We really enjoyed the Chile Relleno Benedict. It's was sublime! Creamy green chile hollandaise sauce! The service was great very attentive.

We were excited for this new brunch place to open up in our neighborhood. My husband and I popped in today and it was such a disappointment. The vibe is pretty cool, they have a live DJ but it's SO loud you cannot visit with anyone at your table. Our water glasses smelled fishy for some reason. And the quality of the food was so bad! It's called the Hash kitchen and yet they put a frozen hash brown patty on our sandwich covered in grease. I pulled it off and ate only 1/4 of the sandwich and have regretted it ever since. My stomach is not happy with the food quality. I felt sorry for all the little mamas in there with babies and toddlers. The little ones did not seem to enjoy the loud environment. Orders from Yelp. They let 2 different dashers take my order and made it 2x according to the app. I waited an hour, then they CANCELLED IT! Won't pick up the phone. The auto message says press 1 then it just repeats when you do. Not worth it! This also means several other people had their orders for delivery totally messed up. Totally disorganized, look at the other reviews. Dealing with their non existent CS and Door Dash's equally useless CS has wasted my morning and has me scrambling to entertain guests. read more

Overpriced and under delivered. I was excited to try this place after seeing they come from Arizona and I love so many restaurants there. I added birria to my chilaquiles for $6 and it wasn't worth the small amount of meat I ended up getting. The flavor was good, but could have been better. Also got the Baby Gorgeous drink, and paid $18 for what tasted like ice water. I don't expect to taste the alcohol, being in Utah, but I thought it would taste like something at least. First of all this place rocks. The atmosphere and food is worth every bit of it. We ordered the breakfast tacos which were awesome! Super fresh and I'd give them a 8/10 (even though there was the avocado label left in my dish.. but that's ok!). My wife got the avocado toast and thought it was a solid option with a 7/10, she did say it was a bit on the sweet side (admitting might be her preference). I felt like it was covered a little too much in lime juice but still good. My kids got a waffle and pancake. I did sample the waffle and I have to say this was by far the best waffle I've ever had. It was so freaking good. Now let's get to why we landed at 3/5 stars. I want this place to be my families go-to, I really do. This was our first time visiting and unfortunately our waitress was less than welcoming. The most uncomfortable experience was when I got my water there was obvious debris floating on top. I asked for a new one and as she took it and left our table she rolled her eyes and seemed incredibly annoyed. Obviously it wasn't directly at us and likely a person having a bad day.. watching interactions with other tables it was apparent it was happening to everyone. However the problem is.. this is such a unique place and they have a donut bar and Bloody Mary bar. We wanted to dive into it but based on the interactions we had with our waitress we didn't want to ask about how they worked.. My feedback is that to have such a unique and awesome place.. the staff needs to live up and promote/hype it up. I'll certainly give this place another try and may come back to adjust this. read more

Wow! Went for a Sunday breakfast and boy was this a treat! Brooklyn was our server and she's phenomenal! Her service was great and knowledgeable! For Father's Day - We got on the waitlist and were told it would be a 35 min wait, an hour later we were told 15 more minutes, then we went in to check again 20mins later and were told another 30 mins because they gave our table away. We were a table of 10 but we even said they could split us up and they were not apologetic and were just dismissive, seemed very racist as literally a party of 10 that just drove up got sat that were not a minority, if you know what I mean.i get I'm in Utah, but not cool.. I am not one to complain, but that was extremely disrespectful and very not right, the fact we waited well over an hour and a half and to be dismissed. Sad because it could be a cool place but you don't treat people like that. read more

The service was absolutely amazing. They even split the checks! Taisha and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we received our orders in a timely manner, kept our glasses full, and our hearts happy with their energy! Food was top tier & large portions. I highly recommend the best f**king birria hash and the affogato with Kahlua. For to go boxes, they use recyclable containers. Had a mixed experience. My husbands birria tacos were amazing. My pineapple pancakes not at all, they had zero flavor unless you got a pineapple chunk in your bite but the. It was just pineapple I expected a little more than that. We got my son eggs and fruit ($10) and the melons were so hard and not ripe at all. That was kind of disappointing since he loves fruit and for the price you would think they could tell when slicing it that it was hard and not ripe. The hostess undermined the wait time, saying it was gonna take 30 minutes for two people and then after an hour and 30 minutes past, we went up and asked for an update and they said another 30 minutes. We then got sat after nearly 2 hours of waiting and then waited another 30 minutes For an order. Awful awful awful timing. This business deserves to be rundown and everyone unemployed. Just walked out of HK and it feels like I just saw Metallica at the delta center. Food was good, drinks were good but how in god have you not lowered the music. Clearly the management has read the reviews but clearly they do not value the opinion of so many. The music is loud and obviously that causes people's conversations to get louder, then music gets louder and table conversations get EVEN louder. It's an endless loop. You have one chance to make a first impression and you are missing a huge opportunity. The dj is honestly kind of useless, very odd and not really needed in 2023. I will prob give it one more chance and I pray that we can go there and have great food/service and be able to carry a conversation without ever other word being "huh" or "what did you say, I can't hear you" or "you have to say it louder" Also the paper dispenser in the men restroom sucks. read more
