Came to rid my home of ants. Successful! Top notch service. Efficient and effective. Excellent communication. I was called ahead of the appointment to let me know of exact arrival time. Prompt, friendly and polite. Did the job right the first time. Took special care with my dog for its safety. I have recommended Conquest to several neighbors since, and they have had happy results as well. Highly recommended. read more

Called then for help with spiders and ants in my house. The tech was nice and polite gave me really good tips but the same day he left I saw spiders in two areas of my house. I will have to call them and see if they will come back and try again. read more

Conquest has gone above in beyond in all my pest control needs. I am happy to say and they were prompt on the day I found a mouse in my kitchen. . . .came right over, checked out the house from the foundation upward to address the issue. Super friendly and professional technician. They have also come out in a timely manner to remove a dead animal from my garage. As a squeamish person, I am happy to report that Conquest has my back. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! read more

From the moment I called Conquest, I felt this would be an excellent customer experience. I have worked with pest control companies in the past, but the knowledge and service level here including from the receptionist who answered the phone was above and beyond. We worked with Peter and Javier and would like to thank them for their excellent work with our pest control in our home. As an experienced HOA board leader and multiple homeowner, I was confident that we hired the right company to handle our pest control needs. They were really diligent in their work and very friendly. Thank you Conquest for a job well done and we will call you in the future for all of our extermination needs. read more

I contracted this company in May 2021 for treatment of ants. They came promptly and were professional in their service and charged $189. The ants are back. I called them and they said the treatment is only guaranteed for 45 days. Save your money. Expensive and not long-lasting. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Conquest Pest Solutions, and technician Peter. I originally called them several months ago when we discovered a mouse in our kitchen. They came out three times to assess the situation and find the possible entry points. Peter even vacuumed up the rat droppings underneath my kitchen cupboards. Because we also had centipede issues when we first moved into this place, I decided to go with their quarterly maintenance program and have been very pleased with the service. This service covers everything going on in the house. We had a recent problem with flying ants coming into one of our windows and they came out twice to ensure the issue was handled correctly. (I should add that I had the same ant problem a year ago, and a different company told me over the phone they couldn't do anything for me. They said the same thing about the centipede problem we had.) Don't bother with anyone else if you have any type of pest/rodent problems. Call Conquest Pest! read more

Would not use them again. Perhaps we just got a bad service person based on other positive reviews. He did not wear shoes covers in my house and it was a rainy day. Said we only asked for silverfish when I called for Spiders, ants, and silverfish, in that order of importance. I asked if the $320 quote includes detached garage and was told yes. Inside and out of both house and garage. He seemed surprised about the garage. I believe he, Peter, did spray everywhere (but only for silverfish??) but was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. He also placed those cardboard ant traps you can buy anywhere in our bathrooms for the silverfish which I found odd. I was very close to telling him to leave without finishing. read more

I called Conquest after finding carpenter ants in our house. They offered an appointment for the following morning, which they were right on time for. After a thorough inspection they located the nest (in a nearby tree) and could also say that while some ants had wandered inside our house they didn't have a nest inside and that this determined their treatment recommendations, which were less extensive than some other companies had recommended. They provided plenty of information and answered all my questions easily. I think it would be easy to upsell to more expensive treatments because people just want bugs, but instead Conquest did what was needed. I hope we don't need to call a pest control company again, but if we do I'll definitely call Conquest. read more

The guys are very bad, arrogant, not respectful, don't listen and touch all the places in the kitchen, bathrooms without permission.

This guy was like an ant whisperer. He looked all over the place to find walking ants and set out what he thought was their favorite baits. SO we wait to see if the ants leave read more

Extremely efficient and they get the job done. Will use again if necessary. Highly recommend. read more

Great job on a carpenter ant infestation. The technician was prompt, on time and very focused on finding where the ants were coming in. They did a great job on finding the source quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend. read more

I'm not an actual customer of Conquest, so I can't comment on the effectiveness of their treatment, but I CAN comment on the absolutely excellent customer service experience I just had. I called Conquest because the pest control company my landlord hired to get rid of my ant problem didn't really bother to take the time to fully explain their approach and what to expect in terms of length of treatment. Alex not only reassured me that my current treatment plan was the right approach, he walked me through how long each step of the process could potentially take, and what Conquest would do if I was still seeing ants after multiple bait applications. And he did it without trying to sell me anything (I actually had to ask for a quote at the end, in case I need pest control services again in the future). I think 90% of any experience with a Company is customer service, and Conquest really seems to get that. Highly, highly recommend! read more

They are responsive and offered a reasonable price. They came on time and did a great job. No more ants ever since their visit!!

I had a difficult problem with yellow jackets infesting my home. They had built a nest in my chimney along the roof, and they were starting to build inside the attic. Access was difficult with a high roof and tall hedges. Peter came up with the solution to work from the inside. He destroyed the new nest inside the attic and sprayed powder out toward the chimney section. Then he sprayed the outside of the chimney with a different treatment. All wasp activity ceased within a few hours and has not recurred during the following two days. A thorough and well-thought-out job. read more

This is the first time I used this company. Tech who came out was very nice and told me that if ants returned, I should call back and they'd return and respray. Unfortunately I didn't get a business card and didn't remember the name of the company. I figured I'd wait for the bill and then call them. Finally after almost 3 months I received a statement saying payment was 60 days overdue. I called and told them I never received any of earlier bills. Also requested that they return to respray where ants returned. They said that I was past 45 day limit so I'd have to pay for the visit. Only explanation they could give as to why I hadn't received a bill was that perhaps it went into my spam. Don't you think they'd call when after they supposedly sent 2 invoices, they didn't receive payment? I'll pay the bill, of course, but I'll never use this business again. read more

Me too on wishing I could give Conquest more than five stars. It's only been a few days since Mark and his guys came out here. I'll update the review once I know if my insect problem has been solved. When I feel confident about a contractor that means everything to me. The day after my insect treatment, Mark checked my place again.. to see if I had been bitten since he had been here. He did a little more spraying. he concern he shows for my insect problem...just wow. I like that he uses silica dust as a barrier... down the electric conduits and on the baseboards and little crevices all over the place I would have never known were there. Like I said, I'll update later... once I know how it goes. So far so good. Great. The woman in the office answered a lot of questions for me. She was quite patient. I have no qualms about calling again with more questions. Good feeling about good people at this company; makes my day! read more

The exterminator, Mike T, just left, and I couldn't be happier. As others have said, this company's level of friendliness and professionalism is impressive. Mike had to drive out to my place two days in a row because of a mistake on my property management team's part, and he was in great spirits despite having a legitimate reason to be annoyed with us. In addition to treating my unit thoroughly, Mike answered all of my questions and also offered several helpful tips for deterring critters. His demeanor was very warm and down to earth, and it went a long way toward helping to ease my phobia these particular critters. I had another company treat my unit a few months ago for the same critters, and while I'm sure their actual treatment was sufficient, the difference in the level of customer service is like night and day. If I ever need pest control services again, these folks are getting my business! read more

Very professional in the service they provided. We discussed what our needs were - there was no"upselling" and they took care of the rodent problem we had in our garage. We continued with our service on a monthly basis and when we discontinued it we received a confirmation call from Nate thanking us for our business, confirming that he had received my request and that if we ever needed their services again, to please call. No trying to talk me out of ending our service. Not sure what these bad review are about but I thought they were great and appreciate the good job they did and the inter communication we had. read more

I would HIGHLY recommend Conquest Pest Solutions (specifically Alex Guzman) to anyone who has a pest issue. Alex was quick to come over, analyze this situation and offer a plan of action on the spot. He is knowledgable, honest and a hard worker. Our issue was handled quickly and effectively. Five days after meeting Alex, I got a call back from another pest company that I had looked into. By then, Pest Solutions had already come back for round 2. Even more confirmation that I made the right choice with Conquest Pest Solutions. read more

After a few years with no pest problems we were overwhelmed by ants again this year. Unlike many other pest control companies they do not require a year's contract at $55 per month after the first payment if about $200. Or from Angi's list, $600. One time payment for our 3 story, plus basement, house was only $229. Carlos had been here before and again did a wonderful job, inside and out. I give them 10 stars. read more

Came out to treat interior and exterior of my parents home. Parents watch my 1 year old daughter so they were very thorough in description of products being used and inspection of the backyard as she will be playing there a lot this summer. My mother was very grateful. The inspector (so sorry I'm forgetting his name), had amazing customer service! Would definitely use them again. Ant treatment was the basis of the work. read more

Michael was amazing. Things went downhill after that. The receptionist made the two week follow-up appt while I was still on the line. When I went to follow-up a week and a half later she had no clue. She renewed the appt. with Michael and I got Nick. Nick claims he called my cell phone (no records) and he rang my doorbell and knocked on the door. My husband and I were both home and heard nothing. I called to reschedule and it was miserable. I would not recommend this company at all. read more

Very impressed by Conquest's business approach. Prior to having Conquest out to investigate and assess a potential rodent issue I had spoken to numerous other businesses that also do similar assessments. Alex from Conquest is thorough in his assessment. The man knows his stuff and provides initial recommendations on next steps and how Conquest can, will or cannot assist. I am pleased with their initial assessment and recommendations and I highly recommend them to address rodent concerns. read more

I've used Conquest for years. I wouldn't use anyone else. They have been hugely successful in addressing and abolishing my ant problem. I like having the yearly maintenance agreement with them and they come promptly anytime I have an issue. They were also successful with dealing with a previous mice issue. I like the product they use, there is no toxic smell or danger to my pet. I highly recommend them for all your pest needs. read more

I have used Conquest for about five years not ONCE did they solve my ant problem on the first visit. Their Tech would come to the job over and over and say now he brought the "big guns" to kill the ants. Why were the big guns not brought the first time. I requested this tech not come back to my house and send someone else. He took so much of my time, telling me the history of ants. Don't care. Just want them out of my home!! Finally they sent a tech who guaranteed I would have ants no more and that was true for over a year. They had to come back repeatedly and over that time period I always had ants!!!! When I called them back this year for my ant problem, Chris said he was reluctant to come back because of how many recalls they got well Chris I STILL HAD ANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! you were not getting the job done!!!! he even said his tech was at my house for over an hour. Tell your tech to keep his jaws from jabbing and get the job done!! Not only would I not use them again, I will no longer recommend them to the clients of our office. read more

My elderly parents had a bad tenant that left them with a roach infestation. I am familiar with professional pest control methods including IGRs, baits, and sprays but I live on the west coast and couldn't do it myself, so I looked for a local exterminator near them. I called and spoke with Tessy who was very helpful and we discussed what kind of products they would use. My dad then called and made an appointment. The technician did a great job and even helped clean up the side of the stove that was covered with roach feces. So far it has been about 2 months and the roach problem seems to have gone away. Big thank you to Tessy and Conquest Pest Solutions for helping out my mom and dad after they were ripped off by Terminix. read more

I was very, very, very grateful to have Carlos Reyes come out to help us with a horrible bedbug situation with my mother's bedroom. She had had a mild infestation with bedbugs about 6 months ago (sorry I'm just now writing this, but I have been quite busy). As you can imagine, she and I were besides ourselves without a clue on what to do. My mom called up a friend of hers who referred Conquest to us. They came over to her the same day and was very kind to work with us. They came out again the next week to do a second treatment and provided us vital information on how to keep away the bugs by bagging up her clothes and putting them in the dryer. Carlos had a calming effect---he put my mother at ease---and me as well! I highly recommend Conquest Pest Solutions---I also want to give a shout out to Chris Mosk who was not only very patient with us but also attentive and informative. If there were any more superlatives I could think of, I could go on for days and days! Thank you again! read more

After a very bad experience with a competitor, I called Conquest. What a difference! From the moment I spoke to Tessie I knew I was in good hands. Mike T arrived promptly at my house. The professionalism and knowledge of this business is unsurpassed. read more
