BYOB - greens, tofu, & fixins'. Fresh food and friendly staff always! Allergy aware establishment!

Fresh ingredients, immaculate surroundings, helpful and attentive staff! We are always on the lookout for places where I can build my own bowl in keeping with AIP (AutoImmune Protocol) guidelines. I get the greens for a base with veggies and chicken or tofu. The dressings aren't all "clean" but with the staff's help I've narrowed down the ones I can have (sparingly). They were nice enough to bring the actual containers out and allow me to read the ingredients - so helpful! The greens & veggies are always super fresh & crisp. Hubs does the raw fish thing (not for me!) and says it's always good. Last time we were in I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk. I asked about sugar, but didn't mention dairy. Hubs placed his order also with plant milk and the manager perked up from the back, asked him if he was dairy sensitive. Turns out the matcha mix has powdered milk in it. She saved me from drinking a big cup of dairy which would have most definitely caused a flare up. Wow! Highly recommend!

It seems like my kids have me on a quest for the best boba in the area. We stopped in to give them a try. I am not a fan of boba (it's a texture thing for me). I love a good fruit tea. The combinations are truly endless. I did a lychee tea with cold foam on top. Absolutely delicious and refreshing. The kids went the more traditional route with brown sugar bobas. There is a small seating area they also offer order ahead and carry out. They rated comparable to the other places in the area.

Awesome spot! Love the boba selection and really like that you can choose the level of sweetness with milk teas. You can't do that at most boba spots. The bowls are great as well! 2 size options and you don't need to do raw fish if you don't want to either. I always do chicken. They have a great selection and the food is fresh. The service is super fast. They give you a nice cloth to-go back with your order too. Lots of seating inside if you want to eat here. Highly recommend!!

Great lunch spot. You can choose every ingredient in your bowl. Order at the counter and service is fast. A clean casual environment perfect for a healthy lunch.

This cool spot is located in a small plaza near Highway K. It's the only poke spot that I'm aware of in Saint Charles County. There is plenty of parking right outside the entrance and disabled accessible. When I entered the establishment, the beautiful flooring was the first thing I noticed. The restaurant is very bright and ultra-clean. You order and pay at the counter. My meal was prepared so incredibly fast and my order was accurate. The staff was friendly and polite. I really enjoyed having so many menu choices. It's easy to do low-carb or vegan here. I ordered a salmon Poké bowl that included my favorites, avocado and masago. Next visit I'm going to get the sauce on the side. The Matcha milk tea was so good! It comes standard with whole milk and sugar, but you can get it with less sugar or zero sugar, and they have nondairy milkoptions, including almond, coconut, and oat milk. I highly recommend this spot. Update: I visited a second time before finishing my initial review. I tried the Thai milk tea with brown sugar boba and it was delicious.

I got to check out "Meet Tea & Poke" their opening month and it fit the minimum. I feel like you can't really go wrong with poke as long as it's not spoiled, it's cut-up in bite size, and the flavors are there. For me, the flavors weren't really there and I can't say it's my favorite poke spot. The bubble tea I got was way too sweet and was lukewarm. Not really refreshing as I was hoping for in the heat of summer. I'm all about supporting small businesses (especially Asian businesses being Asian myself), however, the workers were a bit curt and unfriendly. Will I try this place again? Most likely. I always like to go back few months after their opening because they're new and they could be working on some discrepancies (lack of employees, testing out flavors and vibes, etc.) Convenient Parking!

This is exactly what this area needed; a great locally owned Poke and tea spot! The options are great, the space is huge and the service is friendly and fast! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I really like how they designed their menu. They made it very easy with steps in their menu to make it easy to build your own bowl. I ordered a tuna rice vase bowl and I really loved all the topping options and sauces they have. This is a great spot and one I'll be coming back to!

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. We ordered two bowls one regular and one large. I had the regular with brown rice and tofu. You get your choice of base, protein and many topping options. My husband liked his bowl with tuna. The bowls didn't look very big but it was plenty of food. We both ordered green tea with super fruit. Really good! Cute decor, too. Cons: what a terrible name lol I spent $50 for two bowls and two teas, tax and tip If I'm dining in, I want a real bowl and utensils

Looking for something different? This is THE place in O'Fallon MO. Fresh, new, gourmet, healthy...all in a bowl. The menu is right but offers flexibility to make the entire crew happy. I underestimated just how good poke could be until we are here.

The number 20 boba is a definite purchase when dining at Meet Tea & Poke. The service is provided with a smile and the holidays tree is a plus for the Christmas and New Years. Their poke bowl is a definite . Whether dining in or carry out, the food is a favorite.

They were so friendly and all the food was super fresh. I enjoyed every bite! Allergy friendly and asked the chef if they were not sure about an item. I got a large bowl. They did not skimp on toppings.

We were seated right away and the service was top notch. Waitress was always attentive. As for the food, well...... we over-ordered for sure because too many things looked good. I went to the restroom and i casually glanced at others patrons' plates. Some were just downright disgusting... Big ole crab legs hanging off the plate! Shrimp stacked so high it would almost fall off the plate. Huge plates! Pitiful i tell ya! I ordered the crawfish/shrimp ettouffee and it was different than any other i've ever had. My wife reminded me the menu says this was cajun food done St Louis style. My meal was great. Excellent flavor. The wife had some Cod and fried shrimp; again... on an over-filled plate. She had to give me a few pieces of it to help her out. My mother-in-law ordered Coconut shrimp, gave each of us a piece to taste and still had 6 BIG coconut shrimp left that she couldn't eat. If you're math-ing this, the plate had Twelve huge coconut shrimp with fries and some grilled corn. Add to all this a side of hush puppies cause my wife loves them and some cajun batter fried pickles for an appetizer, we had a ton of food. We have found a new place to go to. If you haven't tried this place, you should. I will definitely be back.

Given my previous rave review, it might seem strange that this follow-up is going to be so bad, but…read morethis place is really floundering. We will NEVER be back. My husband and I had dinner there last night for a special occasion. We were immediately a little freaked out by a male waiter who appeared to be bouncing off the walls, as if he was on crack. At one point, he almost fell into our table, and all I could think was, "please, please, don't let this be our waiter." Guess what. He was. He never introduced himself, but he acted like he thought he was onstage at a comedy club. He was just getting a massive kick out of what he apparently thinks is a personality, but all I could think is that this place clearly doesn't test for drugs. Since we were celebrating an occasion, we asked to start with a bottle of Chardonnay. After an unacceptable wait time, he brought me a single glass of Chardonnay and loudly declared it, "a generous pour." I had to remind him that we had ordered a bottle. Despite the fact that he never once introduced himself, we were able to learn his name from our check when he brought it, and his manager and coworkers will know exactly who he is from my description. Brother, I am not going to divulge your name here, but please call someone. Get some help. Please. He has what sounds to me to be a strong southern accent. I'm from Alabama, and I felt like I was back home, in the worst possible way. He has no concept of how to be a waiter, but he sure is impressed with himself and his schtick. Think Jeff Foxworthy - "you might be a redneck" - but without any of the charm. He's just loud, obnoxious, and incompetent. He practically hangs from the chandeliers. Again, we were celebrating a special occasion, and our waiter (let's call him M) eventually did figure out how to bring us a bottle of wine - which tasted off, with a vague aftertaste of olives, of all things. Then he dashed off, because there were clearly customers there who were far more important than us. He had ZERO interest in providing us service. He was hyperfocused on the large table that they were anticipating - clearly someone was having a party. That doesn't mean that my husband and I didn't deserve basic service. We were celebrating something too. We just weren't quite so ostentatious about it. I ordered the seafood ravioli, and my husband ordered spaghetti with one meatball. Neither meal came with a salad, but M seemed to desperately want my husband to have one, so he finally said, "fine, bring me the salad." Again, the wait time was downright silly, but M eventually brought him the salad, and then acted as if he had screwed up by not also bringing me a salad plate (I hadn't asked for one and didn't want one). According to my husband, the salad that nobody wanted (and that we had to pay extra for) was edible, but nothing special. Finally, our entrees came. The menu described the seafood ravioli as "Large ravioli noodles filled with lobster, shrimp, and scallops, served in a rich, creamy sauce with mushrooms, clams, and garlic." Sure, if you say so. What I actually got was CHEESE ravioli in a cream sauce that somehow managed to be both bland and overwhelming - quite a feat! The cheese smell was so strong it was nauseating. I did manage to find a few clams in the sauce, but it was nothing like what the menu had promised, and there wasn't even the slightest hint of seafood in the ravioli stuffing. If lobster, shrimp, or scallops were involved, I saw no sign of it. The few clams I managed to find in the sauce were the only hint that this was supposed to be a seafood dish. It was quite some time before M bothered to acknowledge us again, so when he finally did check on us, I explained that my dish was inedible. His demeanor changed completely, and from then on, he barely acknowledged us, and when he did, he was rude. He didn't apologize for the bad food. He didn't ask if I'd like anything else. He just walked away with my barely-touched food, clearly pissed, and he couldn't resist making a snide comment about having to ask his manager if he could take it off the bill, because he didn't have the authority to do it on his own (I hadn't asked him to). The manager didn't bother to say anything to us, and M barely spoke to us again. I went home hungry. Some celebration. At this point, I just wanted out of this place, so as soon as my husband finished his food, we were out of there as fast as we could move. What we had hoped would be a pleasant celebratory dinner, ended up being, hands-down, my worst restaurant experience ever, and we will NEVER be back.
