I went to Hash Kitchen with my mom for brunch last weekend. Our experience was absolutely amazing. They sat us quickly, the restaurant was clean and in general just was a nice place with a good vibe. The food was delicious. We tried 3 different dishes and shared which they not only were good with, but our server actually encouraged it! Our waiter was one of the best servers we've had (William was his name) and towards the end of our visit he gave us a recommendation of a local store that ended up also being amazing! this location has always been good and less busy than others which i love. this last time i went was great, with a few errors but a good recovery. there was some miscommunication with food running, but they were great at fixing the issue. our food was out quickly even with the mix up and drinks were compensated! our server was great, but Nia was absolutely amazing with making sure we were satisfied and happy. The food was amazing! I have a gluten allergy and their GF waffle was one of the best I've had. The menu had a great selection and the worst part of the whole experience was choosing what to get. So many good options. The portion sizes were also surprisingly large for the price. The place was very clean and our server Ryan was awesome. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and answered all our questions. He was also very kind and attentive and we always had what we needed. I've tried to go to Gilbert location twice now and was told 1 hour and 45min wait Both times!! With visible open tables! I left the first time and went elsewhere. Second time I sat at the bar! Food was good but Management was horrible. We had a glass break all over our food while we were drinking a glass of water. Management never came over to apologize or even check on us. We had to ask that the food be taken off the bill since clearly we could not finish the food. Our bills were wrong, so check your bill before you pay . There was a male and female that I spoke to and still not apology for the accident. The menu is awesome but I think they might just need a little more time to iron out the kinks. All of our over easy eggs were hard and not runny. And the music is nice but too loud. You can't really have much conversation without asking people to repeat themselves. Also, if you're unable to handle much spice you might want to tell them because even their potatoes are spicy. Keep in mind everyone was waiting in there vehicles due to the heat. Went back up to check at the 90 min and was told another 90 to 2 hour wait.
