    My husband and I needed to rent a car last minute and a one way rental. The customer service at this location was absolutely amazing, one of the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Huge shoutout to Genesis who made the pick up process easy and who went above and beyond for us and getting us into a comfortable car for our trip! Can't recommend this location enough just because of the people!!

    2026 Ram Rebel - Red Leather - Premium Sound - 450HP

    When I walked into the garage I saw a 2026 Rebel that didn't have the keys in it. I asked Maddy if I could rent the truck and she found out it was brand new to inventory. After a quick check of the vehicle she made sure I drove away happy in the truck. I've been renting cars across the county as daily drivers for months. CMH airport has the nicest vehicles and the staff has always made sure I had a cool ride. Also highly recommend the Grand Wagoner Obsidian 3 they have. It's got legit massage seats, amazing sound, and screens everywhere in the vehicle. Next I'm gonna try the C8 for a weekend. Go see Maddy and tell her the Rebel Guy sent you. Not like I get points for the review or anything but I'm sure she will help you in the same way she helped me.

    I rented a car from Budget from this location in August. Upon retrieving the car it already looked like it had guns shots to. I had the car for 2 DAYS. Returned it back to its location CLEAN WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS. Upon arrival I pulled up to an employee standing waiting on return vehicles. Once I parked where he told me I filled out the vehicle return form that was provided to me at the time of picking up the vehicle and placed it on the dash board, through out any trash I had, and retrieved my things. I asked the employee was there anything additional i needed to do before leaving the vehicle he stated NO and I was good to go. As I was exiting the parking deck my reservation was closed and my $250 holding fee for the vehicle was returned to my credit card on August 17th. Budget sent me a letter on August 25th stating I damaged the inside of their vehicle beyond USE (rentable) and is now charging me $450 for the repairs. I reached out to the stating this simply NOT TRUE and they went and obtained pictures from I dont where indicating I did those damages. Pictures are attached. I asked they provided video footage of the car and they said charges are VALID. I reached out BBB and they provided same evidence say I damaged the vehicle so I am coming to Google because they have now submitted the charge to my credit card company which I have disputed as fraudulent‼Beware of this company and its employees‼ I dis nothing to this vehicle but drive it, return it clean in it's original state with a full tank of gas. The thanks I got was i totaled their VEHICLE. IM ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTED AND WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN‼

We landed…read moreafter 6 hours in the air, got our luggage, got on the shuttle to the rental area... and then found out that ALL rentals (except Hertz) were being handled by a mere two station agents. The line went out the door and we waited for-e-ver to get up to the counter. Of the two agents, one kept leaving, like to take a break or something. I could see the remaining agent was getting very frustrated with the situation. After almost an hour in line, I got up to her station, only to have her system freeze up on her. I know this was NOT her fault, and the supervisor came in to help, but could not do more than just 'reboot' the system for her, only to have it freeze up again and again... HEY Budget, upgrade the tools your associates need to help the clients, and GET MORE STAFF!!! Finally, she got my reservation in the system and a car set up. But, things can only get worse, as she told me, "they will bring your car up to you, go to the second floor". So, we went to the second floor, only to find about a dozen other people standing around waiting for their vehicles "to be brought up". There was only ONE valet pulling vehicles and let's just say, he was being very casual about getting them. My partner actually went deeper into the parking structure to ask him what is the process and how do we know when our car will be coming out. He just said, "I'm getting them as I get the order". . . .Another 30-45 mins go by, and we are watching as the cars are brought up one by one. He would park it near where we were all standing, and just walk away. No indication as to WHO'S car it was. Everyone was asking each other if they knew... and of course nobody did. It was a crap shoot to guess. Someone could have jumped into our car and just driven away. You would never know. FINALLY, what appeared to be our car based on the paperwork description was pulled up and he ran off, did we get our luggage loaded, and drove out... The vehicle itself was brand new and fine, (I see a lot of negative reviews about the actual vehicles). THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!

Thankfully I was able to dispute and had videos of pickup and drop off conditions. The car was given to me with a mismatched VIN, significant wear and tear, water filled headlights, lots of dings etc. I was assured by workers that they were only concerned about "major damage" and not to worry. Protect yourselves from these fraudulent rand unethical business practices. Additionally there were 4 different types of tires on the vehicle, and 3 of them were completely bald with no tread.

They told us to wait and we did and 20 minutes later they had a vehicle for us. When we went to pay the security deposit they tried to charge us for the rental as if we hadn't prepaid already when we had. We explained and showed them the prepaid amount on our Apple wallet and they "ho hummed" over it and had three people looking into it for about 15 minutes while others waited in line for their rental cars. If this is how they treat their preferred members, i'd hate to see how they treat regular non members. Also, the man next to us was explaining that his rental broke down and had to be towed and he had to return to the Columbus airport for a new rental which interfered with his trip plans to Indianapolis. Hearing him go through what he went through really made us apprehensive to leave with our vehicle. No one did a look around with us for the car, so we took our own photos and documented on our end, but I've never not had someone do a look around before driving away from a rental car place. *** update*** am giving three stars because of the unpleasant check in experience, however the staff members were pleasant and did do their best- I just don't think they really know what they are doing at the check in desk and need to get better training. I looked over at Alamo and there was one person in line. I promptly booked my car via Priceline, and it was about $18 more than Budget. I was in and and out the Alamo line in 10 mins. I looked over at the Budget/ Avis lines , they were still working with the same 2 people when while I was in the Budget line. The Columbus Airport has a consolidated rental car facility . You take the rental car facility bus from the terminal, and it takes you to the rental cars housed in a offsite garage (about a mile away from the airport.) You can select any available model they have on the hand based on the category of vehicle you rented. The signage on rental return was easy to spot. Employees at this location are very friendly. Drop off is VERY quick and easy.

    I've rented exclusively from Hertz at Columbus airport (CMH) for more than 12 years and greatly…read morerespect the operation. But recently I have been charged for fuel, even though I've returned the car with the gauge reading "Full". For my Thanksgiving trip I had the car for three days, drove 140 miles, and filled the tank up before I dropped it off. The assistant checked my car in when I returned and said nothing about charging me for fuel - indeed the gauge was slightly over the full line, so I had no reason to think I was going to be charged for fuel, given that I was returning the tank full. When I got home, I saw Hertz charged me $6.99 for fuel. I got no response from Hertz when I brought this to its attention. AmEx, however, immediately credited my account for the full amount of the charge ($6.99). Granted, it's not a major issue, but it is a breach of trust between me and Hertz. It's just a guess on my part, but I'm guessing the vehicle's computer-based data-gathering includes data regarding fuel use and calculates a fuel charge based on that calculation - regardless of what the fuel gauge shows. I know I topped off the tank at the gas station, and I know the tank appeared to be more than full when I returned it. This nickel-and-dime charge practice, and its deceptive effect, will inevitably lead to loss of trust in this rental company.
