Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

Their website clearly states they service the Chicago area. This type of statement is discriminatory, offensive, and unprofessional. He had the courtesy to spend quite a bit of time on the phone with me listening about my issues and how I am displeased with my current pest control service, and talked about his company, their services, and the best way to tackle my problems. They were able to come by the next day and used non-toxic chemicals to spray the inside and outside of my house. I found the problem area with the ants the night before they came by. The tech, Angel - I believe his name was, confirmed my suspicions of where the ants were coming from and pointed out the specific location - a crevice on an old style window frame. The ants have all disappeared. I saw one the day after the spraying and it was moving around like a spaz - a sign that the poison was working! The best part of Bigfoot is they offer services on an a la carte basis and they stand behind their product / services. None of that subscription BS where a tech has to come every 3 weeks and disrupt everyone's schedule just to apply a product that has a limited efficacy! I am glad I was able to connect with Bigfoot!
