This place has been here for a while but I believe they added ramen and more to their menu. They are in a small strip mall that has shared parking. It can get busy in this lot but there are usually spots. If you are dining in then you seat yourself to the left and you can scan and order from a QRC code or they have table service as well. To go orders you can go right to the counter and order from there. I've only tried the ramen, appetizers and bubble tea not the bowls yet. The ramen and apps are delicious. Stepping into Tiki poke, I saw how huge the space was and so neat and organized. Quickly grabbed a seat and the staff came almost immediately. I inquired about their ramen options and the staff recommended me the spicy miso ramen which comes with regular pork broth with miso paste and the spiciest they have since I asked for a spicy one. Waited for like 6 minutes and I got a nice big black ramen bowl with both chausu and spicy minced pork. First sip of the broth was delicious. Very balanced flavor and with right amount of spice and heat. The yellow ramen noodles were cooked perfectly and the chausu was also great. Seen this place for a while now every time I hit up Planet Fitness so decided to finally give it a try and we are so glad we did. Our bowl were hot and fresh and extremely delicious. My wife opted for the best seller R1 Tiki Spicy Miso Ramen and whew it's a hot one for sure. I opted for R3 Chef Recommended Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen with a much milder vegan soy brother. The poke bowls were reasonably priced, and they offered a decent variety of fish. It was the standard choose one, two or three proteins and then you select all the topping that you desire and then you pick the sauce(s) to put on the side or drizzled oand mixed into your bowl. Thankfully Tiki Poke literally carried the torch and opened up a terrific place to get my fix. There are lots of preset bowl recipes you can pick but I recommend doing the build your own to truly make the experience what you want. Choose your base (white rice, brown rice, salad or kale noodles) choose how many proteins you'd like, pick your toppings & sauces and you're all set. Think deconstructed sushi with all the goodies you like in your rolls. For an equally unique and delicious experience they offer sushi burritos, all the fixins rolled up in a ginormous nori wrap - i prefer the bowls myself but the burritos are also damn good. As if this weren't enough they also have some amazing tea options here. Hot or cold, sparkling or milk they have it all. All of the ingredients were tasty and fresh. My Hawaiian burrito consisted of ahi tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, cucumber, red onion, edamame, scallions, and cilantro, mixed with their signature Hawaiian sauce and spicy mayo. It was then topped with corn, wakame, mango, tomatoes, and crispy onions. I would probably remove the red onion and tomatoes next time, but otherwise the combination was great! My mom also really enjoyed her Dragon bowl that consisted of cooked eel, kani, cucumber, edamame, eel sauce, spicy mayo, avocado, mango, wakame, crispy onions, rice, and sesame seeds. Both of our portion sizes were very generous as well. The jasmine milk tea was delicious and definitely hit the spot after our meal.
