This place is crazy cool and crazy good. Super cute vibes inside, lots of neon and hashtag lingo and despite it being pretty busy it didn't feel overwhelming. My sensitivity to noise wasn't triggered whatsoever. They have a donut bar where you buy an order of three and you can have it filled with different kinds of filling (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry jelly), you can top it with three different kinds of icing, and well over a dozen different actual toppings to put on them! The donuts are very very good and I recommend them as a sweet treat for sure. The carnitas hash was CRAZY good. Coca Cola marinated beef, green chile sauce, fried onions, two eggs (cooked to your preference), queso fresco and crema in top of hash potatoes. Made it about two thirds through the skillet before I had to wave the white flag. Thank goodness for to-go boxes. ;) Our waitress Bridgette was chill and friendly and very dependable. Cutest little brunch spot! So happy we decided to eat here before heading back to southern Utah. The service was great, Marisol was very attentive and friendly. This was my first time being here. The wait was long, but they do have heaters outside which helped stay warm. They were very busy and very friendly at the front. Ro, our server was great, they refilled our water, got us sour cream when we asked for it and offered my first chai drink be free if we signed up for the app. That was a nice touch. The portions are big, I had the huevos, my boyfriend had the hash. They both were good, mine was a little in the salty side. The sour cream helped though. Although I don't have a cocktail, they looked very tasty. One drawback is the restaurant is noisy and plays pop music which could be difficult for those who are hard of hearing. Wow! The food was absolutely amazing. I had the hash Chile Relleno. It was bursting with flavor. It had queso fresco inside the chili with a side of black beans smothered with chile verde and egg whites that sat on the side. My son had the Chilaquiles with the red chili sauce with egg whites and sprinkles of bacon. He also had a side of golden bacon, which was absolutely delicious that came with sprinkles of gold on top of it. We also ordered the French toast to taste as a stack of pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious. Not to mention the ambience. It was pretty great. No matter who you are or what you're about you fit right in. Now the Customer Service was very delightful. Unfortunately we had a really rocky experience here last weekend. After being seated we were never greeted by our waiter. We ended up waiting 30 minutes with no contact before having to get up and ask the staff if we could be helped. Apparently the waiter assigned to our table was having personal issues, as explained by a different waiter who was very apologetic and offered us a free appetizer. It was appreciated, but the poor service continued as we were jostled between multiple different waiters. They were clearly having internal coordination issues and the constant confusion on their end was frustrating. One of us never received our entree, and again we had to flag someone down and inquire. while we understand a day like mother's day it's extremely busy, our party got there at 9am, we checked in the host initially said 1 hour. we were ok with this, time passed we go check at 10, the hostess says they're waiting on a table, we go check again about 15 mins later, hostess now says they're have another 2 parties ahead of us and "that's what she meant by waiting on a table"?? Our fault for continuing to wait we had hope. another 30ish mins passed we go check again now the hostess says she thinks another hour, at this point we we tried to see if we can go somewhere else since the hostess apparently doesn't know what she's doing or isn't trained well enough. we check again at 11:45 the hostess says "we don't know if like we're waiting on this table for you or this one, this would be another 25-30 mins" ?? my sister had to ask her to go check how long since we had been waiting since 9, finally she comes back "yeah it'll be another 25 mins" you need to train your hostess better to do their job! we talked to people waiting outside and they had the same problem with the hostess, and said that they have had to deal with this issue multiple times before so this also isn't the first or second time they've done this, the wait time is never ending, she sat people that arrived after us before us. We didn't eat we left at 12:10ish didn't get a text until 12:30 that our table was finally ready, 3 hours!! Their food is great, service is trash. Been seeing this place all over social media. Finally was able to check it out. It's fairly small. About 20-30 mins wait on a Saturday, which wasn't too bad. We were seated outside but asked to sit inside and they made accommodation which was very nice. The decor and ambiance were really great. They have a di playing which makes the inside pretty loud if you're trying to have a conversation. The menu had a lot of variety. We ordered the chilaquiles and corn beef hash, and the portions were pretty big. The dishes were very flavorful and delish. I originally ordered the But first...we dessert iced coffee, and it was pretty watered down. I then asked to change to the Alitalia and that was delish. Strong espresso as it should be. Hash Hash, Baby. I am obsessed. Hash Kitchen has looked like such a fun place. I have been wanting to try it since it opened here in Utah. Finally, for Saint Patrick's Day, I was able to see what they're all about and visit them for brunch in Draper. We were already fully aware that there was going to be a wait, so one of my friends got there earlier and got us on the list. I am not entirely sure why they don't offer some kind of waitlist option. It would make things a lot smoother for people and I think more people would want to come and see them. I know of a few friends that haven't been able to visit yet and it is exclusively because of the waitlist. Again, we were expecting this so we got on the waitlist and then messed around until it was time to Hash. Is it as cool as it seems on Instagram? No. It is cooler. They actually have a DJ, they actually have a donut bar with turntables, they actually have disco balls, they actually have really dang good food. I have no idea how this was even conceptualized. Was this a dream? I mean, the detail in this place is off the freaking charts. They have so much intricate wall art. Their tables and chairs are nice and comfortable. It blows my mind that this used to be a silly little sandwich shop and they transformed every square millimeter into a work of art. There are so many options with Hash Kitchen that I feel like I "barely went". I mean, we were there for hours but we kept discovering more new things. Originally, I didn't want a drink but then I saw the cute cotton candy mimosa and ordered it way later into my meal. They also had adult capri suns and a build your own bloody mary. We got to witness the bloody mary being made and I am astounded. I have no idea how the heck they were able to put so much into a single drink. The billionaire's bacon was recommended to us so we ordered that for the starter. Oh my goodness, it was delicious. It was a super thick cut of bacon with a maple glaze and gold flakes over the top. I was super impressed with this one! My friend got one of the hash dishes and I think the cornbread was a bit of a surprise to him. I didn't try it so I don't have any opinions on this. I really liked my breakfast. The eggs and veggies inside the eggs were a great touch and I thought the potatoes were pretty good too. If I am being 100% honest, this dish was not anything out of this world but the bacon and the drinks definitely were. It was so fun to see my drink come out with cotton candy over the top and even had gold dust on it. I am not the biggest fan of mimosas but this mimosa had flavoring in it and the cotton candy really sealed the deal. I loved it! The donuts were another really fun part to the experience. The girl working at the donut bar was able to inject the donuts with our choice of flavor and then we drizzled whatever we wanted over the top. The options were all super sugary and most of them were chocolate, but hey, I am here for it. I have never been in a restaurant where they give you free will to make your own donut so I am really happy I was able to do this. All in all, this place is the coolest. Without a doubt, I will be returning and I am excited to try some more fun things next time I go. I am so happy to have a Hash Kitchen relatively close to me and I had such a fun time. If you have not been to Hash Kitchen yet, I highly recommend adding it to the top of your list. Some of the food is out of this world good, but I think a big thing that makes Hash Kitchen so awesome is the experience. Most breakfast spots are much more dull but this place is absolutely poppin'. Also, there is a live DJ providing beats during your visit. It is really loud. You can still talk amongst your table but it does require louder voices. I've had a few excellent meals here. The make your own bloody is a hit with the brunch crowd. The toppings bar from the first time I went to my most recent has gone downhill. The ingredients seemed old and not that good as of recent. They have skewers where you load yourself. There is small little tongs but no gloves. I liked it better when they brought the cart to your table and assisted with putting together the skewers. Some things were a little pricey tho but there are also some interestingly different things on the menu ( example: potato tacos, Elote Benedict). But some portions are huge like their Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes (Definitely worth it but SHARE IT!). I didn't really see that many "regular breakfast plates" on the menu but if you were looking for DIFFERENT-- you came to the right place! I chose the Carnitas Hash on this 1st visit and it was yummm--definitely hearty. It did come with 2 corn tortillas but they were hard and dry so I didn't eat those. Could have just been a fluke, will give them a pass. Seating could be tricky (can get crowded). I think this place should be open all day cuz a lot of people enjoy "Brinner" and with the DJ and music -- it's definitely a great Ladies Night Out type place! I think the price point would be better justified (for me) if it was for a dinner. They serve Booze! And Yes!!! You heard right- there is a DJ to your left when you walk in - on a platform! Talk about DIFFERENT! Told you I had to do a double take-- wait, we are in Draper at 11am?!?! The beef adds a nice touch and the crispy and soft combines for great texture with each bite. We told our waitress about my egg and nut allergies multiple times and asked her to confirm if the toast was safe for me to have. Instead of admitting they had no ingredient label and letting me decide whether to risk eating it or not, she just served it anyway without telling us that she had no clue what was in it. 15 minutes later, I started going into anaphylactic shock. When we called trying to confirm the ingredients, the manager was rude, dismissive, told me to stop talking to her and just go to the ER, and refused to give ingredient info - even though other locations confirmed they had the allergy menus all along and that the bread DOES in fact contain egg. Knowingly putting my life at risk is gross negligence with real legal consequences. Diners deserve the right to know what's in their food before their lives are put at risk. read more

This place is a vibe!! So many fun photo ops. Lighting is great in the whole restaurant. Had a birthday breakfast there and did not have a wait but it was during the week.
