Had to call multiple times to follow up when the contacts have arrived. Each time a new person takes the call and it takes a long time for them to understand for what we were calling. More over, they are very rude on the phone to my daughter and myself. Gina was very rude, unprofessional, and used filthy language to my daughter. She doesn't have basic customer service skills and gets argumentative with the customer. I would fire her on the spot if I were her manager. The optometrists do not care about what is happening at the front desk; so the customers suffer and possibly do not return because there is nothing to come back for. I would never go there nor recommend anyone to go to this place. There are dozen a dime optometrists. Please check for the right ones.

10/10 Experience -- I'd Give More Stars If I Could!…read more I've been coming to Fairway Park Optometry for about 22 years, and after my annual eye exam today, I can honestly say they're just as amazing as the first time I walked through their doors. Congratulations on celebrating 24 years in business at Fairway Park Shopping Center on July 20! What an incredible milestone and a true testament to the outstanding care and service you've provided to our community over the years. Location: Fairway Park Optometry 31119 Mission Boulevard Hayward, CA 94544 Located in Fairway Park Shopping Center, conveniently between Industrial Parkway and Whipple Road, just a few doors down from O'Reilly Auto Parts and in the same shopping center as Sonic. (Fairway Park Optometry Center) From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly, welcoming, and professional team that truly makes you feel like family. The entire staff is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. Whether it's scheduling appointments, selecting frames, or making quick adjustments to your glasses, they always go above and beyond. I've always seen Dr. Donna Madlangbayan, and she is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. On the occasions when she hasn't been available, Dr. Ximena Daza has been equally outstanding. Both doctors take the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure your vision and eye health are their top priority. (Fairway Park Optometry Center) Their exams are comprehensive, they're very detail-oriented, their pricing is reasonable, and they accept most vision insurance plans, making quality eye care convenient and affordable. (Fairway Park Optometry Center) This isn't just my optometrist--it's become a family tradition. My family has grown up coming here, and we continue to trust them year after year because they consistently deliver exceptional service. That's something you simply can't put a price on. If you're looking for an optometrist who combines expertise, kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, Fairway Park Optometry is the place to go. They helped me see why I've stayed loyal for over two decades! Their service is always crystal clear! They never lose sight of what great patient care looks like! They truly have an eye for excellence! 10/10! If Yelp would let me give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to Dr. Madlangbayan, Dr. Daza, and the entire team for taking such great care of me and my family for the past 22 years. Here's to another 24 years of helping Hayward see the world a little more clearly!

Roger mentioned that he's sold 6 or 8 pairs of these frames and never had an issue with them going out of alignment. After the second adjustment, it has once again gone out of alignment and Roger's response was " I'll adjust it as many times as I need to plus you're eligible for new frames and lenses soon! I felt he was dismissive and unprofessional and I'll no longer be purchasing my frames/ lenses from Eyebright Optometry.

Unfortunately, I did leave today's visit with a gut feeling that the doctor unfortunately manipulates how she's going to bill their services to benefit them, not us the customers. My husband and I each have a great VSP plans through our employer and for two exams it should have been covered especially with double coverage, however I left paying $120 out-of-pocket on what should have been zero. I left very disappointed. I am in the HR field and I have an understanding of how Primary and secondary insurances work, but there really was no arguing with the doctor. Definitely disappointed, and because of this experience, we will no longer be going to see her.

As I didn't need a new Rx yet and I have to pay for them myself I waited until I got my new Rx from my ophthalmologist in July 2026. When I went in to Bell they called the lab and was told I probably got a bad batch. Should have walked out then. Got my new RX with progressive/transition lenses using my 2 yr old frames. I paid $900. #1 they were delayed because the AR (anti reflective ) coating was defective Ok so at least they caught it. When my glasses finally came in the site line was at the top of the lens not the middle. So NO ONE checked at the lab or when they arrived at the shop!! They had to be sent back and now we have Labor Day weekend so maybe I'll get them by next Thursday. In the meantime I'm having a very difficult time without my glasses. You have been warned. I only wish yelp had 0 stars

My son just had an appointment this week with Dr. Geronimo, and she was amazing with him. She was patient, kind, explained what she was doing, and immediately put my son at ease. The only minor downside is that the elevators in the building are a bit old, but that's such a small detail compared to the outstanding care you receive. If you're looking for an optometrist who truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Family Focus Optometry.
