I love Hawaiian Kitchen. It's been one of my go-to spots for a while now whenever I want a solid & nourishing meal that isn't notably unhealthy. I usually get their BBQ Beef & Chicken combo and it always hits. The chicken & beef are sooo soft and grilled nicely with a sweet/salty glaze. The broccoli is steamed and salted which I much prefer over some mushy boiled broccoli as this one's got a little bite to it. Their steamed rice perfectly balances the flavors and the macaroni salad is so good and made in house. Also, their rice sauce is an elite sauce, haven't had anything like it elsewhere and it is so flavorful that I always ask for extras. I've also had their spam musubi: salty fatty spam, soft rice, a little sweet glaze wrapped in nori, very tasty; I usually save one for later. I've also had their calamari which is perfectly cooked every time. Hot, a crispy outer crust, and the actual squid is really soft and easy to chew, their paired sweet thai chili has cilantro in it which is a nice touch. Whether it's authentic or not doesn't matter to me, I always have a good meal here.

I wish I could remember the exact protein in this Poke bowl but it was a chef suggestion that I loved!

I am so happy with Hawaiian Kitchen. The clean and fresh flavors never disappoint. I'm now on a mission to try every Poke bowl combination. I cannot wait to return!

Wow! Freshly made dishes. The Hawaiian Sauce- you could put that on a flip flop and I'd eat it!! Fresh veggies. Carefully diced chicken breast. And I'm 80% certain they put crack in this Hawaiian pasta salad. Dumplings were fresh and they added a hint of sugar to the bottom, so it's caramelized in the pan. Perfection.

I ordered from Hawaiian Kitchen on UberEats, so I can't comment on the service or ambiance at the actual restaurant. They were running a BOGO free deal on a few items, so I decided to order two of the Hawaiian Grilled Chicken Poke Bowl. The chicken itself wasn't anything special, and was a bit tough if anything. However, the rest of the toppings were pretty good. It was a satisfying meal and seemed healthy overall.

Idk why but i had my eye on the spam musubi for awhile and i don't even like pork - seriously. But there was just something about it that had me wanting to try it. And so weeks later i finally caved in and ordered. The verdict : spam musibi - a tad bit salty for me. However it def doesn't disappoint in the filling me up department. It was rolled in a ton of rice and i think it had some teriyaki sauce in the middle. It was surprisingly GOOD. Chicken tenders looked huge. I mean, it was. Chicken, shrimp & steak combo was yummy. It came w a side of broccoli and macaroni salad - which did not disappoint. I give it a thumbs up. My hub devoured his Salmon & chicken combo. He said it wasn't bad. Just reminded him of Hibachi style food. I just think the food to price ratio is off. Def on the pricier side for the amount of food you get, if you're asking me. Overall would definitely order again!

Food choices are good, gad the Tuna & Salmon Bowl. At first thought not enough, but was pleasantly surprised how I was full afterwards. Tasty and fresh.

Somewhere between zero & -3 on the wow meter. Very plain & simple fare, which is subjectively good or bad - In my case, not good. I'm no fancy pants (prefer tattered shorts) and this was underwhelming. That might be ok for cheap eats but this was not a good value based on overall food quality & volume. Pros: meats were cooked well. Clean sit down environment, though no sanitizer avail. Shall we return? Probably not. Ordered: BBQ Chicken & beef combo A, shrimp salad, musubi. Salad was a mediocre mix of iceberg/romaine & tomato. It's difficult to expect anything special from Musubi - I mean, it's spam after all.

They have many menu options ranging from preset poke bowls, to make your own, combo meals, and mini meals. Drinks are about $2.50 a piece, and a wide variety of Hawaiian Sun, casual soda. I was tempted to get the mini meal since I don't eat a lot, but I ultimately caved and decided to get the combo meal since I wanted to try the Kailua pork too. The verdict? The Kailua pork was a little too salty for me, it comes mixed with like cabbage or lettuce, and overall very mushy which I didn't mind. However the Chicken Katsu came with a bbq type sauce and everyone thought the sauce was delicious. My fiance ordered the bbq mix which included the bbq chicken, beef, and short ribs and I thought the beef was so yummy. The portion size was big. All the combos come with either 1-2 scoops of rice and macaroni salad. My meal was pretty perfect for 2 whole meals for me. I ate the katsu with my leftover rice for breakfast the next morning! The food comes in takeout containers which makes it very easy for you to take to go if you don't finish. I might have to come back and try the poke next time...

The menu had mostly Hawaiian options to choose from. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I had the customizable poke bowl ($15.95). There was a number of different options to choose from with different proteins, toppings, sauces, etc. I had a base of brown rice with avocado, cucumber, sweet corn, edamame, mango, ahi tuna, spicy mayo, ginger, wasabi, jalapeno, green onion, and cilantro. This was nicely done. Everything appeared fresh and it was a good size portion. I would have just liked to seen a little more ahi tuna present, but besides that, very pleasant and filling. I also had the spam musubi ($2.95) and a side of macaroni salad ($3.95). The musubi was okay. It was a little dry. There needed to be more sauce present. The macaroni salad was a heaping portion, and it was tasty. There looked like a lot of mayonnaise present, but it was not too overpowerful as some type of sugar seemed to be incorporated to balance it out. Regardless of what it was, the salad was flavorful. Will I go back? I would.

It's located in a strip mall with adequate parking.

Since it's not really close to me, I had not really had the opportunity to try it, so I figured it was worth making a specific trip out for it. When we got there, we noticed the building had very locked windows, which we thought was peculiar, but when you walk inside, you can see why. The atmosphere here is definitely a touch of paradise. The inside is decorated, and it really does feel like a little bit of a tropical getaway. The staff here were friendly and were able to make some recommendations. The drinks were pretty good, and I really liked the food I got. I'd ordered the Four Seasons, which had a little bit of everything. We also split a pu pu platter since a lot of people had talked about it and I felt like we couldn't really get the true experience without having it. All in all, while I don't think I will be a regular here due to the distance, I look forward to coming back again if I am ever local at all and I would definitely stop by if you like tiki drinks and good food.

What an unexpected bright spot in my day!…read more I stopped by Pokemoto and ordered the Signature Hawaiian bowl along with mac salad, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. As someone who spent two months in Hawaii, I have a soft spot for Hawaiian-inspired food, and this meal definitely brought back some great memories. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I brought my laptop and spent some time working while I ate, and the vibe was perfect--comfortable, clean, and inviting. The owner was especially kind and made everyone feel welcome. You can tell there's genuine care behind both the food and the customer experience. One of my favorite surprises was the complimentary Dole Whip-style frozen pineapple dessert. I wasn't expecting it, and it instantly transported me back to the Dole Plantation in Hawaii. It was the perfect sweet finish to a delicious meal. The decor was cheerful, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh, light, and full of flavor. I also appreciate that there are plenty of options for those looking for gluten-friendly choices. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a little bit; after 5-10 more minutes I tried the door again and it didn't budge so this time I knocked. The first time I knocked I saw the one visible worker behind the counter practically run to a back room out of sight. Sure why not. Waited another 10 minutes and knocked again, still no response and I can see they see me. At this point I'm just upset, it's been practically 30 minutes since I placed my order and I'm just stuck waiting outside (multiple people tried to enter during this time to no avail, everybody but me left!). Finally after my third knock attempt within about 25 minutes one of the employees comes and sheepishly opens the door for me. I went to use the bathroom and came out, seeing that they were preparing something that I assumed was my order so I just stood there and waited. Apparently my order was ready by this point but I didn't know because it took about 5 minutes of me (the ONLY customer in the store) standing there for them to even ask me how they can help. The bowl itself was mediocre: tuna and salmon didn't taste fresh at all and in fact had a weird texture and flavor like they took the raw cubes and threw them in a microwave for 5 seconds. I love poke but this was genuinely the saddest "poke" bowl I have ever had, will not be coming back.

Them mango smoothie was a nice size and delicious! I ordered my food to go and had a very short ride so the good was still hot. We tried the Hawaiian Garlic shrimp. Small size was plenty as it had 7 shrimp over sticky rice with some mixed vegetables in a cheesy buttery sauce. It had nice flavor. Also tried was the Hawaiian Ahi Bowl ( poke) which had plenty of fresh tuna with same veggies. Again a small size was plenty. Lastly I tried the Musubi which is a slice of Spam on top of a bar of cooked sticky rice with seaweed paper around it to get it together. Hawaii has been the # consumer of Spam for many years so I had to give it a try. The salty, smokey flavor of the "meat" along with he sticky rice was a good combo, but the seaweed wrap just gave it a slight fishy taste I could do without.
