I was really happy with Eco Pest Solutions! Eric was quick to respond and assess a bee issue in my home promptly. He identified the source and took care of it within a few hours. He was very easy to work with and professional. Price was fair as well. I would definitely use this business again in the future! read more

I called to set up an appt to have a yellow jacket nest taken care of. The phone message instructed me to leave a message due to long wait times, and I would be called back. I never received a call. A few days later I scheduled an appointment online and received an email confirmation. No one ever showed up on the day of the appointment. I called again, got a machine, and left a message asking for a call back, and once again never got a call. Needless to say, would not recommend. read more

The tech, Eric, who came out was friendly and personable, but their service was completely ineffective, and they've been ignoring us now for weeks. We noticed some mouse activity, and we wanted to get a professional in to not only address the issue, but also identify and cut off (or give us tips to do it ourselves) potential entry points to solve the problem completely. We specifically picked EcoPest for their ecologically friendly approach. Eric came out to assess and then address issues and sanitize. We were told that within a few days the activity would cease. Immediately after the service we noticed there were still droppings in the area that had just been "sanitized", but we let it go and decided to wait for the follow-up visit to have them address anything left from lingering activity. Activity never stopped. They returned once after several days to address some obvious access points that they had missed, which we found easily, after our tenant saw a mouse dart across his kitchen. It's now been nearly seven weeks since they came out.. The issue is ongoing, and we are having to take remediation action ourselves. They used regular gap sealing foam, after saying it was ineffective and rodents would chew through it. It/They are completely chewing through it. At this point I'm wondering what we paid for because we could have just done what they did, and done it more thoroughly, more neatly, and more aesthetically. The whole point of contacting a professional was to get things done quickly and effectively - address the issue and stop any further access. They never come out for the "final" assessment, and they have been completely ignoring our multiple attempts to contact them and resolve lingering issues. I can't recommend EcoPest at all. Save your money and find an effective company who stands by their work. read more

Great, thorough service, friendly and always on time. Confident he has resolved a decades long problem of mice that Orkin could never resolve. read more

Super easy to work with and effective! I've used them for a few years now for yearly preventive service and I can attest that it works. No issues so far and they are very responsive and professional. A plus is using eco friendly chemicals. read more

It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment with Eco Pest Solutions, and their service is totally professional, awesome, and went well above my expectations. Eric did a great job eliminating all of the spiders, their webs, and other pests within our newly purchased 125-year-old house, including the really creepy basement and crawl space areas. He also patched up the holes in the attic where the mice were likely getting in as well as baiting for them in the future. He spent 2-1/2 hours doing all of this in a home that has been completely neglected for many years, until our arrival about a week ago. Eco Pest should be at the top of anyone's list when it comes to pest control, both insects and rodents. We'll certainly be using them again in the spring when "ant season" arrives in our town. The value that they bring is immense, as you can tell by the 'before' and 'after' pictures of the mouse hole that Eric plugged in our attic area. All our questions were answered promptly and the chemicals used were just fine for our small dog and children to be around. Great job! read more

Eric did an amazing job. He was quick to respond to our outreach, identified the problem, and came up with a solution to solve our rat problem. We also had him spray for general insects and he uses safe products that we felt comfortable having around our young family. We genuinely feel like he treated our property like his own. He answered all our questions and he doesn't try to oversell you on additional or unnecessary services. read more

Our family recommended Eric for our mice problem. He was Awesome!!! Got rid of all of them on his first visit and was very thorough then and on the follow up. Would highly recommend him with any pest need you would have. Thank You !!! read more

I unhesitatingly recommend Eco Pest Solutions! Eric and his team were professional, prompt, thorough and effective. A key indication of how good the service is their follow up. They were attentive to questions and visited our home twice after the initial visit both to check on the success of their work and make (minor) adjustments. read more

Eric was simply awesome! so professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone!

They came out to spray my daughters yard while I was there and when the tech was done he said he needed to charge her double because of her lot! wrong way to start!! He agreed to come back in 3 weeks with no charge but he guaranteed no mosquitoes in the meantime. Let me tell you how many bites my granddaughter had and the rest of us that night. In the meantime I asked him to go spray my house. Sure enough next day mosquitoes everywhere! I do not know what was in his can but he kept filling it with water at my daughters house. We are still waiting for service to take care of this mosquito issue... Horrible, I should have stayed with the company I used last year. If they do not come out to spray soon, I will have no choice but to call the BBB for the service not carried out as agreed or better yet call the media. read more

We've used there services a couple of times and they get it done. Last year we had a massive infestation of ants, they came once and it solved the problem mostly so then we had them come back two more times and they got rid of all the spiders and bugs too. We just had them come back this year because had a problem with wasps. I like using them because they use all natural products that are not harmful to breath. It's great because we have a kid and grow a garden and didn't want to breath or ingest any nasty chemicals. I highly rate and recommend them. Also the people are super nice and they are very friendly read more

We decided to go with this company for a fly infestation in our house because it was eco-friendly, had some good reviews and was cheaper than the big name companies. I heard back from them within hours of my request and he came the next day! He was professional, informative and effective and we will definitely use them again. Love the 60-day guarantee also. read more

I had my house exterminated last month by this company. The guy was awesome. I had carpenter ants randomly in random rooms every single day. Silverfish too. It was freaking me out. Have you seen how scary-looking a silverfish is? Granted it could have been worse... but I can't deal. Anyways, I had this company come. They did a super thorough inspection inside and out.. They pointed out holes outside that needed to be plugged and other little issues we didn't realize... and fixed the problem overall. Their chemical is eco friendly- safe for kids and pets. And I have not seen one bug in my house since. He gave me a bunch of tips and was super friendly. Also super affordable- and I am not rich; for reference. Spent way less than I anticipated. I was SO skeptical to think they could get rid of these bugs. They've been here since the dead of WINTER when we moved in. They are GONE. Completely not here. I didn't think it was possible. They do all bugs and other pests. I know of someone personally whom he got rid of bed bugs (*shudders*) for as well. If you need someone call them. Really. Incredibly knowledgeable. Reliable. Knows what to do.... and does it. I definitely recommend. read more

I am beyond grateful for having worked with this company! Definitely recommend working with them and following every one of their guidelines for exterminating bed bugs. Especially the preparation process. Thank you guys! read more

Eco pest solutions is a great company for any bug issues you may have. They came out the same day we called. The technician was very knowledgeable and the office lady was very friendly. We have been using them for several years already. If I ever have a problem they come right out. There is never an additional charge. I don't have the bug problems that I hear my neighbors talking about. They always let me know when they are coming. They try very hard to accommodate my schedule. The associates are always super nice and friendly and a pleasure to work with. read more

Had great service from them once but then the second time they never showed and didn't return any of my calls. So I waited around for them for hours only to end up booking with someone else. The worst kind of customer service! A simple call to let me know they couldn't make it would have sufficed. read more

They came out after we agreed upon a price based on my lot. When he was finished, I was told that he had to double the price because he used two times the spray he needed, to which I answered that it was not my fault that they did not calculate the lot size correctly with how much solution they would need. He let it go and left to go spray my parents house since I referred them. The very next day, I got bit my multiple mosquitos. We had my daughters first birthday after a few days and we could not sit outside due to how many bugs there were. Their solution did not do ANYTHING! My parents house is the same way. Bugs and mosquitos everywhere. I called for a re-spray and was told that they were going to come out for a second time anyway (which was in the original price, and would see if we needed a stronger spray.) It rained the day they were due so I figured they wouldn't show. They didn't but never called me to reschedule. I've called 2 times now and left a voicemail. STILL NOTHING. Will NOT be using them again. UPDATE: they have disappeared off the face of the earth! They never came for my second spray which I PAID FOR!!!!! I called for the 6th time and left a message telling them if they do not call me back I will be reporting them to the BBB and taking steps to make sure I get my money back. NOT COOL! read more

Thank you to everyone who posted a positive review for this company. I spoke with Madeline a month ago, very friendly and professional. Mike came to our home and took his time to explain and do his job. My mom was very comfortable and spoke highly of his professionalism. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!! Thank you again, Mike and Madeline. read more
