Great experience working with Chris and Bigfoot Pest Control. I began seeing carpenter ants in my new home and wanted it addressed immediately. I send a request through the website inbound contact page and Chris called me back within an hour. He had the courtesy to spend quite a bit of time on the phone with me listening about my issues and how I am displeased with my current pest control service, and talked about his company, their services, and the best way to tackle my problems. They were able to come by the next day and used non-toxic chemicals to spray the inside and outside of my house. I found the problem area with the ants the night before they came by. The tech, Angel - I believe his name was, confirmed my suspicions of where the ants were coming from and pointed out the specific location - a crevice on an old style window frame. The ants have all disappeared. I saw one the day after the spraying and it was moving around like a spaz - a sign that the poison was working! The best part of Bigfoot is they offer services on an a la carte basis and they stand behind their product / services. None of that subscription BS where a tech has to come every 3 weeks and disrupt everyone's schedule just to apply a product that has a limited efficacy! I am glad I was able to connect with Bigfoot! If anyone is looking for pest removal, or considering a switch from a big-name, corporate pest control company - you should not hesitate to reach out to Bigfoot! read more

Quick response, efficient treatment. Bippity bop-- yellow jackets gone. Chris was great.

Chris was great! My husband and I just purchased our first home and quickly identified a wasp problem. They were getting behind our shutters and any little hole they could find. Chris explained his treatment process and was exactly what we were looking for. He came to our house this past Friday for the treatment and today my husband was mowing the lawn and the beautiful sight of dead wasps appeared! Now our dog can enjoy hanging out on the patio again! Highly recommend! read more

Needed Big Foot for a problem and by the next morning Chris came out. He had another technician with, and they did an inspection outside the house and left some bait inside the house. I used them in the past and those issues were resolved quickly so since this was today, I'm assuming all will go well again. The response time was very quick and they listened and were very professional and considerate. read more

Chris is an absolute legend when it comes to pest control. His years of experience in the field was super helpful for a huge mice issue I had at my home this year! Thanks Chris! read more

Bigfoot has got to be the best pest control company I have ever used. To start off they are professional and perfect at what they do. With this Covid-19 going on the tech will always have gloves and a mask on. The product they use are second to none. I had carpenter ants in my garage, Hornets in my attic vent, and ants in my house. Bigfoot did a power spray for me and eliminated EVERYTHING! Not to mention I have not seen a bug around my house for a couple of years now. Last year I had mice. They found that I had a small opening in my crawl space. They sealed it up for me, set bait traps, and I haven't seen a mouse for a year now. Bigfoot is just a class act company that knows how to take care of its customers. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for and the good thing about Bigfoot is that they have different price points to choose from for everyone's budget. read more

!!!DO NOT HIRE!!! Very Unprofessional, Rude & Disrespectful. Did Not Let Me Talk And Explain My Issue. Said "Why Are You Telling Me Like Its My Fault? Well, Aren't You The Owner Chris??? Also Said "I Have Many Other Customers And Don't Have Time To Deal With You" IM A PAYING CUSTOMER. Didnt Ask For A Free Service. Of Course All Of This Happened After I Paid Him. read more

I called and the owner Chris answered directly! Kudos to great response time. Sadly, my home is out of the area of service. Chris gave me some great tips on searching for a company closer to me. Every May without fail, this is the company I call. Joe and Chris are absolutely wonderful. I have a very horrible ant problem. I'm talking real bad. They come out and do their magic and my ants are gone within days!!!! There is no other company to call but them. They are the very best. I have a very bad fear of bugs. I found a bug today in my house. I was praying to god it was'nt what I thought it was. First person I called was Big Foot Chris. He happily said to take pics of the bug on its back and stomach so he could tell me exactly what it was. I sent him the pics I took. Immed response time. So very grateful he literally knew what it was and I did not have to take further action. They are reliable and honest. And the bugs are GONE. All of them. Do not hesitate to call them. They are the best!!! Thank you again Joe and Chris. read more

Called Bigfoot on a Saturday morning about our ant problem. Chris was most helpful, explained the whole process and all pricing. Tech Leo arrived in the afternoon and sprayed and baited the area. We had quite the feeding frenzy that night as many many ants came out to enjoy the "feast". ( I felt a bit like Jim Jones.....) Twenty four hours later, I saw a total of three ants where there had been dozens. Chris advised it might take two weeks, which may be true for some. Our problem, however, is over for now. Great people to do business with! Don't bother with the Big Guys who want to sign you up on a contract. Call Bigfoot. read more

Had Bigfoot out again this year for a whole different problem. Again, spent so much time on the phone going over options, came out in no time and did their thing. Great service, great people! Oh, and last year's ants NEVER came back, so we're customer's for life! Thank you again! read more

I had a group of bees flying around my back door that were starting to enter through a hole in my home and no matter what I sprayed I couldn't kill them because the queen bee needed to die and I needed a professional company to do that for me. I called bigfoot and they were able to come out the same day within an hr.and within a day it all disappeared and they even went to the extent to undo the caulking that I had filled the hole with in order to spray the solution into the hole. Great job done and I would definitely call them for anything else in the future if needed. They were fast, respectful and knowledgable. read more

Great service! I called in the morning and here was here early this afternoon. For years we've had an occasional ant problem here and there and were able to keep them at bay with DIY home products. Unfortunately yesterday morning we woke up to a swarm of flying ants in our basement by our laundry room backdoor. When I called Chris he explained everything that was going on as to what was happening within the ant colony, what they were going to do and straight forward pricing (very responsible as well). He and his assistant came by at 1:00 (exactly when he said he would be here) and were done in about 40 min. He even explained his products and why they were safe for humans and animals to be around but not insects. Answered every question I had and was a very cool guy to speak with. He also guaranteed the work for 90 days. This was a 1time visit so they don't need to keep coming back. I HIGHLY recommend Bigfoot. read more

Got rid of my ant infestation! Great service! Friendly and reliable! Very detailed and Knowledgeable. Thanks a million!

I used this company for bed bugs. They convinced me to "trust them" and the system will work. Well....$1000+ later, I still had them. Treatments got less and less coverage (in and out of my house ). They started with whole house then did less and less each each week (several weeks treatment) and was still haunted by them. Finally, I had had enough of the "trust me" and bought a steamer and powder (at a friends suggestion). So guess what???? No more bed bugs!!! I should have "steamed" them out in the first place, would have saved myself hundreds of dollars wasted on these clowns. read more
