Noticed a bee problem coming from under a bush in front of our house over the weekend and called 3 places on Monday morning with high ratings on Google and Yelp. Quick Kill was able to come out same day with the best price and not try to get me on a maintenance plan. Frank was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the problem. I would not call anyone else. read more

The technician was very friendly, and he provided a detailed explanation of the service, and how the product works and prevents spiders and other insects. It has been about 3 weeks since our initial service, and we have noticed a substantial decrease in the number of spiders and webs in and around our home. We highly recommend Quick Kill Exterminating. read more

Title: Overpriced, incomplete work, and no accountability Horrible service. Hired them to handle a mice issue at a youth center. They charged $1,000 to "set traps and clean the space." The "cleaning" was just basic vacuuming--nothing more. We have a vacuum. After they left, we found several areas they clearly missed. When I called to report the missed spots, they said they'd come back--but warned they'd charge extra if the areas were ones they "already cleaned." They had already billed an additional $700 for cleaning, yet never returned to fix their own missed work. Total ripoff. I also used them at my home and have now canceled that service too. Based on this experience: minimal effort, premium pricing, and zero accountability. Save your money and look elsewhere. read more

I was very pleased with the service provided to address the issues we were having at our home. I went with a yearly service which seemed high, but with what the company provides in that warranty service is worth the price. read more

JP was super professional and personable. He clearly explained their service; what it would and would not do. Then, he recommended a product that could help with our moth situation. The service was great - I called in the morning, and JP came out only a few hours later! read more

I had an animal hole under my garage slab. The company has a very fair policy that they charge to set a trap and will monitor it during business hours (a god send for persons with disabilities). Once the trap has produced, they charge a reasonable fee for removal. I checked 3 or so other companies in my area, but none were as responsive or sensible in pricing as Quick Kill. I can tell you that if I have another "critter" issue, I will be contacting Quick Kill. read more

Max is the BEST! He works so hard and is so thorough, we have a new love for Quick Kill!!! Max never disappoints, he's pleasant, asks if there's anything you have concerns about, and he addresses those concerns. Thank you Quick Kill for hiring such competent employees. Ruth and Ian read more

Have been using Quick Kill for awhile now; I signed a contract to have them come out quarterly. Mice are gone! Company is very professional and the Technician Evan is personable and thorough. Did the Walt Disney animators ever have mice infiltrate their homes? Likely not, or they'd never have drawn engaging, talking little rodents like Gus-Gus or Jacques. With the temps falling, you may find that little creatures are seeking warm burrows in which to nest: inside your home. They can squeeze through a crack or hole 1/4" or larger. You'll know when you have them. Tiny little black droppings like sesame seeds and an ammonia smell. You may hear them scratching in your walls or thundering around the floors. And if you see them, while cute in cartoons and movies, there's nothing endearing about finding them in your home. We have used Quick Kill to keep our house free of mouse (mice). We are on a quarterly schedule and they text us to make appointments. They wear shoe covers, check previous areas and bait, check the perimeter of the house, look for any troubling spots and of course come out as needed if varmints are found. read more

A possible nest of carpenter ants appeared near our roof. I made a request at night. Later that night I received a response to my query! Amazing!! Next late morning their technician arrived and quickly sprayed the area where I had seen the ants, inside and out, then did a base spray around the perimeter of the house! Our concerns about the spray toxicity to our cat and dogs...concerns eliminated after an explanation of the spray ingredients. In less time that I expected, TJ was gone, and so were the pesky ants. Well done! read more

Always great service. On time. Easy to communicate with. Thorough job! Highly recommend!

Superb service as always, despite the fact that today's rep was a new person (Mauricio). And that's why I continue to be a loyal customer

When a cancellation isn't a cancellation. I requested a cancellation of service via text which they did not honor since I didn't reply to their request that I transfer it to a new home (I guess I wasn't clear enough when I said I was cancelling my contract). They then sent a crew a week later to service the property. So like all those other annoying digital subscription services they make it hard to cancel and then, adding to it, blame me (as the person I spoke with and in their text message) for not telling them multiple times that I cancelled. Yeah - you got it - they said it was my fault for not telling them a second time that I cancelled. And I am pretty sure their reply to this will be to politely blame me yet again with something about it's their policy to "offer" ... and I didn't respond ... blah blah blah read more

Quick Kill has been our go-to for many years. We've always counted on them. Today, we had a sparrow that was getting into our outside wall and we just couldn't figure it out. JP to the rescue! He was magnificent. He heard the sound, his quick eye saw the bird exiting and found the two open spaces where it was entering. He put mesh over those spots so it couldn't return. Problem solved! Thanks so much JP, you were awesome! read more

I hired Quick Kill back in August. They did send someone out promptly. They promise a 30 guarantee. After 60 days, I was still dealing with the issue. I asked for my $ back but they offered to send out a new technician instead. He came out the next day. And, he was super thorough. Pulled out my oven, fridge (there was a dead mouse under it) and looked under my dishwasher. He found a significant issue in the front of my house which is where he believed they were getting in. We scheduled a follow-up with Max. The day that he was to arrive, they sent a different tech. I explained to the tech that I didn't want him to come in because I requested Max since he was so thorough. They told me they were trying to be responsive and he was sick and they didn't know when he would be back. I said that they should have called before sending someone else. The manager said, "You know what, we are just going to give you your money back and take back all of the bait stations." Basically they fired me because I wanted the same tech. read more

Quick Kill exterminators are the best! I've used a few other companies over the years and they didn't compare to KQ. They are a family run company and they are so quick to respond to any thing I need. They end up coming usually the day I call if there is ever anything I need. You will be very happy with their service. Also every single service person that has come to my home has been so professional, friendly kind and explains everything before they do any type of service. read more

Called Quick Kill to see if they could send someone today after I hadn't even heard back from another company. Luckily they had someone in the area and they were here within an hour of me calling! RJ and Casey were the technicians and we talked for about 10 minutes prior to their arrival and before they even got here, RJ knew it was flying squirrels we were dealing with. Both of them were super knowledgeable, answered the million questions I had and even though they couldn't solve the problem for me, they helped me figure out what I can do to solve the problem. A better price than the other company we talked to, but if we had had to trap animals it is a base price, plus payment per animal, which is the standard, so it's good to know that going in. The woman who initially took my call was super helpful and listened to me freak out about the squirrels getting in and was so quick to get someone over. So happy I called and learned even more about squirrels! read more
