It's currently 28 degrees out but wow is it still enjoyable. Second visit, but certainly not the last. The boba is the perfect amount of sweet and perfectly cooked where it's not too chewy or stale. This maybe my favorite boba place now! Service was quick, friendly. You have a choice between in person or there is a kiosk to the side as well.

I ordered a Poké bowl with only spring mix, salmon, and lots of other toppings like edamame, seaweed salad, cucumber, carrot, red cabbage, spicy, mayo, and ponzu. The bowl was absolutely brimming with fresh ingredients and was very good. Next time I will add extra salmon. I was a little disappointed that they did not offer shrimp tempura or fried tofu. I like a little crunch in my bowl, so I added crunchy garlic. I ordered a taro, Boba tea, half sugar, and it was still very sweet so be aware that you could go down to a quarter sugar and it will still be sweet. I added the tapioca pearls but was given brown sugar Boba instead which was fine that might've contributed to the sweetness . There are only a few tables and I was the only person dining in and they had a slow steady stream of takeout and delivery service order pick ups while I was there. I'll be back, I thought it was a good value.

The combination of flavors is endless when you consider the sauces, proteins, and toppings. The people are nice and we've never had to wait too long. You can stay and eat or carry out. It's bright and clean. We usually stay to eat because we can't wait to dig in. Of course you can get boba tea. I've tried a couple different kinds and they were good if a little sweet--so many calories it's not worth the splurge for me personally but fun to try once or twice if you haven't. Just know you can't save it for the next day. They have loyalty cards. Buy 5 poke bowls = free boba tea or 10 = free poke bowl. Nice! The loyalty cards can be used at the location on Olive, too.

I was impressed with the freshness of the seafood in my chicken and shrimp bowl, which also included mango and brown rice. The ingredients themselves seemed high quality, but the combination of flavors just did not come together for me. This was one of their signature bowls, and I even had them leave off the cucumbers, but the mango mixed with everything else was not really my style. I also was not a fan of the contrast between some ingredients being warm while others were cold. That said, the chicken, shrimp, and sauces themselves tasted very good. My wife actually really enjoyed it, so I can definitely see why many people would love this place. We also ordered an appetizer, though oddly it did not come out until after our bowls, so I am not sure why they consider it an appetizer lol. I also tried the vanilla boba tea, and it was a little too sweet for me personally. It had a ton of sugar and was just a bit overpowering. Service was fine overall. The employee at the counter was helpful while ordering, though the experience did feel a bit rushed. One small disappointment was that the sodas are canned rather than fountain drinks. On the positive side, the restaurant was very clean inside and had around 5-6 tables available for dining.

My favorite go-to is the Avocaloco Bowl with extra sweet chili sauce. The flavors pull through with the rice like a special pairing. Sliced avocado, shiitakes with a tangy sauce, edamame, lettuce, orange marinated peppers(?). My mouth waters every time I think of it. Very clean eating. Sooooo good. I go there often and they know my order as I walk in, and my name. Great customer service!! If you eat in, the place is small. Try to get there in the off rush hour and you will almost be assured of a seat. The area is clean and well kept. The cool thing about this location is they have a drive through park and pick up area in front of the restaurant. If it's full, it's a short walk from the parking garage directly behind the building. They also will accommodate you if you are vegetarian. Simply tell them what you want. You can't go wrong here. I highly recommend!

Since there's so many options you could really get a completely different bowl each visit. I don't remember exactly what I ordered but remember the tuna and salmon tasted fresh. Not pictured my boyfriend also ordered a green tea with boba which was strong but good.

We enjoyed the pork steamed buns immensely, especially with the wide array of sauces and seasonings...I thought the spicy pepper water (apologies for not recalling its proper title, but you'll know what I mean when you see it) was the best pairing for the fluffy, doughy goodness in those buns. I am a musubi connoisseur--these might have been my all time favorites; I got mine with egg and gochujang. Do that. Thank me later. My lady had the salmon poke...we've struggled to find good poke in the Midwest, but Buzz came through in spades! My loco moco was near perfect...I felt the gravy needed a teensy bit more salt, but that was easily adjusted. All in all, catch a sunny day on the super inviting back patio and you will not regret it. Next time we're in STL, we will definitely be back!

BUT entering, there was like, no aloha spirit, the vibes were so off, the music selected wasn't even, at least modern Island reggae, and the lights were really dim. That is outside of the HUGE wait times of DoorDash orders coming through and stalling the people waiting in line to order. The staff were working HARD to get through the line, but they were just overworked. We got an order of garlic shrimp that came with rice, mac salad, and a pineapple slice for some reason. We also ordered the Poke Bomb Flight which is fried tofu skins filled with rice and topped with poke. The Poke Bomb Flight, or inari, was pretty good! I liked the flavor of the poke and it was a great one bite situation. The garlic shrimp however was small - like not even plate lunch servings. It was 5 pieces of shrimp, two small scoops of rice, and mayo heavy mac salad. They must be doing something right though with all those DoorDash orders, but we won't be coming back to try more.
