When he arrived, he talked me through the entire procedure,his eco safe products, how they work, as well as his success rate with this type of infestation (which had been 100% for all of 2018 by that point), when all of his post spraying directions are followed for two weeks until he returned for a follow up. He was very patient and friendly though my mind was still in panic mode. I was able to text or message him anytime with questions (which I did once my mind was able to calm down and think more clearly). I actually emailed him an entire list of 10-12 questions that I thought of a couple days later; and he answered each one thoroughly to assuage my concerns. We easily texted to schedule the 2nd appointment exactly 2 weeks later, which was a much quicker follow-up spraying. Once again, he made sure to explain how the product works, etc., and answer all of my questions patiently. I would definitely recommend Peter & his team (though I hope I never have to use them again, lol!).
