One of the best franchises in the metro area! This fresh fast casual restaurant offers a variety of protein options including seafood, vegetarian, and vegan selections. You can order a special bowl or do a build your own like I do. My go to protein is the sweet chili tofu. There are also al la carte like fried pot stickers, tempura shrimp, and sweet potato fries. They do have kid portions so the whole family can get full. For dessert they have cute red bean or matcha ice cream sandwiches. Get a taro milk tea for a drink or try the mango slush! The service is always fast and I have seen them wash their hands every time I go in. This location is not wheelchair accessible without a few obstacles but if you order ahead, they can bring it to your car. read more

Poke Munch never disappoints! The portions are huge - easily enough for two meals- and the flavour always hits the spot. The price is also very fair considering how much food you get. Definitely a great option when you're looking for a filling and flavourful meal. Service is fairly quick - you can order using the kiosk as well. Excellent and freshly made Hawaiian (Asian/Sushi flavors) inspired cuisine - it's a creative and delicious "bowl" combination (rice, veggies, protein with flavorful sauces) for a filling meal! Overall, 4.5 rated for their high quality foods and friendly service; casual ambience for dine-in, but also great takeout. A pricier fast casual eatery, expect to pay ~$14-15pp for a bowl meal, but totally worth it. And you can share a bowl if 2 of you do not have super large appetites. Choose your faves for a "made to order" bowl - enjoy fresh Tuna, Salmon, House-made crispy Hei Hei Chicken or Tofu along with plenty of veggie combos, rice and special sauces. Or try one of their Specialty combos - a fave was the Wasabi Wave with Spicy Tuna, Shrimp, greens, cucumber, carrots, and ginger. Omg what can I say about Poke Munch. The service was absolutely amazing as soon as we walked in. With it being our first time, we were walked step by step through the menu. The food was amazing. As a self proclaimed Qdoba connoisseur, this will be my new favorite place as I am trying to eat healthier. Restaurant was clean and love the big sign on the wall. I held the door open for someone at a coffee shop today and he gave me a flyer to come here today for their soft opening! Lunch plan was made! We got here around 12:15 and it was fairly crowded. There were a number of people dining and a short line to place orders. We were greeted warmly and told the kiosks to order food weren't up and running yet. The soda fountain isn't ready yet either. All good - soft opening! We did have to wait a little bit to get our food. Nothing obnoxiously long, but a little while. I have never had poké. I'm not a sushi fan and kind of lumped the two together. But I really enjoyed my meal. The servings are huge! I couldn't finish it. I chose to try Poke Munch tonight after debating going elsewhere for actual sushi rolls and figured Poke would be half the cost two sushi rolls would be. However, for a build your own bowl starting at 13.95 and $1 for all the additional add-ons, I ended spending the same amount. The prices are quite steep. The ingredients tasted fresh, but the overall experience was underwhelming. I had a sushi burrito made as opposed to a bowl with mango, pineapple, cucumber, crab salad, tempura shrimp, spicy mayo and eel sauce. Everything kind of hit one note. The sauces didn't offer much of anything. I also tried a side order of the tempura shrimp and found them the best part of the meal. Pleasantly crunchy. I will probably continue going back to another place for a sushi burrito that is half the cost of what I paid here read more

Excellent casual spot! I discovered Poke Munch while visiting a friend in Chesterfield, and ended up getting lunch there again the very next day. Poke Munch is the best poke in the St. Louis area!!! They have several locations around...I was going to the Creve Coeur location, but super excited this new Chesterfield location opened as it is so much closer to home. We will be visiting a lot more often now:) Their fish is amazingly fresh and it is so good! I love all the fresh fruit and veggies choices to choose from. I've also tried the tempura shrimp as well and it is fabulous! The shrimp are huge and you get 4 of them, and their tempura batter is excellent! It is super crispy and buttery tasting without being overly greasy. You get so much food as well for a reasonable price. read more

We usually go to the Poke Munch on Creve Coeur and we're so happy to see that a Chesterfield location was opening because we live in Ballwin. We finally dined in for lunch today and Ali is an exceptional employee! He greeted every customer that walked in the restaurant to let them know that they are noticed, valued and important. We knew what we wanted to order and Ali also went out of his way to describe the menu to us. This place is very clean and spacious with ample parking. Poke Munch offers a variety of healthy options. Tried the Aloha Classic bowl to start and it was a good portion size and to get Ahi Tuna for $13 is a steal! Limited seating but not crowded during the week for lunch.
