I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

I was selling a house and worried about apartment living -- now I wonder what took me so long. I have not rented for many years, and this life is way better than I remember. I was told I was first stop on Sat morning but Mustafa didn't get to my house until after 10 am on Saturday and we had to be somewhere by 11. Someone was supposed to be to my house on Monday to finish and never showed. No communication. Father in law sat there all day. No one showed up yesterday either. No communication. I requested final invoice for my insurance claim. Still waiting on that. I am not satisfied with the incomplete install. I told Mustafa on Sat I am not paying for this stupid hoky club membership and deserve either it comped or canceled. I'm not sure he understood what I was asking. All he did was bring me an EcoFi folder and walked out. Not excited to use Eco ever again so why would I want it? I really hope you guys can make this right. I was warned Eco is overpriced from a plumber friend (he was going to do it for $3100) but I needed it quick and you guys took advantage of it. The painter is rolling with a 9inch roller and works out of a 1992 family minivan. Also did no prep before painting. The flooring guys put new flooring down with no underlayment and didn't even clean the floors properly before laying the lvp down. Little rocks underneath. Step on them all the time. I own a remodeling business and I've lived here for almost two years now. I have a nice work truck with lettering and advertising. And I've offered my services to the owner and 3 other higher up people that work for ebner. My shower tile is falling apart and I have mold all where my diverter access panel is. And I'd offer to do the job but I figure I might as well not waste my time offering. Whoever stained the cabinets put the polyurethane on over the stain while it was still wet. Smh. The security guards and staff in the office at Riverwatch Towers have always been helpful, friendly and available. There are tailgate parties during the home game weekends during the football season, but my son has a unit facing the river in the back of the building, so no noise complaints at all. Aside from litterally being across the road from campus, there is easy access to the wonderful Olentangy Trail for walking and biking. Place was FILTHY on move in and luckily we have documentation of that. Class action may be warranted here since we have heard of this happening to everyone we have talked to. New residents- make sure you fill out your move in checklist and document and take pictures of EVERYTHING you see that is wrong. because guaranteed they will not refund your entire security deposit- they will come up with something to steal money from you.
