Just bought a Road glide ultra yesterday. Chris my salesman is GREAT. I would work with him any day. Problem is of course all the additional fake fees his bosses want on top of the advertised price. So it took hrs to straighten that out. Then the bike was at their other dealership and I couldn't see it til we had a deal. Then they figured my wire transfer would take days so they didn't move the bike. My bank got them their $$ in an hour. Still 2 more hrs before I saw the bike. I had to accept the bike as they were closing and going home. Then I drive 4 hrs home and the bike battery and fob battery are dead. So far nice bike tho. read more

Over the course of a week I discussed an OTD Price for a bike and a payoff of my current Harley. I only discussed OTD pricing because I only care about the number on the check I am cutting them. I was told an OTD price of $21,000 and they were going to payoff my loan on my current Motorcycle. The payoff amount was for $7,900 and the value of my bike was $9,800. I said eh, whatever, they can get their dealer fees from that 2k I guess and told them to send the $21,000 quote over to my bank. I would pick up the check and head over. I head to my bank and the bank manager hands me a Purchase order from HD for $24,000!?!?!?! So they chalk on $3,000 more AFTER an OTD price of $21,000 was agreed on? AFTER paying me $2,000 less than what my current bike is valued at? The sales manager got all huffy puffy with me because I didnt want to finance with HD stating, we can finance you for more than the bikes worth unlike your bank" You want me to finance more than what the bikes worth? RED FLAG. The other red flag was him being upset I didnt want to finance a service plan with him. A complete waste of my time, and just flat out lies. Be careful when dealing with these guys. I called up HD Financial services and cancelled my loan with them and refinanced with my bank. I also called HD Insurance and cancelled my policy with them and went with another insurance company. I understand each HD is privately owned and operated but I will be extremely happy to head up to Phoenix to do all my future business. read more

Recently hung out with a fellow rider from RFTW whose bike was running foul after a gas stop by the dealer. Upon getting to the dealer, they ran a diagnosis check and offer up solutions. Friendly staff, but boy do they rob a person for every penny they can. Plugs & injectors $250, diagnosis and labor $500.... The lack of courtesy to help out a rider for a good cause for veterans= Priceless. They wanted to charge $110(shop time) + $247(Parts) to install a FuelPak and had the audacity to tell me I wouldn't have done it correctly if I did it. Really? Huge facility that is super convenient with access directly to the I-10 eastbound off-ramp and on-ramps while also having separate access conveniently from Ina road. Can't get much easier to roll in and roll out. Expansive show room and accessory/clothing. Massive service department. Secluded and super comfortable customer lounge. Super clean restrooms (we know why you pulled in, right?). This location has a dedicated area with a ride mounted to the floor and all the different combinations of seats, bars, etc and tools for a tech to custom fit you on a bike with all the real parts so you can feel and confirm how a bike will fit you and how your ride will need to be customized to properly and comfortably fit you. Alas, I didn't notice highway pegs or ape hangers in that area. That's what I'd need for a proper fit! This location has rental rides and the Tucson area is a wonderful place to explore on a bike with lots of lazy back roads and wide open scenery. The staff in the accessories department were really friendly and helpful. It seems the same dealership owns the Sierra Vista and Tombstone locations, so you'd have to go all the way to Phoenix to shop a competing dealer. read more

I took my bike into saguaro harley I told them it might be my active compression release solenoid after they did there test they told me I had a hole in my header pipe never checked the acr after they started up the bike heard a funny sound so they ran another test which I had to pay for again that's when they found my acr was loose and falling out I then wanted to upgrade my engine they told me they were running a special for the month 10% of stage 1 15% of stage 2 20% of stage 3 I perched newer 117 jugs pistons and heads they told me I would get 20% parts and labor a manager came out to talk to me about pricing they charge 165 per hr they said they would charge me 145 per should of been 132 per also said 20% off my cam kit 1400 they were going to give it to me for 1200 should of been 1120 also when I had a tow truck come pick up my bike they didn't put the stage 1 back on that I paid for nor did they put on my gas tank back on and I'm not sure how they could lie to my face I reached out to them after going home and doing the math and they had nothing to say about not even I'm sorry for lying to your face no let us make it up to you nothing with all that I will never bring my bike back to them nor will I every tell anyone to bring there bike to them I will do everything in my power to let people know they are shady and have no issues lying to your face about the work they say they did or pricing this harley can not be trusted. read more

I went here looking to buy a used road glide and was convinced that a new model was only 4K more. All said and done they showed me a number of 30k, which I was fine with. Then when I go to pay off the bike, they didn't tell me all the protection plans, with prices. Which was another 10k, that was never mentioned. So I ended up with a 40k bike. I don't recommend using them. they will get you excited to sign but never tell you the warranties add almost 10k to the price. read more

I really feel like they didn't care about what I was looking for and only wanted to make a quick sale. I had to go get my trade in so the next day I bring it and in the showroom is a bike that had everything I wanted. They said they forgot it was back there. I asked Chris the Finance manager how much it was and he told me it was 2-3K more. When I went home that night I checked and it was actually cheaper than the bike I bought. If I didn't live 4 hours away I would have drove back to returned the other bike. Now I have to spend over $2,000 for exhaust and air intake. He also lied about getting a better interest rate if I bought a certified bike. Free batteries for life is not free when you charge me $700! All the other fees are bull Sh*t too! I was supposed to get $9,000 plus $700 tax credit. I only see the $9000 for my trade on the Bill of sale. Where is my $700? Tucson of Harley cost me an extra $3,000! I bought a 2019 Street glide for $21,000, had a $9700 trade in and I still have a loan for $18,500. I WAS a returning customer too! Never again! Where is the manual that was supposed to be in saddle bag, KIKI?! Also don't let them sell you on the new radios. Not worth it. GPS doesn't work. Couldn't find half the roads on the way to Sturgis!. Up until last week I had been a loyal customer of Tucson Harley for 10 years (2 bikes & countless other items). Over the summer I did some engine upgrades to my '19 CVO Street Glide (parts and bike from Tucson Harley). I had a part failure and was told that I needed to bring the bike in for service to look at to warranty the part (bike still under warranty also). Long story short I was told that none of the labor would be covered and I would have to pay out of pocket to warranty the failed part because of not using HD oil. Even the service writer acknowledge that this was only an excuse. All I was asking for was the part be replaced. It has become very clear to me that the most important thing is the bottom line and customer loyalty has no part of that. As a result I will never shop there again and have taken my business to Phoenix. read more

First of all, JD our salesman was fantastic, in fact he's the only reason we didn't buy our bike in Phoenix. We visited the store over the course of two weekends, had an idea what we wanted and then came in to purchase it, therein begins the issues... Finance guy, Sebastian, comes to the table and quotes me something insane, can't tell me how many months the note is for or what the interest rate is...you know, things a sales manager should be aware of. At the end of the day we were able to work out a deal we could live with, then came the accessories every Harley needs... Fast forward to today, no one can find our order, they changed the seat we ordered without letting us know after we tried to cancel the order when the dealership informed us we would not receive the seat until the 15th. No one contacted us to inform us of the delay, everyone but JD seemed to act like these bikes sold themselves and we should be grateful to ride one. I'm disappointed that the seat was just up and changed from what we ordered, I'm disappointed with the level of customer service we received, I'm disappointed with the lack of effort, integrity, and communication. At this point the only thing I am happy with is the bike, JD, and my girlfriend. Not saying they won't help you, just saying the level of service you receive at Tucson Harley Davidson is not on par with what you spend, I should have bought a Ducati. Steph read more

Another disappointing experience at Tucson (RideNow) HD. 4 years ago I tried to buy my Ultra Classic here but after 2 1/2 hours of BS from the salesman, (including them taking all kinds of financial information although I wasn't financing) I still didn't know what the bike would cost. Walked and wound up having a great experience at Superstition HD Apache Junction. Bike quit on the road this week and had to have it towed to Tucson HD. Told them I thought it was a fuel issue. I also had a short in the accessory circuit (turn signals/horn/cruise control) that was blowing fuses and was throwing trouble codes. After 2 hours of diagnosis found fuel issue was separation of the fuel filter canister. Was fixed and bike running again. Was advised bike couldn't be test driven for other issues due to rear brake pads. Gave them go-ahead to fix. Service writer said bike was ready for pickup. Accessory problem was "pinched wire in handlebars" and engine trouble codes were cleared. Paid bill and on ride home fuse for turn signals blew and engine trouble code reappeared. Looking at bike found there are no wires in handlebars. Got information on trouble codes and learned problem was likely rear brake switch. They had me ride the bike out of the shop with inoperable brake lights. Bought switch and changed it myself. Engine trouble codes gone. Switched out blown fuse and learned problem was in right side turn signal switch. The service department here blows. I would never use them unless like in this case I was desperate On the bright side they have a great parts department manager who really tries to help customers out. I don't know how he stands working for this place. Avoid Tucson HD and any Ride Now franchise. read more

I bought my first ever bike there last week. Adam was the sales person and very friendly/knowledgeable. We love the bike. They delivered it to the house even. Very cool. The only issue we had was the financing. The original numbers were not making sense and we had to get clarification a few times before the numbers worked out. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because since it is a Harley Davidson only dealership (please note that Harley dropped the Buell line a few years ago) it has Harley Davidson prices. Not their fault as prices are set by HD themselves. With that said, the battery on my 2011 Road King died and Big John's Garage on Grant was closer to me than Tucson Harley so I called them. They were able to come out and install a new battery for me, no problem. My bike started right up and everything was all hunky dory. The battery they installed was not a Harley battery but I didn't think too much of that, as the price was right (under $200). Fast forward 6 months. My bike will crank but not start so I jump start it. Again it started no problem and I let the battery charge for a bit before I turned my Harley Davidson off. I figured "okay, it's been a few weeks since I started my bike so maybe the battery died." I go to start my bike the next day to go for a ride and nothing, it wouldn't even crank. I tried calling Big John's to schedule an appointment to fix it and left a message. A week later and I still haven't gotten a call back. So I call the guys at Tucson Harley Davidson and explain my situation. They couldn't pick up my bike themselves as they only have 1 driver and he's booked all week but recommended American Motorcycle Transport for towing to their store. $88 later (very reasonable IMO) my bike is at Tucson Harley. I didn't get the bike in until Monday afternoon so they couldn't start working on it until Tuesday morning, no big deal. At 10:00AM Tuesday morning I get a call from Chris at Tucson Harley Service to give me an update. Low and behold my battery is DEAD. For a few hundred bucks more I'm getting a Harley Davidson brand battery. I'll have a factory AND dealer warranty on all work done. I also decided to get the factory recommended 25,000 mile servicing as my mileage is close enough (around 22,500 miles but I'll put that extra 2,500 miles on in a month). All told the bill is a bit over $700. Again, very pricy but all work is backed by HD themselves and the dealership. Because I was spending so much already Chris is putting nitrogen in my tires for free. Tucson HD is pricy but worth it. Unless you're a Harley certified mechanic and can do all the work yourself, spend a (lot) bit more money and have your Harley serviced at a Harley dealership. read more

Tucson HD moved a while ago from it's nicely located building on Grant Rd. up to a new mega-superstore off the West side of I-10 near (in?) Marana. For living in Tucson, this is less than convenient. But it seems to be the trend for HD dealerships--get on the side of an interstate so that those traveling the country can quickly pull off at an exit and add to their collection of different HD shirts. The store is indeed a superstore. It has everything you could ever imagine with the HD logo on it. It clearly has more of a boutique feel than that of a motorcycle shop. But that has (sadly) been the trend for HD for many years now. And with the rough economic times of late, I guess they need to make the bottom line somehow. I find it interesting though that this symbol of "American Pride" shills out so much junk that is made in China. That said, there is a fantastic selection of new and used Harley Davidson and Buell motorcycles. There's also some sort of 3-wheel bikes for sale here. I know nothing about those. I bought my ride at the Grant store many years ago and was kind of pressured and rushed by the salesmen. I believe they have fine-tuned this a bit, but still, a high-end vehicle salesmen is, bottom line, there to sell you something. So be ready for that if you walk in with the intent to buy a bike. A full garage is located on-site for all maintenance and repair issues. It seemed to me that they were a little expensive for things like changing tires, but really, I think if so, it is not that much higher than at other bike garages around town. Special programs abound as well. There's cook-outs, concerts, local HOG chapter meetings and rides, bike and car shows, etc. Also, there are "learn-to-ride" courses offered. This is a big plus in my book. Too many people out there who shouldn't be on two wheels. Maybe with this course offered at the dealership, more people will take it. For genuine HD parts and bikes, there really is no other option in Tucson that offers the selection you will find here. But be ready to feel out of place if you are more than a weekend warrior. It feels almost like walking into a shopping mall. At least they try, with offering the special events on their grounds. And for that, I give them the 3rd star in the rating. read more

My friend's father rented a Harley from here for the weekend. I haven't ridden a Harley until now. The bike itself was so luxurious and the ride was smooth. When we got to the dealership to return the bike, the one person that could do it for us had stepped away or was not there yet, so we had to wait a good 20 minutes, which was annoying. I don't think I've ever had such a pleasant buying experience as my recent bike purchase! Everyone of the staff that were part of my buying journey was friendly, helpful, respectful and above all made me feel like a valued person!! I started with Too Tuff Tommy who remembered me buying a Fatboy in 2018 from him and then new salesman Chris got to working on my new request for a 2021 Road King Special. He answer questions, did research and always got back to me. The whole process took 3 days, which was because I wanted to make sure I really wanted to trade-in my bike. When I pointed out a new finance sale that was coming out, Sabastyon and Chris made sure I got it along with their current promotion. Paul looked over my trade, had nice things to say about my bike and also remembered me from the Fatboy purchase! Even the GM, Jeff, stopped by when I was looking at Road King Special to let me know that color of bike was a "rogue" color not offered by Harley on the website. I later found out the color is only supposed to have been a color for the International market, but some US dealerships had gotten bike in this color (Black Jack Metallic). Jeff was very kind and he too also remembered my name, nothing like being treated like family! I was also given a complementary t-shirt, which Brooke helped me pick out and was so nice about folding and unfolding shirts so I could see both sides of the shirt. If you've every worked clothing retail you fold hundreds of times so to me that fact she did this without hesitation was great, Sam in Service went over the bike with me, even though I've been riding for years, he still said a few things that I found helpful. He was very nice and could have just as easily ask me sign the paper since I wasn't brand new rider. Instead he took his time and answered my questions and made sure he covered the whole bike. Overall, I was very happy with how the whole deal process went. I got everything I requested and felt respected the whole way through. Everyone did an outstanding job! I'm very thankful that both the Tucson Harley store and the Old Pueblo store have great people working there, it's always a pleasure to stop by for a visit! read more
