The bowl was absolutely brimming with fresh ingredients and was very good. Next time I will add extra salmon. I was a little disappointed that they did not offer shrimp tempura or fried tofu. I like a little crunch in my bowl, so I added crunchy garlic. I ordered a taro, Boba tea, half sugar, and it was still very sweet so be aware that you could go down to a quarter sugar and it will still be sweet. They were nice enough to bring the actual containers out and allow me to read the ingredients - so helpful! The greens & veggies are always super fresh & crisp. Hubs does the raw fish thing (not for me!) and says it's always good. Last time we were in I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk. I asked about sugar, but didn't mention dairy. Hubs placed his order also with plant milk and the manager perked up from the back, asked him if he was dairy sensitive. Turns out the matcha mix has powdered milk in it. This cool spot is located in a small plaza near Highway K. It's the only poke spot that I'm aware of in Saint Charles County. There is plenty of parking right outside the entrance and disabled accessible. When I entered the establishment, the beautiful flooring was the first thing I noticed. The restaurant is very bright and ultra-clean. You order and pay at the counter. My meal was prepared so incredibly fast and my order was accurate. The staff was friendly and polite. I really enjoyed having so many menu choices. It's easy to do low-carb or vegan here. I ordered a salmon Poké bowl that included my favorites, avocado and masago. Next visit I'm going to get the sauce on the side. The Matcha milk tea was so good! It comes standard with whole milk and sugar, but you can get it with less sugar or zero sugar, and they have nondairy milkoptions, including almond, coconut, and oat milk. I got to check out "Meet Tea & Poke" their opening month and it fit the minimum. I feel like you can't really go wrong with poke as long as it's not spoiled, it's cut-up in bite size, and the flavors are there. For me, the flavors weren't really there and I can't say it's my favorite poke spot. The bubble tea I got was way too sweet and was lukewarm. Not really refreshing as I was hoping for in the heat of summer. I'm all about supporting small businesses (especially Asian businesses being Asian myself), however, the workers were a bit curt and unfriendly. Will I try this place again? Most likely. This is exactly what this area needed; a great locally owned Poke and tea spot! The options are great, the space is huge and the service is friendly and fast! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I really like how they designed their menu. They made it very easy with steps in their menu to make it easy to build your own bowl. This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. We ordered two bowls one regular and one large. I had the regular with brown rice and tofu. You get your choice of base, protein and many topping options. My husband liked his bowl with tuna. The bowls didn't look very big but it was plenty of food. It's been a while but the tea in the milk tea seemed to be Assam and the boba was still very fresh and QQ even so late into the day. Meet is located in a plaza with plenty of free parking. The interior is clean and modern but not especially cozy in terms of atmosphere. We visited on a Thursday evening around 6:30. The employees were all friendly and helpful but they seemed a bit busy and overwhelmed with the dinner rush. After ordering, it took about 30 minutes to get our meal. This restaurant is new, so hopefully they will learn how to fix their pacing, as the slow times could deter customers. As for the food itself, I loved the offerings of choices to put on the poke. The ingredients all seemed fresh, and it was overall very tasty. We also really enjoyed the brown sugar milk. For a family of four, it was pretty pricey, but I did feel the value was there. We plan on returning because the food was worth the wait and the cost. However, if the times continued to be incredibly slow, that would certainly reduce how often we visit. read more

We were very excited to see a poke restaurant so close to us! We typically have to drive 20+ minutes for pole. We visited for the first time and were un-impressed with the quality of food and the service. We first asked if we could do half rice and half greens as our base, the person at the counter said, "we can't do that. I'm not allowed to do that." I asked her if we could pay an up-charge for this since it was how we wanted our bowls. She again stated, "we can't do that. I'm not allowed to do that." Not a sorry or even a smile. It seemed strange that a create your own bowl place will not let you add what you want, even for an up-charge. We ended up with rice as our base and it was more rice than we could have eaten in several meals. The salmon and cucumbers were not incredibly fresh.
