Micah came out and was extremely thorough in his quote. Other partners missed 90% of what he found, and would have left us with major rodent problem. Completely trust hawx to fix the issue read more

I initially hired them because they told me they would get rid of the rats in our home. They said they would take everything out of our attic and sterilize everything. They did not do that. Nothing but the old insulation was removed and nothing was sterilized. They only did one attic space initially even though we have 3. It looks months and pur stuff was still never sterilized or removed. We called them back recently to place more traps and seal any additional holes. They placed traps and left. They didnt even bother to look for other places to seal. Now they call me up to 6 times a day asking for money. They won't cancel my service. They won't send anyone out to check for holes. They claim the system cancels appointments if I'm not paid up, but why would I continue giving money to people who keep screwing me over?? Do not recommend. read more

Service tech Austin did an excellent job...Knew what had to be done and was very efficient

Hawx Pest Control's service technicians provide good service in treating your house (outside and inside) w/ the pest control treatment. They are professional, courteous, and respectful of the property. We have had a good experience with them. Their service technician, Edward, did a good job w/ treating my house. read more

I love Hawx they do a great job listening to my concerns and coming back out if I'm dissatisfied.

Adam is a star going over and above expectations. Thank you Adam. I have 2 properties and Adam is stellar at both.

Hawx has covered the requested areas, at our home, however, we continue to see many hornets. Staff are punctual, and professional.

Responsive, good communication, competitively priced, good results. Used mosquito service for several years with great results. Can enjoy the yard. read more

I cancelled this service almost a years so don't know why they came. They do o a decent job, but communication is something lacking. read more

This is the first time I am completely satisfied with the service, and I've been with this company for about 5 years. Many took the time to inspect and spray the whole property, so I would like him to be my regular technician from now on. If not, I don't know if I will stay with this company. My technician's name is Emanuel Aguilar, great job Emanuel. read more

I want to cancel service service is being done on a property that's not mine. I am being overcharged for lack of service

In St. Louis, they don't make it easy to have monthly extermination, nor have a good functioning website.

Great, professional job; very thorough and detailed work, covering all pest related issues; highly recommended

UPDATE: I reached out to the email provided and the response was just confirming my appointment. I explained that I was wondering about improvements to the communication system, and the only response was to reach back out to the customer service line that I had issues with. I did reach out and the representative first stated that there were no notes on the file, then when I asked her to add the notes for the next appointments, she said "oh I see them now" and I requested that she read them to me so I can verify. She refused and only responded with "what you requested is on here" I asked why she couldn't read them back to me and she deflected to saying the scheduled appointment will be done. So I am officially leaving Hawx and found a local pest company that lets you speak directly to the technicians and has already proven their communication system. Also they are much cheaper. They have consistently had no to poor communication with the technicians. I leave notes service requests with the representatives and almost every time the technicians come out and have no idea what service they are providing or what they are supposed to be doing. I always request a call ahead and they rarely do that. The next rep always apologizes and says they will notate the account and the. The same problem happens. For the price it is very annoying. The technicians are nice and knowledgeable but the lack of information sharing wastes so much time and delays what would otherwise be simple projects. read more

Edgar was very thorough and always very courteous! Always happy with hawx service! Thank you

Todd and Josh from Hawx Pest Control were absolutely the best! They were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my pest problem was completely handled. I really appreciated how thorough they were and how comfortable they made me feel throughout the process. On top of the great service, their pricing was very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. It's not always easy to find a company that's both effective and reasonably priced, but Hawx Pest Control definitely delivers. Thank you, Todd and Josh, for your hard work and for taking such great care of my home. I highly recommend Hawx Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable and affordable pest control services! read more

Outstanding job, Darius provided great service, above & beyond. So far Hawx has been great to us.

cooperative and responsive. Very efficient. It's rare to get this kind of first rate service!

Chris was the most thorough technician we have ever had through Hawx. He looked & sprayed in places that other techs overlooked. Highly recommend! Hoping we have Chris on our future treatments! read more

Knowledge or honesty of salesperson could improve. I was repeatedly told that the service is eco-friendly, non-toxic & safe for myself, pets, & garden. I was told it was all natural until I researched myself & 2 synthetic ingredients came up. Then he asked the technician to show me the chemicals. Hawx own website says that a vegetable garden needs to be protected in several ways because if the chemicals get on the garden, the vegetables are unsafe for consumption. This is already off to a bad first impression. I feel I was told lies to make a sales contract. read more

They appear to not want business. Twice this summer they have cancelled our appointments and forced us back into the queue. When we called, the person said that the manager was too busy. I am unable to understand how they remain in business. Clearly they don't want my $110+ per month. read more

Great, early coverage of mosquito control. Austin Ryan was professional, friendly and explained treatment well. We've had Hawx now for several years and have noticed a definite reduction in seasonal insects and pests. Thank you! read more

My landlord uses Hawx to help keep critters and pests at bay in our home. We moved in about 6 months ago and Hawx had done a great job overall servicing our home. Their team is responsive and personable, however, Todd Saylor shines brighter by miles. Todd has serviced our home a few times, and I personally requested him to come back for a reoccurring issue that others were not putting in the time to assess. Todd is thoughtful, kind, extremely knowledgeable and patient, but most of all he is not satisfied until the problem is resolved at the source and won't just leave the issue with a bandaid fix. Thank you Todd for all that you do, Hawx is lucky to have your caliber of service on their team! read more

Our service provider Antonio did a great job. He was on time, serviced all the areas we requested, and was very professional. We're new to Hawx Pest Control but I can say so far so good. Try them out. read more

I've been with Hawx for 6 years (since 2020), and the service quality has clearly declined. Up until 2023, technicians were knowledgeable and thorough, but since 2024 most visits feel rushed and inconsistent. (My 3 stars are for few technicians good technicians) Reminders now come the night before instead of in advance, and basic services like treating basement/garage baseboards are often skipped unless repeatedly requested. Some technicians don't even bring the necessary materials. On one visit, no granules were applied despite the spreader appearing full, and a simple request to replace a glue board was denied as technician didn't had any even i was the first call of the day for him. Overall, the service no longer matches what's advertised. I've already renewed, but if this continues, than we have to thinkof alternatives. I hope Hawx takes steps to improve training, accountability, and overall service quality and we not need to look for alternatives after getting service from Hawx for 6 years. read more

fabulous service as always with Hawk's. Highly recommend them. They are super prompt and always address as issues you have at your home. read more

Austin was very informative, and took his time to explain everything! He made me feel confident that the job would be done correctly.

This review is ONLY for Todd. He's the best they have. Everyone else is subpar. I don't want anyone else to come to my home. He always goes above and beyond! He cares. I've been with this company for years. Todd has been here a few times, in the last 3 years. He's the best! I can't ever complain when he does the service. Everyone else is either "ok" or terrible. If you want me to continue with your company, send Todd, or I will cancel. Thanks! read more
