When I picked it up on a Saturday morning, they were packed and everyone who saw the cake ooohed and ahhhed. The tight quarters in the bakery facilitate a friendly camaraderie among customers. I'm disabled and the person leaving at the same time as me offered to carry my cake to my car for me! Note that Klemm's doesn't have a website, so you need to make a phone call or visit in person to place orders.

There were lots of people coming in, but lots of workers taking orders and it was quick once we decided what to get. We ended up getting half a dozen donuts, PB and funfetti cupcake, a bowtie, and a hippopotamus cookie. The donuts were soft and pillowy and the frosting of the PB cupcake was sweet. The cookie was super dry and the cream was a little chalky. My favorite donuts were the strawberry frosted and lemon filled. If you're in the area, klemms it's worth a visit.

We could not understand if he was talking to us or not so when I said we are not done ordering he said hurry up. So I said maybe if you pay attention to me placing order it would go smoothly. First of all the coffee is delicious. Smooth without a trace of bitterness. Mellow and perfect…read more I've never had a better cup of coffee. But the place is absolutely filthy. Junk everywhere; open boxes partially emptied, random items propped on chairs rendering them unusable. Dust on every surface. Across the back, a giant black cloth tacked to the wall with random racks. Looks like a school bulletin board that's just being started. They apparently have musicians some nights and all the musical equipment is pushed against the wall. There's a large cushioned seat with an enormous banner filled up on to it, so no one could sit on it. I can't have caffeine because of a heart condition. The owners insist that their coffee is "naturally low in caffeine" and has "half the caffeine of most decaffeinated coffee". So I foolishly had a cup and suffered with palpitations for several days. A caffeine sensitive friend had a similar experience. We had bagels and they were just meh, nothing special. So I'll probably never eat there again and won't have their coffee (caffeine) but we'll probably buy the coffee for my husband and other friends. It's very good.

This location is only drive-thru or walk-up window. No interior. Both the 'order' window and the…read more'pick-up' window are on the street side of the building. The walk-up window is on the back where you will find a couple of parking spots. Most of them were taken (by staff?) and there is one handicapped spot at the end of the row furthest from the walk-up order window on that side of the building. Watch for cars driving around the building before crossing! The two staff members we encountered were pleasant with a smile on their face and cheerful. I ordered a hot, house blend coffee with milk, so easy and quick. They also offer a dark roast if that's your preference. The coffee was a bit bitter, but not too much (as compared to another recent take away coffee I had) so that's a win with a nice amount of milk. The drive-thru lane took a couple of minutes. Nothing crazy. As the order and pick-up windows are only a car length apart, the order is made just before you receive it, so if someone has a large order, the line would move a little bit slower. It wasn't a busy time of the day and we were only the 4th car in line so it was a pretty quick visit. If we find ourselves in need of caffeine while in the area, I would try this Aroma Joe's again.

Ordered the ham and egg breakfast sandwich on a Portuguese roll, asked to add lettuce but it was not added. No sauce of any kind, so it was super dry. My bad for not asking for a condiment. Ordered a chicken salad wrap for my lunch and it came with a bag of chips. Looks to have been grilled, packaged in a clear plastic clamshell container. Asked for lettuce and onion, and it was included. I think I will attribute the very strange taste and texture to "don't buy chicken salad from a donut shop", my bad. Lastly, ordered a butternut donut (because how can you order from heav'nly donuts, and not order a doughnut?) Unfortunately, I hate shredded coconut and this is covered in semi-toasted coconut. Maybe it's my misunderstanding, but my idea of butternut is the small crunchy yellow "crumbs" like at Dunkin - should be called a coconut donut? (but I guess it's different at each donut place.) I apologize for comparing this place to DD! All tolled, I'd give it a 4 (if I could it'd be a 4.5) and would like to try other items in the future.
