Dave is great! I noticed several wasps flying around the top of my metal pergola over the past week or two, but hadn't seen any nests. Dave responded to my inquiry right away and was able to check it out the next day. It had been raining most of the day and of course I didn't see any wasps when Dave arrived, though he quickly found a nest within the pergola and removed it. I called DTG on a Saturday because we had a sudden infestation of bees in our house. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful. He asked questions and was able to determine our issue was with honey bees, which are a protected species. He recommended that we work with a honey bee keeper, as traditional pest control is not legal. So while we were not able to use their services this time, they were very helpful and I'll be happy to use them in the future for other types of pests. read more
