirit fully come together.

I popped in to The Local with one of my friends for a much needed happy hour and we were both in consensus we had to come back to try some other menu items and specials. $7 for the house Sangria and a mule of the day, was a great start to the evening and quite tasty. We both dined on the burger and fries and enjoyed the dish. I would've like a bit of seasoning on the burger patties and maybe a cheddar or American cheese, but that's my personal preference. I asked for the black truffle aioli on the side and that was definitely the way to go to really be able to taste the black truffle. And might I say the aioli was delicious. Our waitress was great and very attentive. The Local offers different specials on various nights and even does live music on Friday nights. On the plus side my family enjoyed the ribs and crab balls. On the negative side, the fish in my fish and chips was painfully thin and small. Normally you get a nice chunky piece of fish when you get fish and chips. Not only that, l've never had fish and chips where the skin was on the fish. I left most of the skin behind, but ate some of it because the portion was so small. I had to eat something. Please have the chef look up what fish and chips is supposed to look like. Despite being the only server, our wait person was outstanding - it wasn't their fault that they had to handle the entire dining room. . Also appreciated the carafe of water on the table - but why no ice -had to drink lukewarm water. Make sure to ask for prices upfront and verify-for a single crabcake entrée, we paid $63 when it's advertised online as 30. Let the buyer beware.. Wouldn't feel a need to return at this point, too many other better options.

I don't drink, and in the past Mike has always taken great care of me and understood that. This was my first time dealing with the other bartenders, and unfortunately, it didn't go well. When I sat at a table and tried to order, the bartender wouldn't make eye contact and never came back after I mentioned that I don't drink. He focused on everyone else around me instead. I moved to the bar hoping things would improve, but it was more of the same--being looked past and ignored. The kindest moment of the night actually came from the chef, who brought my cauliflower bites out himself, still piping hot. He confirmed they were mine, smiled, set them down, and headed back to the kitchen. I had ordered buffalo bites, but they came out plain, and it took some effort to get the bartender's attention just to ask for the sauce--though once I had it, the bites were truly delicious. By then I was over it, especially as I watched him continue to cater to everyone else. I ate and waited for my bill. It was karaoke night, so I sang a few songs to pass the time, but still no check. Eventually, I managed to get the (still nameless) bartender to bring it, and I left. I've been here before and usually enjoy the place, but this visit wasn't great. I felt brushed off the whole time.
