Just want to give kudos to Adam and Ryan in the service department. I road an hour and a half to get my radio flashed. There was a bit of confusion about when it should be done, before or after amp install. Instead of telling me no and sending me on my way, Adam went online and researched the process, along with asking Ryan. Although Ryan stated that he had plenty of experience doing audio installations, he stayed open to new information. In the end, the service was completed and I was thoroughly impressed with customer service. Adam and Ryan are proof that quality customer service still exists. read more

If you're looking to buy a Harley, this is the place to go! Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and not pushy at all. They work well as a team and got us exactly what we were looking for and believe it or not at the price we wanted! Sounds too good to be true? Probably, but this is our second Harley we bought from them! The service department is outstanding. Our last Bike , we bought used, after a few years it had some issues, and they still took care of everything! I can't say enough about how well we were treated at Saguaro Harley Davidson. A special thanks to Adam & Pappy in the service dept. As well as Chris and Maverick in sales! Way to go!! See you in a few years!! read more

Was just in town for my son's graduation, and wanted to stop in, as I collect dealership t-shirts. Felt funny pulling up in a cage, but stopped in anyway. I was just happy to be treated the same way I would have if I had pulled up on my bike. My man of coarse had to try to sell me a bike( expected ), but I had my bs excuse ready to shoot. lol. Sales girls were great, and I got my t-shirts. Thanks Saguaro HD. read more

Very nice shop I was just looking but prices were very fair and overall a very nice place to shop

Jacob Benzenhoefer was my sales agent. Took me on a test ride on a 2025 tri glide. Ordered the tri glide in the color I wanted and kept me updated until it arrived at the dealership. This is the the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealer. I live in New Mexico, 260 miles from the dealer. There has always been friendly and helpful people to assist you. read more

I came in pre-approved from Harley Davidson finance. I test rode a trike agreed on a price. I called them to let them kniw I was headed there with my trade in and was told they sold the trike they had agreed to sell me. This is a genuine lack of good character. This would have been my 7th Harley purchased from this same dealership. read more

I had a great experience buying here. Adam was phenomenal! He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Exactly what you want out of a Harley purchasing experience. The finance team worked with me to get what I really wanted in a budget I was comfortable with. The dealership was clean, lots of inventory, helpful staff all the way around, really great place. Super happy with my experience. Thanks Adam! read more

We went on Black Friday and shopped for some apparel! We were given $20 off coupons for any purchase which was surprisingly awesome! They also had a motorcycle raffle where they let you enter 5 numbers and if you guessed right you could win! Unfortunately we did not win but it was still awesome to try! This location is super clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming. They had some pretty great sales on used bikes! read more

Recent experience was surreal. I'd been dreaming about a new H-D. My Road Glide Limited, although a fantastic touring bike for 2-up, had become more massive than I need for solo touring and canyon carving. I went to Saguaro H-D to check out the CVO ST and rode one home! I'm still in a dream like fog! Many thanks to Adam, Maverick, Nate, and a few others who treated me extremely well. All that said, the star lf this show is the new CVO ST which far exceeds my unrealistic expectations. Great facility, great selection, superb merch. read more

I stopped by to take a look at their used bike inventory. I ready had my bike listed for sale elsewhere and wanted to see what was available. Nick asked to see my bike and wanted to check if they could do something for me. Found a bike that I absolutely loved, and the team of Nick, Paul, and GT worked hard to get everything handled for me. My situation is unique, because I use a nickname in my daily life. It raised all kinds of identity theft red flags. They did their due diligence to make sure nothing was compromised while I chilled out and had coffee in the lounge. End result? I left my old bike there and rode home on the night train! read more

A true test of a dealership is when there's a problem. I knew I had one the minute I rolled up to my garage on the ride home . My new-to-me Pan Am was making an engine noise it shouldn't have been making. They told me not to ride it and picked the bike up two days later. The manager left early for his Phoenix appointment to pick up the needed parts. They installed a whole next-gen charging system to correct the weakness I uncovered. I doubt anyone else would have discovered the problem as it took a long ride at highway speed to make it show up. They took their time and fixed it right. The service manager, Adam, took some time to show me what they did and a few examples of how to set up the custom ride modes. I tried one on the way home and it was sweet. So a potentially negative experience got turned into a very positive. Now I feel like I can talk to Adam any time I need to. And, Dave, the tech. who fixed the bike, is my go-to guy if anything ever happens again. I believe Saguaro Harley put my satisfaction before the bottom line - very rare these days! read more

The whole buying experience was extremely easy and from the beginning I stated I did not want to haggle and go through hours of sales pitches. Nate helped me get the numbers close through texting , then when I came to the dealership . I was greeted by the amazing AJ. My first purchase was with AJ over a year ago and I had the extreme pleasure working with AJ again! AJ answered all my questions and got to know me vs trying to just get a sale. I am extremely happy with my new road glide CVO ST and if you don't want to be pressured , you need to check out this dealership for a comforting , no BS buying experience. Ask for AJ! read more

I was scheduled for a tire change and the 20k service waited to long . They said it was cleaned and ready to go not,, Got the bike without pointers on the front they were in saddle bag rims were not cleaned and spokes were not inspected to my looking at the dirty rim. I Payed $1476.96 for that kinda service. I've been a long time customer and I just had to say something because they just don't appreciate me giving them my business. Tom F. Is a long time friend and I took his word on being the best place. But I differ... Sorry ...Tom they let me down, not once but twice. Sloppy work on my end hope everyone gets great service. read more

Jacob & Maverick were awesome! They took the time to determine what we were looking for then showed us some options. Once we decided on a new TriGlide Jacob went over all the features and took me for a test ride. I've ridden a Harley for years but this was a new experience! After the ride, we sat down with Maverick and went over the numbers. He worked it out so we could still be in our budget while still getting the most for our money! We also met with JC in the parts department as well as Rene in service. The entire experience was great! This crew is the best and highly recommend Saguaro H-D when shopping for a Harley! Thanks again guys! read more

Bought a bike from them used, paid cash. They told me they went through the bike and it was mechanical sound. Unfortunately I didnt test drive the bike or I would have never left left their shop like that. They sent me on the road with bad cables, clutch had never been adjusted, about 6" to long and could pull about 3" of slack from the perch. After looking through the bike in noticed a lot of things that were concerning. I took it to an independent shop for a second opinion. Ended up spending over $1,000 to fix problems with the bike that were pre existing and told would be taken care of. Tried reaching out to them multiple times but kept getting swept under the rug. Definitely a terrible experience with Harley Davidson read more

I took my bike to get looked at , this time they completely forgot to put one f the side covers on and I had to go chase it down, the time before that I had them replace the brake fluid and they forgot to hook the ABS sensor so the ABS light came on I ended up paying out of pocket to have it checked. The place isn't horrible but these little inconveniences that they fall short on is not good. I hope they start paying better attention otherwise I will have to find another mechanic for my bike. read more

Excellent group of people working here. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Back at end of July we purchased a new bike here. They took the time to and answered all questions and gave us space when deciding. We came back and forth a few times to make sure and they were never pushy, unlike another experience at other dealership. Cannot say enough good things here. Tommy in sales, Sebastian in finance, Nick in service. Excellent crew that made our decision painless and happy to give our hard earned money to for a beautiful bike. If you ever want no pressure and all your questions answered and options weighed before making a decision on your purchase come here they will help and with genuine kindness. Great service, good deal, in and out quick, got what I wanted. Thank you Jacob, for all your help

I had my Basic motorcycle riding course at this location. I got the chance to room around look at the motorcycles. Well presented. It's like going to the Museum of modern motorcycle art. Plenty of people very busy place. People were coming and going and looking and asking and it was vibrant. Motorcycles are well presented and the facility is very appealing. Very fancy. Easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking. Close to Highway. I had the same feeling I get when I go to for four hotels. Staff are friendly. No attitude. Imagine this...I sold a 2019 Streetglide back to Harley Davidson of Tucson. I went in on a Saturday to sign paperwork, signed over the title and was given a check. I took the check directly to the bank where I was told the check had not been released and couldn't be deposited. I called Harley and was told they would call me right back. They called, said it should be fine. Went in the bank, was told again it couldn't be deposited. Embarrassing. Called Harley was told it should be released in 15 minutes. Drove an hour and a half home, went to the bank... check can't be deposited. Embarrassed again. Called Harley. Was told they would get to the bottom of it and call me back. Now I have no bike, no title, no money. No call back Saturday. They are closed Sunday and Monday. Tried to deposit check on Monday. Told it was not able to be deposited. The bank employees are looking at me like I'm a scam artist failing. Four times I tried to deposit this check and four times I was told it couldn't be deposited! Called Harley first thing Tuesday and was told they didn't know what was wrong, the check was good. They gave me the number to finance where I argued with the lady telling me the check was good. She said she'd get back to me. Nothing. Called back at 1:00 and left another message. She calls, apologized and said they would bring me another check the next day. I'm livid. They have my bike, the title and I haven't been paid, now I have to wait another day and hope this check clears. I decide to escalate the matter a la Karen style and call asking to talk to the store General Manager who I was told is named Jeff. This was 1:30. I called and left 3 messages for Jeff to call me and he never even gave me the courtesy of five minutes of his time. I am completely out of nice now, ergo this review. Beware selling anything back to Harley Davidson of Tucson, they are quick to take your money but not so good at giving it back. And Jeff still hasn't called... read more
