I'm so glad I stumbled upon Busy Bee on google. We had a nasty yellow jacket bee infestation for about two weeks give or take. I called Busy Bee on a Sunday and they were prompt and in fact we're so flexible they came a day earlier than planned since I was able to get off work early. They spent about an hour clearing, spraying, and sealing the bee hole that was in our wall outside. Total cost was $125 and is seriously super reasonable. We have a different pest control company under contract, but when I called them this morning seeking help with a nest of bald headed hornets that had already stung my roofing contractors on site, that company couldn't come out until tomorrow. Concerned for my contractors, I called Busy Bee and Greg was able to come out within an hour to suit up and take care of the problem while the roofers continued their work. He was super nice, and I appreciate that he would have relocated the hive if they had been honeybees. I called this company today because our yard suddenly has wasps swarming around. The gentleman basically explained that this is the season for them, and told us that it would be quite obvious if the source was right there in our small yard, they'd literally be making a bee line. I went back outside and watched them for quite some time. They flittered around, but never anywhere specifically in our yard. Another company I called said that if I couldn't locate the nest, it would be an insane amount of money for me to have my yard treated because of course, the nest could be in a hole that we can't see. Called Busy Bee Pest Control when I had the first report of bedbugs in a multi-family building. Greg showed up on time, and spent quite a bit of time interviewing the tenant, inspecting for signs of bedbugs, and treating for them, using several different methods. He explained to me and the tenant what he's going to do, and what is expected of us. Early detection, cleanliness, and compliance are keys to controlling these things. After a thorough initial application, and one lighter follow-up, knock on wood, no more bugs (and it's been several months.) I've called back for a couple of other pest control problems.
