Was just in town for my son's graduation, and wanted to stop in, as I collect dealership t-shirts. Felt funny pulling up in a cage, but stopped in anyway. I was just happy to be treated the same way I would have if I had pulled up on my bike. My man of coarse had to try to sell me a bike( expected ), but I had my bs excuse ready to shoot. lol. Sales girls were great, and I got my t-shirts. Thanks Saguaro HD.

We went on Black Friday and shopped for some apparel! We were given $20 off coupons for any purchase which was surprisingly awesome! They also had a motorcycle raffle where they let you enter 5 numbers and if you guessed right you could win! Unfortunately we did not win but it was still awesome to try! This location is super clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming. They had some pretty great sales on used bikes!

Damion, Nick, GT and Tyler did a great job helping me get a new Harley. Selection was good, they let me test ride a few bikes, and worked up a great price.

The customer service was great and the bikes were very nice. The restrooms were very clean and the lounge was very clean.

The whole buying experience was extremely easy and from the beginning I stated I did not want to haggle and go through hours of sales pitches. Nate helped me get the numbers close through texting , then when I came to the dealership . I was greeted by the amazing AJ. My first purchase was with AJ over a year ago and I had the extreme pleasure working with AJ again! AJ answered all my questions and got to know me vs trying to just get a sale. I am extremely happy with my new road glide CVO ST and if you don't want to be pressured , you need to check out this dealership for a comforting , no BS buying experience. Ask for AJ!

My first bike. Absolutely in love.

Customer service was amazing. Bought my first bike and everyone was very helpful and genuine about listening to my needs and wants. Found the perfect bike. Shout out to the entire team on helping me with setting me up with everything I need.

Said they replaced my steering bearing, the OEM bracket that sits over its never been removed?

Bought a bike from them used, paid cash. They told me they went through the bike and it was mechanical sound. Unfortunately I didnt test drive the bike or I would have never left left their shop like that. They sent me on the road with bad cables, clutch had never been adjusted, about 6" to long and could pull about 3" of slack from the perch. After looking through the bike in noticed a lot of things that were concerning. I took it to an independent shop for a second opinion. Ended up spending over $1,000 to fix problems with the bike that were pre existing and told would be taken care of. Tried reaching out to them multiple times but kept getting swept under the rug. Definitely a terrible experience with Harley Davidson

Fabian and the rest of the Service crew were amazing. The bike was there for more than a minute. I appreciate everyone involved for their customer service and work ethic. This place has a huge selection of bikes. Kawasaki, KTM, Gas Gas, Triumph, and more. Plenty of clothing, gear and accessories for you and your UTV/motorcycle needs. Definitely check out this place if you are looking for a new bike, UTV or service. Well worth the 1+ hour ride for us. Now I have to decide if I still want to sell this bike or keep it. I am the second owner and it has just over 3,000 on the odometer. Yes 3,000.

My less than 240-mile-on speedometer KLX 300 needed a front tire tube changed, called Cycle Gear…read moreand was told it was the price of the tube plus $15. I usually install my own tube, but for $15 dollars I'll drop it off this time. At the store I was asked if I'd like the regular tube at $15 or the heavy duty for $30. Since the work was $15 I decided to splurge and get the heavy duty. The sales person let me know there may be an additional $3.00 for a rim lock. Alright, up to $48 for a tube change by now, but whatever. They also let me know my wheel may not be ready until the next day. That evening I get a call from an employee letting me know I needed a rim lock and it would be $11. Alright, whatever. I'm now in it for $56. When I picked up the tire at the store the next morning... it was $100.20! They added charges they did not tell me about (rotation at some outrageous amount). A hundred bucks to change a tube. They did adequate work on the tire... I mean it is just a tube change. Get the spoons, stick-on weights, and a short rod you'll need to do your own future tube changes and use the $75-$80 bucks you'll save to get some new gear. Otherwise, make sure you ask for disclosure of total price up front.

Benjamin's outstanding service has me changing my mind about the store and I will definitely be back

A little bit of mixed feelings on this review...hence the 4 instead of 5 stars…read more This will be a long one though, so be prepared for some reading. BF motorcycle and he dropped it on the side and broke the foot peg mount, so back to the shop it goes. He had some scratches on that side and a broken directional that we bought a replacement for and didn't put it on yet. We brought it to these guys, the only ones we trust that do the job right. The BF gave them a whole list of things to fix. The brake rotors, foot peg mount, paint all of the scrapes on the fairings and put in the directional and he wanted his wheels painted red now to match the rest of the bike. If I can get a picture of the bike, I will attach it later. It is a 1991 Kawasaki ZX-11 Ninja we had painted white with red accents and put a lot of work into it. That year was black and rose and he didn't like those colors. It took the shop weeks to find a foot peg mount. The cost for just the wheels to be painted was $600. Another $200 for the touch up painting. We put down $800. We got a call the fork seals were leaking, another $200 and they said the battery also needed replacing..grrrrrr that happens when it sits not running for months, the battery was less than 1-2 yrs old and was fine when we dropped it off..they should've disconnected it or put a trickle charger on it.. Weeks later, we came up with $1000 to put toward the total cost..the total after the $800 was another $2400 and change but he said "for cash price, it will be $2200 for you guys since you are such good customers". When I wanted to drive to pay the $1000 cash, my car starter went out. I called and made a cc/dc payment over the phone. I talked the owner into the cash price when I paid the remaining amount of $2200 cash. For some reason, we didn't get a receipt or ask for one. I guess we were too excited to get it back and I made sure they didn't charge for storage to get the full amt paid to get it out. Total price was $3000. That's a lot of money!...The day finally came...We went to pay for the bike not noticing it was outside by the front ready to go. Beautiful, perfect, OMG the wheels, etc.....wait..........OMG, the seat has a tear in the material...BF not good with confrontation. I ran inside and no one was at the front. I got the mechanic that worked on the bike to go outside. He shrugged it off, saying the cost cracked it since it is older material! Those cold frosty nights in the 30's temps must've did it. He tried to find me a place that would give us a good price on the upholstery, but couldn't find it, he just said the area on the other side of town where it is located. ???Why didn't anyone call us as soon as they saw the tear to ask if they could get a quote on a price or at least let us know it happened????Couldn't they have prevented it by covering the seat and isn't it temp controlled in the shop or was it left outside? Aren't they partially responsible for the cost? We decided on an expensive future option of having it recovered in red instead of black anyway. Not happy at all about this though. WHY would a reputable shop that did such beautiful work and we spent so much money let this go without taking at least partial responsibility, even if they say it is old and act like it was just an "Act of God"??? If I were the owner, I wouldn't let this perfect experience become bitter sweet for my customer. I put duct tape over it and am still disappointed to this day. BF doesn't want me to call them to complain since he wants them to fix the transmission for the gear that sticks 2nd) and doesn't want to "ruffle feathers". If you read this whole story, let me know what you think.
