Great new spot! They offer a 3 scoop Protein bowl for $16.95 which I think is more than fair and is what we both got. Great portions, lots of sauce options, and tons of seating inside. I tried the house yummy, ponza sauce, and wasabi aioli. Loved them all! The yummy sauce is like what you get at hibachi grills. The wasabi aioli isn't spicy but was my favorite sauce. Tons of fresh veggies and fruits to add to your bowl. They also have some appetizers, ramen bowls and boba. Something for everyone! Definitely recommend; great fast casual spot.

This was a place that I gave fairly high marks to overall, but personally I was not a huge fan of it. I was impressed with the freshness of the seafood in my chicken and shrimp bowl, which also included mango and brown rice. The ingredients themselves seemed high quality, but the combination of flavors just did not come together for me. This was one of their signature bowls, and I even had them leave off the cucumbers, but the mango mixed with everything else was not really my style. I also was not a fan of the contrast between some ingredients being warm while others were cold. That said, the chicken, shrimp, and sauces themselves tasted very good. My wife actually really enjoyed it, so I can definitely see why many people would love this place. We also ordered an appetizer, though oddly it did not come out until after our bowls, so I am not sure why they consider it an appetizer lol. I also tried the vanilla boba tea, and it was a little too sweet for me personally. It had a ton of sugar and was just a bit overpowering. Service was fine overall. The employee at the counter was helpful while ordering, though the experience did feel a bit rushed. One small disappointment was that the sodas are canned rather than fountain drinks. On the positive side, the restaurant was very clean inside and had around 5-6 tables available for dining.

A brand new poke spot in O'Fallon, near Hwy K & Feise Road, in a small shopping plaza. It's a smallish spot with shared parking. You can order at the self-serve kiosk or at the counter. I don't think the online ordering is active yet. If you order at the counter, they will give you a # and call it out when your order is ready, or if dining in, they bring your food to your table. It's nice that they have various Poké bowls, ramen, and some appetizers like buns, Gyoza, and shumai. They have signature poke bowls, and they also have create your own bowl. One thing that's different about them is that they offer soba noodles as a base, or rice or salad greens. I was happy to see that they have lotus as a topping. Protein offerings include various types of tuna, salmon, grilled chicken, shrimp, and even tofu. I was disappointed that they don't have masago. They have a long, high-top counter overlooking highway K with stools and several low-top tables that are half booth and half metal chairs that are seated close together. They have a unisex bathroom. The service was courteous and pretty quick for only being open a few days. They have a loyalty program available.

I realized one night that I've never had a poke bowl and needed to remedy it ASAP. I was glad to have options as I have a restrictive diet and being able to DIY it was convenient. I feel like I miss out on a lot of rice dishes these days, but I went for it anyway with a base of greens! Overall this was pretty good and was enough for me and my voracious teenage son to split. I will return again for the raw and rice choices when I can!

Delicious! Bowls are HUGE, definitely two meals. Restaurant was clean & quiet. Staff was friendly. And I love their to-go containers and reusable bags. Happy to have another healthy option in town.

Nudo House in Creve Coeur absolutely lives up to the hype, especially if you are hunting for a…read morestellar vegetarian bowl. I dropped in on a Saturday evening and ordered the **Shroomed Up** ramen, and it was a ramen masterclass in a bowl. The broth managed to be incredibly rich and deeply savory-sweet all at once, without ever feeling heavy. It was loaded with thick, substantial slabs of mushrooms, tender-cooked bok choy, and the noodles were the star of the show--thick and perfectly cooked to that ideal sweet spot where they aren't too chewy but have zero mushiness. Even with a line stretching out the door when we arrived, the wait wasn't tedious, and we reached the counter reasonably fast. The ordering process is standard counter service, but the staff member who took our order was incredibly nice, polite, and helpful, practically predicting my questions as I was looking over the menu. The same employee even brought our bowls out to us. The space was definitely crowded for a weekend night, but the seat-yourself setup worked out perfectly for the two of us; we still had three tables to choose from. The interior has a great energy with fun, East-Asian and Japanese-themed decor lining the walls. The Breakdown Food Quality: 5+/5 + Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Vibe: 4/5 Quality/Value: 4/5 **Pro Tip:** Don't let a Saturday evening line out the door scare you off! The counter service team moves people through the queue efficiently, and if you are dining in a small group of two, the table turnover is quick enough that you'll still easily find a spot to sit down.

So glad to see one closer to me. There's plenty of parking outside as it sits on the same lot as a few other businesses and restaurant. They have plenty of seats inside.Once you place your order, find a seat and your food will be brought to you. I ordered the Hebrew Hammer Ramen. Very savory and flavorful. I asked for mine to be made spicy. They made it perfectly. Service is excellent, staff are friendly, very clean interior. No complaints!

Omg!! I am so glad I got on the trusty yelp app for some ramen! ;)…read more While out here I met up with one of my friends who was telling me their ramen out here is delicious. I picked the ramen spot based on reviews and the photos of the ramen. Ichiro Ramen stood out from the rest. This spot is about 40 mins outside of St. Louis and it was well worth the drive. It's located in a strip mall next door to a grocery store. The restaurant itself is small, yet does have plenty of seating to dine in. We were greeted and immediately sat down. We were asked if we wanted a table or booth. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, my friend ordered the seafood ramen extra extra spicy and mg other friend ordered the chicken fried rice since she's not a big fan of Ramen. The waitress brings out our food one at a time and the food looks and smells amazing. I taste my broth and it is chef's kiss all I did was add some hot chili oil for extra flavor and kick. My friend's seafood ramen looked so good snd you can tell hers was super spicy because how rich and deep the color red her broth was and she added a lot of hot chili oil to hers since she loves spice. My friend's chicken fried rice didn't look aesthetically appetizing, but she's said it was tasty. Ichiro is definitely up there as one of the best ramen spots I've been to, it's pretty close next to my favorite ramen spot is Sacramento, Ca Soku Ramen and they speaks volumes.

The soup dumplings are really good, but you do need to ask for a spoon, which should come with it. The proper way to eat a soup dumpling is to put it on your spoon to bite a hole in the dumpling and empty the soup into the spoon so that it cools and you can eat it and then followed by eating the dumpling. The tuna taco was not for me because it had entirely too much sauce on it. The poke bowl was very good. Service is always very attentive and friendly. This is so close to me that it's a regular stop.

In a retail plaza next to the Post Office, easy parking right in front. The entry leads to a half wall that now indicates you should wait to be seated. I was greeted and seated upon entry. Serena was my server and she was really sweet. She brought me water and gave me time with the menu. The menu has quite a few different sections, but I focused on the Ramen! I decide to go with the Super Ichiro Ramen that has chicken and pork chashu, bamboo shoots, seasoned egg (two halves!) green onion, fish cake, spinach, and black garlic oil. The pork and chicken chashu were so good! There was lots of chicken and I loved it. I really enjoyed the broth. I asked for extra chili oil as I wanted more heat. I really, really want to try the Crab Rangoon but the only option is to order six and that is too many even counting leftovers. I wish they offered a smaller option. I enjoyed the different Ramen I ordered, and the wait staff was really friendly. If you want something other than Ramen, there is plenty to choose from! Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Udon, Korean chicken, Hibachi, Teriyaki, Chef's Specialties, Bowls, Donburi, and Stir Fry. Wow.
