The manager had me stand up and move to a rolling chair in the front of the salon to have my nails painted during my pedicure so that another costumer could sit down. The poor lady doing my pedicure had to sit on the floor in the middle of the store to paint my nails. Wtf. Not to mention I'm very pregnant. Super strange, time to find a new salon. read more

The two times I came to this place I was satisfied with the service and overall experience. Parking is convenient for this location. They always have customers coming in and out and will do their best to accommodate you. The place is on the smaller side but they get the job done. Will definitely be coming back for my mani and pedis :) read more

My first time experience was so good that I know I will be back. Didn't wait for a long time even though it seemed busy; staff was friendly; my mani-pedi was very good for the price I paid. read more

Updating my review since today a huge piece of gel has chipped off one of my nails. It's been only 1.5 weeks. I've been getting gel manicures from other places for years, and most of them stayed for at least 3 weeks. In some cases, up to 5 weeks. This job is just unacceptable, Heaven Nails. read more

I was looking for a new salon that does the powder dip gel, I called prior to arriving to ask if they did the powder gel. The owner on the phone said they did. When I arrived I got a pedicure as my nail polish was soaking off. The pedicure was great, the owner should have never said that they do powder gel. The owner was talking/helping the women doing my nails, they were rummaging around looking for the material. It was evident they did not know what they were doing. When paying, the owner explained that they only tip in cash, she was very nice and said she would put the tip on my card. I asked her to give a certain amount to the women who did my manicure and pedicure, she then told me how much to give to each person, this is totally unprofessional!! Less than a week later 2 nails cracked, I went back and the owner was very nice and fixed my nails. 3 days after she fixed them the same ones have cracked/broke again (see pictures). I will not be going back, I do not have time to go to a salon 3 times in a week and a half. The only reason I gave them salon 2 stars is because the owner was nice when my nails broke and said to come back if anything else happens and my pedicure was very good. read more

I thought this place was good. The ladies are all very friendly and very attentive. I called to come in right away and they had no problem accommodating me which I like. Prices are good so I would definitely come back especially since it's very close to home. read more

wasn't that great...my massage chair didn't work, and the lady didn't seem to care if it was working or not. the pedicurist rushed my pedi...wasn't happy with the service. plus: the place is small and ugly...never going back read more

The owner is very friendly. This has become my go to spot for mani&pedis The deals are great and they always keep the place clean. They always accommodate to you and I can tell they actually care about their customers. I've been a regular for years and I really recommend this place! read more

Excellent service, convenient location. Was very attentive to my needs. I get my gel every two weeks.

I just left the salon and have to say it was terrible. The only reason it gets 3 stars is for the pedicure. The manicure may have been the worst I've ever gotten. I have nail polish in the crease of every nail and on top. I had to repeatedly tell the woman where to wipe it off, until I finally gave up. Also, effective today their mani/pedi price increased to $30, which is higher than most other salons. read more

I love this nail salon. The staff is Amazing , amazing service and the prices are really good read more

I went in to do a mani-pedi here. The place is a little run down, in fact there was a fly inside and all.. not the very best ambiance. The pedi was awesome, she was patient and really thorough with it. I might go again for this. Manicure, well that was something I wasnt extremely pleased with. She filed my nails really badly which I realized once my polish started chipping off (which happened the same evening)- Of course I did the normal polish and not gel so I dont expect it to stay too long. Maybe next time I will pay closer attention to the shape of the nail and get a gel polish and see if that makes a difference. Of course it is very cheap so you get what you pay for I guess!! read more

I am very disappointed with my experience there. I am very against nail salons that recommend different styles/services without saying the price so that they can charge you more money at the end. I thought that my nails would be maybe an extra 10 or 15 in addition to the $40 for tips/gel color but it turned out to be $70 in total. I thought that was super rude and I should've been informed earlier. Second, the two times I got a pedicure here, the nail polish NEVER DRIES. I got a pedicure and then a manicure (which took an hour and a half), and then I drove to school (30 mins) AND IT STILL DIDN'T DRY. No joke I was shocked and annoyed. I'm incredibly upset that I spent $90 in total on nails that I don't even like. read more

They do good work--the owner is very friendly and I like her. But they need to work on not begging for tips it's a turn off.. Let the customer give it and stop pressuring. read more

my sister and I decided to try this nail salon after reading many of the positive reviews, well low and behold the staff stink. Especially the ladies doing the pedicures, They must have thought we didn't understand what they were saying but were speaking rudely about my sister. They were talking about how swollen her feet are, um well shes 7 1/2 months pregnant with twins. They are unspeakably rude and we will not be going to this salon again. I highly recommend no one to patronize this business. I wish I couldve given them negative stars that's how strongly I feel about this place and this incident. read more

I went to Heaven nails this weekend. The service was okay but I do expect better. I got the gel nail polish ($25) and a pedicure ($18). It was my first time getting the gel polish and I had some questions - but if I wanted answers, I should have learned to speak Korean. I do not plan to go back. (1) I don't mind non-English speakers but you should be fluent enough to answer some basic questions. (2) You should not rush me through picking nail polish - I find that annoying. Get away from me. (3) Although I did not have to wait, I also didn't feel like I got a restful experience. My pedicure was done in less than 25 minutes and that's with polish. There was no real soaking of feet or anything. Maybe if you're a regular, you get treated better. But I do not plan to find out. (4) They are all about churn - getting a customer in a chair asap and getting them out faster. I understand you're running a business but I should not feel like the purpose of my existence is to fork over money and keep the chair warm for your next client. (5) I don't know how a gel manicure is done properly but there was also no soaking of fingers so you could take care of my cuticles. Maybe in a gel you don't do this but seems strange. (6) The place is small - you feel like you're stepping over people. (7) Yes, the pedicure does involve a stone massage but you won't really notice it. (8) There was no proper massaging of the hands or fingers - they just throw some lotion on and apply the lotion mid way to your elbow. (9) They also try to make you feel like you have to leave a generous tip. I find this really uncomfortable. (10) If you go 10 times, you get a free 10 minute massage. Uh, sounds like a waste of money. One star is pretty generous. read more

Great place - never had to wait even on the weekend. Some of the people here have trouble understanding English though. Would definitely recommend a pedicure here. read more

They did a great job . Only be careful not to get ripped off. I was charged an extra 5 dollars when the fill in price was clearly stated 25 on the wall. I was disappointed with the dishonesty. It was also disrespectful when they spoke their native language constantly thinking if they were gossiping about people. Some people got massages and some did not like me. read more

My nails look horrible. They made it all crooked & almost broke my wrist trying to massage it. Alao way too expensive for bad quality nails. I don't recommend if you want your nails to look nice. read more

I will NEVER GO BACK!!! My dear friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. He gave it to me while I was in the middle of moving to a new apartment and I mistakenly threw it away. I went to Heaven nails to explain what had happen and SHE rudely told me there was nothing I could do and would not honor it. I have been going there every 2 weeks for the last 2 years and feel so hurt by the way I was treated. She insulted my integrity by saying if I found I would try to use again. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE. FOR SHAME HEAVEN NAILS!!! read more

I was looking for a local place and decided based upon my fellow yelpers to give this place a try. I paid $25 for a basic mani/pedi. I have come to realize that the definition of a good, clean nail salon varies greatly between people. Upon entering I was not too psyched about the cleanliness of the salon. This place is small and there are maybe 5-6 pedi stations and it's a tight squeeze in the back of the store. The pedi was okay; the technician didn't say a word or make eye contact during the entire thing...whatever...I was kind of grossed out by the manicure. Usually they take the clippers/cuticle cutters out of the sanitation unit but the technician just used whatever was laying around on her table. There were nail droppings everywhere...it was pretty busy so cleaning in between clients is def not a priority. In retrospect I should have stopped her and said something but I was in a rush so I just went with it. I guess in a pinch this place is okay but I am still searching for my go-to place...if you're picky about cleanliness or looking for a modern, spa-like atmosphere this isn't the place for you. read more

Omg I went to this place for One nail repair and a polish change. I was charged $35.00 and they did a terrible job, I couldn't believe it. I didn't wanna make a big deal so I just paid and left. If they would've done a good job I wouldn't have minded, but they did such a bad job that now I need to go to another place, spend more money and redo my nails. I really don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

First time there today for mani and pedi and I had a great experience. Don't be discouraged by its non-descript exterior in the strip mall. This place has a super friendly staff, clean facilities, and reasonably prices. It was packed but I never felt rushed. $25 for a well done mani pedi was a great experience ($20 M-W). My go to nail place from now on. read more

So I was coming here for the last 6 mos and each time I felt the service declined and the final time I went I decided they didn't deserve my money anymore. They seem to not look up when a guest walks in, never mind greet you. So that is rude. They did this to me and two more who walked in. After my prompt pedi, sat me down at a mani chair and I sat there for 40 mins before a tech came to do my mani. Im not impatient so It wasnt so much the waiting that annoyed me. It was the lack of customer service, because I expect someone to come to me after 10-15 mins and either apologize or tell me an estimated wait time. Especially since a woman who came after me came and was out the door after mani/pedi special. Thats strike 2. Then the fact that their cleanliness is at an all time low, using the same un-sanitized utensils is bad. Finally, the tech gave the woman next to me the same gel nail color as the last time and the customer was upset. A good business would not charge her at all for the service , being that it was their mistake. Not Heaven Nails! A Hell-like experience for me. Will never step foot in there again and neither will anyone I know. read more

we went mainly for a pedicure, and they had a special that basically had the mani included in the price. the pedicure was nice enough, like the hot stone massage though it was kind of short. the manicurist was in such a rush to get us out though! so that part was not that good. decent value though and the color selection was nice though all the other customers had the best shades that day! read more

Place is great. They do a nice job and are friendly. They usually take me right away. My only two complaints are their colors are old and never filled and pedicures literally take an hour. Not a place you can be in and out, need to make time. I love this salon though and great prices! read more

Normally this place is awesome.. But don't go there after 6pm... They will do a rush manicure... And they don't even close till 730.. I have been a regular customer for 5 years.. I go every two weeks.. When you pay for a gel manicure you deserve everything that comes with that... A hand massage and a shoulder rub.. But if you are being waiting on close to closing time you won't get it read more
