Hash Kitchen has it all! Beautiful aesthetic space, fantastic service AND amazing delicious food. Cannot beat this stop. They have a Bloody Mary and donut bar, say less!!! I love the giant disco balls brightening up the space! Our party tried a variety of foods, there were no complaints and no to-go boxes, if you know what I mean! The Greek omelet was hearty, the smashed breakfast potatoes are crispy and salted perfectly. 10/10 experience.

Wow ohhh wow great experence! I got the Carnitas hash, the potatoes were so crispy and still very much a potatoe inside. The carnitas was a Coca-Cola braised pork, sweet and perfectly salted such a flavorful. Loved the service and the discoballs decor was so much fun. Very clean and all around amazing service. The kids did the doughnut bar and went nuts with all the unlimited toppings.

My cousin and her husband drive through town, and we wanted to try a brunch place. This was a very authentic place to have brunch. It served coffee right on the spot, had a build your own Bloody Mary bar just like they do in the south, and each corner of the place was decorated with the different details. It was a very upbeat place and I can see why it is always busy. The wait was about 10 minutes which was not bad considering that there were groups of people waiting outside . The service was good! I will definitely be back to get my cozy brunch that reminds me of home!

Sk Huevos Rancheros Hash & The Best F#*%ing Birria Hash

Absolutely incredible. I have a gluten allergy and the waitress got someone to tell me what to get with the least modifications. The hue is rancheros were amazing, gluten free and dairy free. Other dish in here is the bites skillet which my husband said was good but not as good as the huevos. Would absolutely recommend and go again!

The food was delicious, the only thing I wouldn't order again in the bacon, one piece and it didn't taste as good as I was hoping for. Servers were nice and brought out food relatively quick. It has a good breakfast vibe in the restaurant but is usually full so get in the waiting list!

I was so excited when this spot opened up, but then the early reviews weren't super promising. Thankfully by the time we rolled in, the kinks had been sorted out. We were REALLY impressed with our experience. Our service was great. The inside is really cool and modern. It's an exciting (somewhat noisy) environment, and I didn't feel like we were disturbing anyone with our toddler. My son and I did the donut bar which was so fun. I had French toast with bacon, eggs, and hash browns. The hash browns blew my mind. We haven't had the opportunity to come back yet, but we absolutely will be back.

Cons: the stingiest dressing servings I have ever seen (maybe 1 Tbsp) and they up charged for more. The most underwhelming salad for the price. It's almost a side salad. It's also SO LOUD. First time in Utah and my son and I stumbled upon this gem. They had as my son described it "the best fried chicken wings he's ever had in his life!" He devoured the entire plate of chicken and waffles as if he had just gotten off of a deserted island. Mind you, this child is extremely picky and would rather starve than eat food he doesn't like. He ate the entire serving and kept raving about it. The birria hash was also excellent. I don't even like potatoes but the smashed potatoes in the hash were the best potatoes I've ever had. The birria was tasty and went great with the consommé, egg and tortilla. The service was impeccable. Our server was extremely attentive. The restaurant had a fun vibe, was well decorated and had cool music playing!Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an amazing brunch!

Amazing food, not the usual options. Different and fun and yummy. Marisol is the very best server! She offers great recommendations and is so fun to talk to! We laughed a lot. Forgot to take pictures of my food because I couldn't wait to dive right in! Delicious food and their donut bar was so cute. The service was great coming from our server, the barista/donut bar lady, the person who picks up the plates. Everyone was friendly and smiling. Ambience is a little loud, like your typical restaurant noise, but you can still hear your own table conversations, so thats nice. Our neighboring table had ordered the bloody mary bar and that looked amazing. Will def come back for that next time and try it out too! read more

Rating on the food alone, I would have given 3 stars because it was just average. But the service was so friendly and attentive I thought they deserved an extra star. We tried the donut bar which was fun! We also tried the s'mores latte, French toast, and NY sausage scramble. All of which was good but not great. The French toast was overcooked and crunchy (not soft in the middle at all), the scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry with hard brown parts that couldn't be cut through with a fork. The potatoes that came on the side were flavorless. We were super excited to try this place out hoping it would be our new go to spot for breakfast but it did not live up to the hype. read more

First time coming here after seeing an ad on Instagram. The vibe in here is amazing. It was a wonderful experience. I loved the DJ and all the music they played. It made my experience here 10x better. I did not think it was too loud. I got the white peach mimosa and I was surprised at how strong (good strong) it was especially in Utah. With our water they had the pellet ice, which I LOVE, even though it's a minor thing it's the small things that matter. We got to do the donut bar which was a fun do it yourself addition to this really cool place. The food was amazing and came out a lot quicker than we thought because it was super busy on a Sunday. We didn't have to wait super long because we put our name on the waitlist online. Our server was super friendly and helped us in making decisions as it was our first time and we both really enjoyed our food and our experience. Will definitely be coming back again. read more

Waited almost 2 hours to get seated. Once we got seated, it took another 30 minutes for us to get our food. The food was actually pretty good, I had ordered the herb chicken and waffles and had loved it. The ambiance was honestly too much for me. There was loud music playing, and a group celebrating someone's birthday while ordering a ton of drinks. The group kept getting louder and stood up for spontaneous photo shoots. In my honest opinion, I'd give this a solid 5/10. There was a make-your-own donut bar that we went to after and it somewhat had made up for the poor experience. read more

So 25 minutes longer than expected. Like it felt they were seating by number of people per table, rather than who's next on the list. I was a table to 3. The okay part was the food, it came out fast. Fantastic place for brunch! Great food, great options, and they have a Bloody Mary bar! Staff is super nice and upbeat! They have a DJ and super cool decor! I'm giving them a 4 because they don't take reservations or have Utah as an option on the online waitlist or to order online for take out and it's a bit cold inside! In addition to the 4 star rating they don't cater very well to parties larger then 5, we are a party of 7 and have been turned away on multiple occasions! The food here though is all the hype, seriously so flavorful, great portions, healthy and just so appealing! WOW! Fun atmosphere, live DJ, a donut bar? It's immediately celebratory. Protein pancakes were amazing, stacked 4 high and as big as the plate! I seriously took 3 home. I didn't detect any weird or chalky aftertaste either. Mascarpone cheese and fruit was perfect on it. My daughters had the bread pudding FTS which were dense (like bread pudding is) and heavenly and pineapple upside down pancakes were decadent. 10/10 read more

Took forty minutes to get our food. It wasn't good at all. I tried it again just to see and again I was disappointed in the size and taste in the Eggs Benedict. Small, dry and the country potatoes had been kept under a warmer, dry and tasteless. Of course being in Utah no alcohol before 11:00, what a joke. I'll never go back. read more

The purple yams were decent and the coquettes but again the pricing for each was exorbitant. Also because they have a somewhat open kitchen style concept the dining room got extremely hot and we were just dying to get out quickly. For two entrees, two sides, one app, a bottle of water and glass of wine a bill of $225 was not worth it. Sadly not a great experience.

I was glad when Hash Kitchen moved in, but I honestly preferred when it was Corner Bakery. The food is excellent and you get more food than expected. The build-your-own Bloody Mary was fun and I really loaded it up. Even the OG Bloody Mary that my husband got was delicious, especially with Tajin on the rim of the glass. Penelope was our server and she was amazing. While the DJ is a nice touch, it really is too loud. My decibel meter on my phone measured the DJ music at 109dB. Keep in mind that "permanent" hearing loss begins to occur at 85dB. We really want to go back with family and friends, but the DJ is a very strong "no" for us unless he can get the dB down to around comfortable speaking levels. They reduced the volume when the DJ went away and it was instantly a much more pleasant atmosphere. I enjoy going to the clubs and to concerts where the music is loud, but it's extremely difficult and uncomfortable trying to eat while destroying our ears. The speakers outside also make it nearly impossible to hear each other in your party. Something I noticed immediately after we ate was that, while I was very full, I did not feel bloated or sick like I do at other restaurants. Five stars for that! ETA: After reading Google responses to reviews from others about the music, please don't respond about the "vibe." We understand the "vibe," but you're destroying the hearing of employees and patrons. The music is fun but it's just way too loud. It's great for a club but is definitely overkill for a breakfast/brunch spot. The food was phenomenal. Please listen to your customers about the volume of the music because "the vibe" sucks. This place seems to try to cater to the 20-somethings. However, how many 20-somethings do you think have the disposable income of older generations such as mine, Gen X? We were told on Google that, "if we don't like the vibe, we can come earlier in the day." Oh, so before you can legally serve alcohol? LAME! We won't be going back. read more

My whole family was in for the Thanksgiving weekend from different parts of the country and I thought it was a great idea to take them to this new place for brunch. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We had two babies in our party, and the manager, Missy, approached us in the most rude, condescending, and belittling way telling us that we needed to step out of the restaurant and wait outside. She said there were heaters out there and that we'd be warm. WRONG AGAIN!!! The heaters did not shield our babies from the harsh cold. This restaurant should have a waiting area. I will not be returning to eat here after the way we were spoken to. We weren't the only ones complaining either. There were two other families with infants and toddlers that were mistreated by Missy as well. Bad attitude like this and people like Missy is what's going to cause the downfall of Hash Kitchen. I hope the owner takes this into account and provides his staff with some trainings on mindfulness and how to treat people with respect and kindness. Regardless, I will be telling everyone in my community to not eat there. Especially because our community is family oriented and we need family friendly restaurants. read more

Such a fun experience! Music was fun and made it such a fun vibe. Service was absolutely awesome our waitress was so nice and kept my drink refilled, and made sure we were always taken care of! The food here was awesome!! It was my wife and I's first time and we were 100% satisfied. Our server Taisha, gave us recommendations and we went with the breakfast tacos and the best birria hash. The DJ and the music make the whole vibe and atmosphere great. The billionaire bacon is amazing. The portions are huge. The food presentation is amazing. Everything looks and tastes so good, and then music puts it over the top. If you don't like the vibe go to ihop. read more

I came to hash kitchen a couple days ago and had the best service from Chloe, she made my day. What topped it all off was the Birria hash she recommended me I definitely will be coming back. The ambiance in the building was great too, I absolutely love it. read more

Had such a great brunch with my girlfriends! The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and the atmosphere was so cute. It does get pretty busy, so expect a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it. We'll definitely be back! read more
