I understand that sometimes restaurants have "off" days or something but this is the worst sushi I've ever had. It was totally bland and literally falling apart when I dipped it in yum yum sauce. The worst part - it was like 90% rice?? To charge almost $10 for a basic roll that barely had any filling in it is such a scam. AND it took over 30 minutes to get our food for it to come out so poorly put together? Maybe online orders were hot today but they only had 3 tables come in after us so they didn't appear to be busy at all. Wife wanted to try this place out since we had appt in Tupelo. Small place with the rock and roll atmosphere. Guitars , bass's and more on the walls. Food was great she got salmon roll and o got hibachi bowl Allison's with pot stickers. I love that it's cooked in the Kikoman sauce which made it good.the girl that was helping us was on top of it as surprisingly it wasn't to. Just for lunch. Only down side is the music is loud so we had to talk up a little to speak to each other. Other than that we will eat there again. read more

Ate here the other day. Was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. My spider roll barely had crab in it. Basically fell apart when picked up. My eel roll was so small I could've got store bought at kroger with more eel in it. The sizes of both have really shrunk since I visited 2 years ago. Really sad presentation. My tuna tornado or what ever it's called was very sad looking was not remotely looking like the photo on menu. I couldn't even pick up the avocado around the sides it was so razor thin. So minimal you couldn't even enjoy the flavor of the avocado. After my meal was served I had to ask for soy ( apparently all the bottles were still on the bar as I was the second person to arrive. Should've been soy at the table. Wasn't brought a small soy saucer to mix soy and Wasabi with had to ask for that even after soy was brought. For 35 dollars I was very unhappy. I realize I'm only one person. But in this day and age going out is a rare treat for me. And this really ruined it for me. Next time I could honestly pay less and appreciate better portions buying store bought at Kroger. I know that's sad to say but in this case it's true. I'm out 35 dollars. Rock and Roll just lost customer. Again I'm only one person so I'm sure my comments won't change their practices. read more

Never in my life have I ever had a waitress bring me my food in one hand and vape and someone on her personal phone on SPEAKER talking to her friend in another, the most unprofessional waitress I have ever seen in my life. Horrible! I ordered the volcano roll online @ 5:44pm today. Once I went inside to pick up my order, my volcano roll was ice cold. I told manager Hannah about it. She had the sorry cooks to remake it. Once l received my remade order it was no longer a roll of any kind just seaweed, krab meat, and rice. I went right back inside and ask the manager to look at the roll for herself and she'll see it's no longer a roll, just rice. I no longer wanted any food after returning for a second time; so I asked for a refund. Manager Hannah didn't print anything out to prove I received a refund. She verbally stated the money will be back on my card in 3 to 5 days. So I asked her to write my name down so it wouldn't be an issue just in case I have to come back concerning my refund. I placed a pick up order online. Process was painless, and food was ready at estimated time. Portions were larger than the other Rock N Roll Sushi we have ate at before. Food was good, cashier was friendly and efficient. I would eat here again. Food was great as well, ordered several different rolls and miso soup. Soup was really small for $3 though. read more

We love Rock n Roll Sushi but tonight we walked in, the place was empty and all of the tables were dirty. They told us to have a seat but we couldn't because tables were dirty, the employees tonight were in no hurry, when they started to clean tables just knocked the food on the floor, not very appetizing, so we just left. read more

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I didn't feel like going out so I ordered delivery. This is the one and only time I will eat at this establishment. I ordered a salad and a dynamite roll. The salad was maybe 6 sprigs of spring mix.. maybe 1/2 cup and the roll was about half the size that you get at any other sushi place in tupelo. This was our first time trying this sushi spot in Tupelo. First and foremost, customer service was EVERYTHING here. Lakin was very attentive and friendly. Secondly, the atmosphere was great. Loved all the rock n roll memorabilia on the walls and I especially loved the record album styled menus, so cool. The British Invasion Roll was recommended by Lakin and it was one of the best sushi rolls we'd ever tried! Not even exaggerating. The sauces, the crunch, the flavor it had was second to none. I had a Bulleit Bourbon mixed drink and it was also delicious. We will definitely be back soon. :) read more

the first time we went we loved this place. the atmosphere was great and our server hannah was amazing and such a sweet heart. this prior trip was anything but that. we walk in and chose a booth to sit in and shortly after the server came over to get our drink order and asks if we knew if we wanted any appetizers yet which our reply was " not yet we need a few more minutes if you don't mind. " he leaves and returns with the drinks and at this point we knew what we wanted and he asks again if we're ready and we tell him which appetizers we wanted and before we could say anything else his reply was " so i really didn't like y'all's vibe when yall came in the door so yall are gonna have to leave. i've already texted my manager and told them i wasn't gonna serve yall. " we were astonished at how rude and condescending his tone and demeanor was we just quietly got up and left. keep in mind we were polite as can be when we walked in asking him how he was doing and thanking him for getting our drinks in. ive never experienced any kind of customer service as terrible as this today. read more
