Best pest co in Naperville - not even close. Got mice? Not after David gets done w your house. We had used another service for many years but they were horrible (don't ever use EcoSheild because their customer support is terrible) and it was a relief to find Kaptar. David is everything you would want, patient, friendly and someone who gets the job done!! Clean and efficient & always on time. You guys kick ass! read more

Just used their services for pest control for both the yard and indoors. Did a one time service and will decide on periodic service. There was no pressure - Dave was very professional and detailed about explaining services and what would work best for our needs. We had an ant issue and in the past had mosquitos and other biting insects in the yard. Their service is eco-friendly though I didn't deeply probe the materials used. Dave was great to work with. Will report back on results - so far issues seem addressed. read more

We could not have asked for a better service than Kaptar. David did an excellent job of removing a fairly large Hornets Nest from our side yard tree. His knowledge and professional handling is to be commended. We not only obtained a wonderful company to do business with, but we also gain a new friend. Thanks again David for coming to our aide in a timely manner, but also for your your kindness. read more

Pending review! I will update this review depending on how treatment works. We just moved into a new house and found that we were left a lingering present by the last owners. We have little sugar ants and wasps invading multiple areas of our house. Dave came out to take a look at the problem and gave us the options. We opted for the quarterly plan. Who knows if the pests will be back or not? The quarterly option should ensure that they won't be back. I left a 4 out of 5 because Dave was very pleasant. He explained the options well. If all goes as planned and the problem is fixed then I will update the review accordingly. UPDATE: 6/3/20 We had ants come back this morning. They were all over the counter. I called Kaptar and spoke with Dave and he was very pleasant on the phone. He offered to have somebody out the next day for a re-treatment since we are under warranty. He also offered to spray inside to help mitigate the problem. I will keep you updated! read more

David has been so awesome to work with. He came to our house at least six times last fall when we started catching mice in our basement. He was totally different from the other companies we had give us a quote. I could tell he was honest and knowledgeable, but also very respectful and understood my "freaking-out, not-in-my-house, this-is-an-emergency" feelings. His quote was far less than the others as well. We've been mouse free and happy for four months. Thanks, David! read more

We discovered a large wasp/hornet nest high up in one of our trees. I called Kaptar around 8:30am and they arrived around 3pm. David was very professional and quickly and professionally got the nest down and out of the area. Kudos to a quick response and great service. read more

I was having problems with yellow jackets flying near my front stoop in front of my home over the weekend.I found yellow jackets flying in and out by my bushes. I discovered a yellow jacket nest. I immediately called local pest control companies and earliest they could come would be the following Thursday. My daughter recommended a friend David who owns Kaptar Pest Control. I called who said he would come out and check out problem that afternoon. David explained the process to eliminate the nest and yellow jackets and took care of the problem. David was very professional and caring on handling the problem we encountered. I would definitely recommend Kaptar! Michael G. read more

We moved into an old house this summer which came with a few surprises: carpenter bees and mice... yuck! The carpenter bees were eating the deck little by little. We tried getting rid of them ourselves but decided we needed expert help instead. We called Katar for a free consultation and quote, they showed up really fast and we immediately got them to work on our problems. We also had the house treated for bugs inside and voila, no more spiders! After treatment outside, carpenter bees were gone and did not return in summer or fall. Mice were all gone too after treatment and we were able to breath in peace after the extrusion consultation. I would highly recommend Kaptar Environmental Pet Control Services, if you, like us, have pets. Completely safe and effective. I'm definitely calling Kaptar again next Sprint for prevention treatment! read more

We found out we had a mice problem a few days ago and called around for quotes. We happen to come across Kaptar and they were able to come out the very next day to inspect our home and give us a price. They work later hours for us working people which is very convenient. Technician David came out and he was so friendly and professional. David knows his stuff. He's very knowledgeable and educated us with the process. Thanks again Kaptar!! read more

Dave came out next day after I reached out. Great customer service, easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This organization is the most honest and knowledgeable pest control service. Our consultant, Dave, did an outstanding job assessing our needs and executing our plan to keep mice from getting in our home. He was very professional and skilled at his job. My only regret was not working with Kaptar from Day 1. We used another service previously and were not pleased with their business model. I highly recommend Kaptar. And ask for Dave! read more
