I send a request through the website inbound contact page and Chris called me back within an hour. He had the courtesy to spend quite a bit of time on the phone with me listening about my issues and how I am displeased with my current pest control service, and talked about his company, their services, and the best way to tackle my problems. They were able to come by the next day and used non-toxic chemicals to spray the inside and outside of my house. I found the problem area with the ants the night before they came by. The tech, Angel - I believe his name was, confirmed my suspicions of where the ants were coming from and pointed out the specific location - a crevice on an old style window frame. The ants have all disappeared. I saw one the day after the spraying and it was moving around like a spaz - a sign that the poison was working! The best part of Bigfoot is they offer services on an a la carte basis and they stand behind their product / services. After coming out the first time and treating the nest and telling us they did a complete inspection of the property we found another nest the next day. We called and they came out to treat that one but after 6 days we still had a lot of activity. We were told they couldn't come back for a couple of weeks so I wanted to cancel the service. They charged us $249.00 for an early cancellation fee on top of the visit fee even though we were told we could cancel anytime and we were cancelling for poor service. Warning: read the contract they will scam you!

Chris came to my house exactly when he said he would. He took his time and sprayed both inside & outside. The chemicals seemed to be odorless. After he leaves, I see dead ants for a day or two. After a day or two, I don't see a single ant for two or three years. It's amazing! The cost is way cheaper then what I was doing which was spraying with the canned stuff.
