I believed I had squirrel issues in my attic. I contacted my pest control service who misled me to believe they handled those issues. After a "home inspection" they presented me with a $12,000 dollar quote and informed me they did not handle squirrels. I give two stars for quick kill for their offices being very responsive but for actual extermination, I will give them one star. When they came for their first visit they provided a lot of facts about mice and put out bait boxes, left and said that they would be back in two weeks. When they came back they said the mice didn't eat any of the bait and said to just give it more time. We made sure to put all food in container so we had nothing the mice could eat but mice activity increased. They says they have a 30 day guarantee and someone came on the 30th day looked at the bait boxes and said nothing was eaten and left in a hurry. I had to chase after them so they could come back and give me advice on what to do. They said the first technician couldn't come that day so he didn't know much to say to help me out and just said mice should go away soon. In case you were wondering, the bait boxes they use can be easily bought online so nothing special that would justify $500 fee. I ended up YouTube videos and was able to trap them on my own with traps from Home Depot and was able to find entry points outside they didn't point out which helped my problem. I would seek out another company or at least confirm that they send the same technician if you plan to use them. read more

Due to rising cost with a competing mosquito and tick exterminating company of almost 150%, we paid a handyman spray our yard last year. But the ticks were so bad this year, and after plucking 4 ticks off our non verbal son and one off my husband after a less than hour of outdoor play on our playground, we decided that it was best to exterminate the ticks professionally, which were extremely bad this year. We had sugar ants and field mice get into the house and basement. At first sign of these critters which I think were coming in due to the large amount of rain last month we called Quick Kill Exterminator who came in sprayed and but out bait and traps. Used their service on two occasions but issues persisted. If you sign up for a service plan that reduces the service and decide to cancel note that they will charge you $50 for cancelling. I was sent a contract after the first visit and did not sign it. Did not read the fine print according to Quick Kill contract that I did not sign that noted a $50 cancellation fee. Requested if this fee could be waived since I never signed the agreement and they said no. read more
