If I could give Cochise Motorsports more than five stars for how they handled this, I would…read more I brought my Honda Interstate in for what turned into a pretty substantial list of repairs. When the work was completed, I was surprised to learn that the final bill was significantly higher than the amount I had originally approved because of additional clutch work. There had simply been a communication breakdown along the way, and I hadn't received an updated total before that work was completed. And THIS is where Cochise Motorsports absolutely earned this review. I called and explained my concern. That's it. I wasn't looking for a fight, demanding free work, or trying to avoid paying for legitimate repairs. I was simply a customer saying, "Hey, I wasn't expecting this bill because nobody told me the price had changed." The response was outstanding. The gentleman I spoke with listened, acknowledged that they should have updated me, and took the concern directly to management. He then called me back with a real solution. Management went through my bill and made substantial adjustments to make things right. This wasn't a token "sorry about that" discount. It was a meaningful financial adjustment that demonstrated that they understood the problem and genuinely wanted a fair outcome for both of us. THAT is customer service. Businesses are run by human beings. Miscommunications happen. What tells me far more about a company is what they do when one happens. Cochise Motorsports didn't get defensive. They didn't minimize my concern. They didn't make me jump through hoops. They listened, acknowledged what had happened, and fixed it. And I want to emphasize that the motorcycle itself received a ton of work: clutch components, tires, fork seals, brakes, battery, fluids, exhaust work and more. They did real work and deserved to be paid for it. My concern was never about getting something for nothing; it was simply about being surprised by a cost I hadn't been expecting. They managed to find a solution that respected both of those things. I called about a bill I didn't understand and ended the conversation thinking, "Well, THAT is how you take care of a customer." In fact, the way they handled a problem has probably done more to earn my future business than if nothing had gone wrong in the first place. It's easy to recommend a business after a flawless transaction. I think it says considerably more when you can recommend one because you've actually seen how they respond when something needs to be made right. Five stars, without hesitation. And an imaginary sixth star for some genuinely excellent service recovery. Cochise Motorsports, you handled this beautifully. Thank you.

Service outfitted my quad with a well put together street legal kit. I even had the pleasure to meet Cliff and learn about his collection of motorcycle. I recently purchased a 2026 Aprilia RS 660 from this dealership. While I'm very happy with the…read moremotorcycle and the price I received, the customer service throughout the buying process was disappointing. During financing, I was initially presented with a payment of $335 per month at 17.99% APR for 60 months. After reviewing the numbers myself, I questioned the payment and had it corrected. As a customer, I shouldn't feel like I need to double-check basic financing calculations during a purchase. When I politely declined the extended warranty, the finance manager responded by saying, "I'll give you more time to think on it." I understand offering additional products is part of the process, but once I declined, I expected my decision to be respected without additional pressure. The biggest issue was the lack of communication after the paperwork was completed. My family and I, including our two young children, sat waiting for approximately 20 minutes because nobody informed us that the transaction was complete and that we were free to leave. It wasn't until I got up and asked that I was told everything was done and the motorcycle was ready. To top it off, the bike was delivered with only about half a tank of fuel. When I later reached out about it, I was told that state law limits how much fuel can be stored on site. While I understand there may be regulations and operational limitations, it felt like another example of a lack of attention to the overall customer experience. Again, I am very happy with the motorcycle itself and appreciate the deal I received. However, the buying experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking the level of customer service I would expect when making a major purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I just called to get tires mounted on a honda ruckus i bought here. They want $60 per wheel to…read moremount and supposedly balance 10" tires on loose wheels. These wheels don't get balanced because the bike only goes 35mph and are not balanced from the factory. Nash disagrees and insisted on charging $60 per tire to mount/balance. Ill take them to ride now in gilbert for $30 per tire to mount. This has left a bad taste in my mouth considering my car tires are $40 per wheel to mount and actually balance. I Dont think ill consider Nash anymore for service or vehicle purchases.

The purchase process was effortless--I was in and out of the store in less than an hour on a Saturday, driving my new machine home at an unbeatable price with no BS. Since then, I've done a complete build on my Pro R, including an aftermarket cage, subwoofer, lighting, tune, and clutch kit. The entire service team has been nothing short of outstanding. Justin in parts is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes sure I have exactly what I need, whether it's something small or a key component for my build. Kevan, the service manager, runs an excellent shop--he made sure my car was completed in time for an important dunes trip and kept me updated throughout the process, showing real care for both me as a customer and the quality of work being done. And Tom, the mechanic, is a master at what he does. He went above and beyond to custom-tune every part of my build to my exact specs, ensuring that everything performed flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about Iron City Polaris. If you see any negative reviews, I can only assume those people are impossible to please. The team here genuinely cares about their customers and their machines, and I'll continue to bring my Pro R here for service and future upgrades without hesitation. Highly recommend!
