Drinking it straight up is not recommended due to the overpoweringly strong ginger and hibiscus. It's very nice once diluted with water, but it's a very assertive flavor out of the bottle. For a bakery, their selection is very limited. Cocobread and a few cupcakes was all I could spy. I was hoping for rum cake, carrot cake, festivals, banana fritters, something more than a standard breakfast on the go place. But they do bake bread, so they are a bakery by definition. But because they are a Jamaican bakery I do need to compare them as such. As a bakery It's not bad, they are trying hard to be good but are in a very tough location to truly shine. They've done what they could to keep their business going, but in turn have edited themselves to be more generic. I would recommend that they make the best cocobread they can, then ditch the storefront and instead sell the bread wholesale to other restaurants. They get to focus on what they do best, they supply the other Jamaican restaurants with quality fresh bread. As it stands, it's an option for the area.
