What made it even more frustrating was the amount of staff visibly gathered throughout the restaurant laughing, gossiping, and socializing instead of helping customers. It genuinely felt like customer service was the least important thing happening there. The final straw was the restroom situation. The "family restroom" might as well be renamed the employee restroom. My husband and daughter stood waiting while employees continuously went in and out as if it were reserved for staff use only. Then when I entered the women's restroom, it felt more like walking into a high school hallway than a restaurant bathroom. Multiple groups of female employees were gathered inside laughing and gossiping, blocking the space, and after waiting several minutes I realized many of them weren't even waiting for stalls -- they were simply hanging out in the restroom. To top it all off, the food itself was subpar at best. Our steaks were overcooked, and the appetizers tasted like they had been sitting under heat lamps for far too long before ever reaching our table. Every concern, question, or complaint we brought up was met with irritation or complete nonchalance instead of any attempt to correct the situation. Needless to say, our family will NOT be returning to this location.
