We really enjoyed it. Very nice interior, reasonably priced good, if southern slow, service it the were also packed and it was not hard to see why. I had a great salad and their great creamy chicken noodle soup. My grandgirl had the salmon. As most know in food presentation is half the battle and you had her when the dish hit the table. Great stop. I doubt I will ever be in Tupelo again but if I am, I know where I am eating. read more

Had such a terrific meal at Harvey's when I was visiting for the weekend! The burrata was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about the delta chicken, I find their lemon pepper chicken great to! read more

Great atmosphere, Great food, Great Staff! Took my family of 5 to celebrate my wife for Mother's Day. The staff was incredible. We had the fried cheese as an appetizer and the ribeyes for our entree. Such a good way to spend a Mother's Day celebration Thanks for the great experience! read more

We went to Harvey's on Father's Day not because we t was Fathers Day but because we were celebrating my sister! It was a very important day for my family!! We had to wait a long time which we expected, but we were seated in the bar for a part of 10. We were very comfortable, even though none of us drink. The waitress, Maddie, was the absolute BEST!! She took our drinks and order and we never waited on anything! Not a refill , not our food, she brought everything to us in a timely manner and our glasses never got empty!! This was the best visit I have ever had to Harvey's and I have lived here all my life!! Great job Harvey's!! read more

Service was amazing and the steak was out of this world. It was my wife and I's first time there and we will definitely be coming back!

Came in with a party of 5. Told 30-45 wait. Actual wait was 1.5+. Had it not been for a birthday, we would have left. Staff was completely rude when requesting update. Management was unprofessional as well. Completely disappointed! Please do better!!! read more

My daughter and I ate at Harvey's and loved it. Most meals come with the choice of salad or creamy chicken noodle soup. PICK THE SOUP! Best soup I've ever had. I got the chicken tenders with baked potato. Very good. My daughter got the lemon pepper chicken with broccoli - she loved it. The cheese sticks with marinara was excellent. We also got the skillet cookie -very good but we were too full to really enjoy. Great restaurant! Food comes out very rapidly read more

I have never been to harvey's and left disappointed. every time the service is great, food is amazing especially the Ny Strip and spinach dip, and the drinks top it off. My husband loves the marinated ribeye and always gets a blood orange margarita! we love harvey's in tupelo! read more

The Tupelo Harvey's along with the ones in Columbus and Starkville are ALWAYS consistent...clean, great food at a reasonable price. Love the prime rib sandwich and broccoli bites! read more

Great food, superb staff and fair prices. The prime rib was awesome! Desserts are top notch.

After the first review that I left, I went back after speaking with the manager and it was a different outcome! I have been there 2x since the original review! The service was THE BEST and so was the food! I have removed the one star and rated a 5 star! To the manager, you are great at what you do and taking care of your customers concerns and clearing the mistake! thank you for all you do! read more

When you think of fancy in Tupelo, you generally think of Harvey's! Right when you enter you're knocked out by how stunning the decor is. It is VERY lux in here, and the food totally matches. They make their dressings in house and the food is delicious! My personal favorite is the seafood pasta. The only negative I will say is that I have never been blown away by their steaks. You're better off going for something else on their menu (their delta chicken is to die for). Make sure to follow up with their delicious brown butter cake!! The service is always fantastic here and everything from the dining room to the bathroom is clean (and the bathroom is clean you know the kitchen is). read more

We were a party of 6 visiting the Tupelo area for the first time to celebrate our son's birthday. We made reservations on Yelp for 5:30 and were thankful; when we left at 6:40 there was quite a wait. The outside made me question by decision, but upon entering, we were very surprised at how beautifully decorated it is. Fantastic ambiance. Even though there were plenty of people seated around us, we could still easily hear each other. We started with the pimento cheese crawfish dip; my husband and I enjoyed it immensely. Those who got salad cleaned their plates, and the two of us who got the creamy chicken noodle said it was the best we'd ever had. The honey salmon was fantastic--moist, flaky...perfectly paired with asparagus. The macaroni and cheese was perfect--worth the splurge on calories. Chicken tenders were fresh and homemade. My son's blackened catfish was almost gone before the prayer was said. My husband had the ribeye and said it was overrated; he'd get the salmon or blackened catfish if he had it to do over again. We had intended to get a dessert, but we were all going into a comatose state by the time we were finished. We left with to-go boxes and all said we'd love to come back again. If you're on the fence, make your reservation. Quit overthinking it! read more

Food pretty good. Not excellent, but above average. I made a reservation under yelp, and I would suggest doing otherwise. You commit to a 20% tip regardless of service when you make a reservation. My reservation was during the week when many tables were readily available. Would I go back? I still rank Blue Canoe as my favorite overall. So, it's a probable "no" since they were deceptive with their tipping and their "$2.00" extra wine pours. If you want the extra pour you must decide before you even get to try the wine. Really?! Once again, false marketing. Serves a restaurant in the short term, but kills a restaurant long term. Overall, reflects poor management. read more

Food and service is always the best. We had a reservation for 9, pretty big party and they had us in the back, slightly more quiet than the main dining room, we appreciated that. I think I've already memorized the menu, but their fish dishes are great from salmon to blackened catfish with the cheesy jalapeño grits. Steaks, ribeye and filet are excellent, friends got the prime rib, Delta chicken, steak/prime rib sandwich, shrimp and grits. Their salads are awesome too (Asian Chicken is my fav). Appetizers of broccoli balls, artichoke spinach dip, and don't forget the bread pudding or the brown butter cake with the caramelized peaches - Yummo!! Service is always excellent, friendly and top notch. read more

We were having a Sunday brunch at Harvey's in Tupelo when I received a welcome surprise. Our tea came with iced tea spoons. Yea. This was indeed special surprise because restaurants seemed to have done away with the iced tea spoons. By the way, the tomato pie is scrumptious. Carolyn B. read more

This restaurant and the experience were amazing. We've been going to chain steakhouses lately but decided to try local. There was no comparison. From the hostess, to the waitress, to the food, to the wine selection, everything was amazing! And at the end, it really wasn't much more expensive than any chain. And did I mention the ambience? It was quiet with no harsh lighting and the clientele were a bit older and without out of control kids. I'm older so this is our new special place. read more

We ate at Harvey's Tupelo tonight and it was exceptional. Our waitress, Sarah, was one of the best we've ever had -anywhere. She was friendly, kind and very attentive. My husband had the shrimp & grits while I had the prime rib sandwich, both delicious but the show stopper was the chocolate pie. AMAZING. I hope this will become a regular menu item. read more

I've dined at Harvey's many times and have never had a bad experience. Starting with the fried mushrooms and ending with the prime rib. The bartender was friendly and our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and answered everything well. You won't find a better place to eat in Tupelo. I'll be going back again soon. read more

Rare is the week my husband and I don't eat here at least once (usually more). Perfect for lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch!

My bride and I came to Tupelo to do some Christmas shopping and stopped by Harveys for dinner. We made a reservation as we were heading to Tupelo and had no issues as we were dining early. We arrived and were seated and immediately waited on. Ordered some wine and checked out the menu. We ordered fried mushrooms and the serving was huge. Easily enough for four. They came out piping hot and delicious. Next was the salad and then the steaks. I ordered the ribeye with pineapple and a couple shrimp. Susan had another ribeye. My steak was perfectly cooked to order and the flavor was good. The loaded baked potato was delicious. Susan's ribeye was a little thin but large portion. The flavor was very good. Susan had the mashed potatoes with her ribeye and they were very tasty. We will definitely be back and are planning on trying the prime rib as it looked delicious. read more

The service was amazing. I was able to make reservations with ease. I love how the system texts you so you can confirm your reservation.

Let me start off by saying that our server was awesome! The food, however, was less than awesome. We have been patrons of Harvey's for many many years. We Have always loved it and have had absolutely no complaints . But this particular night we ordered a marinated steak,Medium, and I got an unflavored steak that was well done. We have always loved the broccoli bites but this particular evening they were different somehow! Little bit mushy not as crisp didn't taste quite right. Then I got a dessert which was burnt! I actually ended up throwing it in the garbage. I was unaware that it was burned because I got it to go. I'm really hoping that the powers that be see this review and fix things. I truly believe this is no ones fault other than the chef's or cook's. I would like to return, but at this point it doesn't look promising. read more

Bottom line: The food is good, the service and food handling process is awful. We have eaten at Harveys many times. The service inside is spotty but the pick up order process is terrible. We ordered 4 prime rib dinners online. The pick up line was out to the road when we arrived. My husband found a spot to double park & I went inside. I was directed to a small area beside the bar that had half a dozen delivery service drivers hanging out. Containers of food were spread all over the counter - not refrigerated, not kept in a warmer - and there was no sign of any employee. It was a dirty, messy environment & definitely not what restaurant management would want a customer to see. I went to the bar to ask for help & the bartender had no idea why the pick up area was unstaffed. Finally, an employee came in from outside. She was the only person handling pick up orders, including orders for Door Dash. My order was sitting on the counter & I would have bagged it myself & left except it was missing 2 salads. When the salads arrived she put all 4 orders in 1 paper bag, shoving the sides & salads on their side to fit in. I re-bagged it so that the sides wouldn't leak out. I'm appalled at how food was left out to spoil or be tampered with. I'm appalled management put one employee in the position of trying to serve an unreasonable number of customers. A manager should have been ensuring food was stored safely in a clean environment and he should have been helping her serve customers. The restaurant was not full - no wait line. The bar was almost empty. No excuse for the chaos. read more

We are from Tupelo, and I typically don't do many reviews on my local hometown. However if you're out of town and looking for a great place to eat Harveys is by far one of the best local restaurants. The atmosphere is incredible. Their services always spot on! they have a great menu selection. On Saturday and Sunday they have a wonderful brunch. They also do reservations which is a plus. They have tons of menu options that are very affordable for any budget. They also have an incredible bar area with fantastic bartenders. Make sure to always try the broccoli bites for appetizers or the crab cheese dip they have. All their food is really good so you probably need to make multiple trips I also want to give a shout out for our waitress Mikayla, she was phenomenon! She was very friendly and made fantastic suggestions on the menu. If you go make sure to ask for her if she's working. read more
