I didn't know it was the iABS, but from all my research since that time they should have recognized it based on the symptoms. I would have respected that and understood. Flash forward, having tinkered with the bike on and off, I finally sought the help of Bee Mer Werx because they are the only real alternative to the dealer and they work on BMW motorcycles under model year 2005. Paul responded quickly to my emails. Drop off was easy at his clean shop. He immediately told me he suspected it was the iABS. After inspection, he stated it was the iABS and gave me options on the repair. He also listened to my own information and research on the issue. We did a work around until we can get a better repair option. The diagnostic and repair was reasonable in cost. The professionalism and openness was great. Takes cash, check or , for 2% more, credit card. We have a plan for completing the repairs which I will be returning to Bee Mer Werx to complete. Thanks Paul!

I ride a Ducati and have owned 3 other bikes in the past (another Ducati, a vintage Honda cafe bike, and two Jap sport bikes). I was considering buying another vintage bike and wanted to ask Paul questions about vintage BMW bikes. All of my questions were answered and Paul was more than willing to provide info and recommendations for me. About the shop: its clean, well kept and organized. The bikes were in different phases of maintenance or rebuild, but it was very easy for me to tell what work was being done since Paul is methodical and organized. Some shop owners have a hard time saying "No" to new customers or taking on new work, which usually means existing customers or work already in progress gets delayed, or details are overlooked. It was obvious to me Paul was very good about keeping his schedule in order so all of his customers were able to expect their bikes to be completed on time. I decided not to purchase another bike, I've got a Ducati Monster and dont feel like spending more time and money on another bike. But Paul has been a good resource for me since I visited his shop since I continued to look at potentially buying a bike in the Seattle area where I live. If you are ever in the Tucson area and on a road trip on your BMW road bike or adventure/dual sport, make time to stop by and see Paul.

Hmm... I honestly have to take a breath and think before I speak. Because I am so frustrated with…read moreOld Pueblo Harley-Davidson for their methods of conducting business. I own a 2003 Harley V-Rod hundredth anniversary edition. As any Harley Rider knows, this particular bike is kind of the red-headed stepchild of the Harley family, it is also beloved by many like myself. The engine is made by Porsche, so German engineering in a notoriously iconic American brand, yet Harley took the Porsche design and ran with it, and the V-rod was born. Anyway, the engine is water cooled and no other Harley besides the V-rod (that I know of) has a water cooled engine. And of course, the time came and I needed coolant since noticing my reservoir was nearly empty. So I called Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson and the guy that answered was very friendly, said absolutely! We have the coolant in stock! I said Great! Off to the Harley dealership I went! And BTW, I had previously investigated coolants online for the V-Rod, many claim there are cheaper alternatives that V-rod owners have been using for years. Saw this mentioned time and time again with lists of alternative coolants. But as many Harley riders would agree, there is a sense of loyalty to the name, therefore always desiring the use of parts that aren't aftermarket, and always use Harley products in your motorcycle, like using HD coolant for my HD bike. So I get down there feeling a sense of satisfaction knowing they have my coolant and accomplishment, because I'm finally finding time around my busy work schedule to get this done. I get up to the parts counter, the man was very friendly again and also remembered me. Off he went and returned quickly with a little I quart jug of HD coolant.. I asked him, do you have the standard 1 gallon jugs of this? No I'm sorry this is the only size we have. Okay it'll have to do...and although it was only 1 quart, it was enough to top off my reservoir, so I thought it is what it is, no big deal. The man asked if I needed more than one? Maybe I could use one more, but how much is it first? He rings it up, and immediately I knew something wasn't good, judging by this man's face, he said $31.51 please? WTF!?!? $31.51 for one quart of HD coolant!?!?. Uh, let me double check that price, maybe that's for the 1 gallon jugs that are out of stock. He went into the back to double check the size, and sure enough the price of 1 quart of HD coolant at Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson, is $31.51. Unbelievable. I could've just walked out, like every American we have a choice, but using a brand not recommended, such as other coolants, just didn't sit well with me, and again there's that sentimental loyalty always playing a role in decisions for this bike. So very, very reluctantly bought it the damn thing and walked out of Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson feeling like I was blackmailed because HD is the only recommended coolant, and robbed using my loyalty against me. Very disappointing. It gets worse... I went online and found a gallon of HD coolant, from Harley Davidson themselves, for less than $30. The man at the desk was very friendly, and his expression during this transaction spoke volumes. I give Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson 2 stars. That's one more star than they deserve right now, but given that extra start for one reason only, the friendliness of one staff member. Thanks for everything, Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson. I won't soon forget it.

WAAAAAY OVERPRICED!!!…read more I called for an out-the-door quote on a KLX300 listed for $5,106. After the $250 military rebate, the bike should've been $4,856. The quote I got? $7,800. That's $2,994 in taxes, title, registration, and dealership fees--meaning only 45.6% of what I'm paying is actually for the bike. To put it in perspective, using the same math, a $20,000 motorcycle from this dealership would end up costing $30,880. Taxes alone are only $303--so where's the rest coming from? The only reason this isn't zero stars is that Sebastian, the guy who answered the phone, was polite and helpful. Ridiculous!!!

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with RideNow. I waited 37 years to buy a motorcycle and my first bike I bought a few months ago was stolen. I've been searching everywhere for a bike that reminded me of how I set up my first bike. I was about to fly across the country and ride home to Tempe to get something like this. But then I found a new listing for a pre-owned ZX6R in Tucson that had a lot of the same mods I had just spent all my money on in 2024. The bike had some issues that required RideNow to put a ton of effort into getting it ready to sell me. They spent the entire day yesterday working on this thing. I am so grateful for the time and effort the technician(s) spent to get this bike ready. I was impressed in the short time I got to speak to the technician. He knew I planned to ride it across the desert once it was ready and made it clear he was going to do everything he could to make sure I'd make it home. Once it was ready to go, knowing I had a long ride ahead, Ben double checked that I actually knew how to ride a motorcycle before letting me leave. I thought it was hilarious and I also really appreciated it. I felt every staff member I interacted with genuinely cared about me as a customer and rider. As soon as I got on the bike, I stalled it lol.. but I want the RideNow team to know I did make it back home safely with no other issues :) Please thank the mechanic for me who worked so hard to make sure this thing would get me home. The ride home was a blast. I really appreciate all of you

BF motorcycle and he dropped it on the side and broke the foot peg mount, so back to the shop it goes. He had some scratches on that side and a broken directional that we bought a replacement for and didn't put it on yet. We brought it to these guys, the only ones we trust that do the job right. The BF gave them a whole list of things to fix. The brake rotors, foot peg mount, paint all of the scrapes on the fairings and put in the directional and he wanted his wheels painted red now to match the rest of the bike. If I can get a picture of the bike, I will attach it later. It is a 1991 Kawasaki ZX-11 Ninja we had painted white with red accents and put a lot of work into it. That year was black and rose and he didn't like those colors. It took the shop weeks to find a foot peg mount. The cost for just the wheels to be painted was $600. Another $200 for the touch up painting. We put down $800. We got a call the fork seals were leaking, another $200 and they said the battery also needed replacing..grrrrrr that happens when it sits not running for months, the battery was less than 1-2 yrs old and was fine when we dropped it off..they should've disconnected it or put a trickle charger on it.. Weeks later, we came up with $1000 to put toward the total cost..the total after the $800 was another $2400 and change but he said "for cash price, it will be $2200 for you guys since you are such good customers". When I wanted to drive to pay the $1000 cash, my car starter went out. I called and made a cc/dc payment over the phone. I talked the owner into the cash price when I paid the remaining amount of $2200 cash. For some reason, we didn't get a receipt or ask for one. I guess we were too excited to get it back and I made sure they didn't charge for storage to get the full amt paid to get it out. Total price was $3000. That's a lot of money!...The day finally came...We went to pay for the bike not noticing it was outside by the front ready to go. Beautiful, perfect, OMG the wheels, etc.....wait..........OMG, the seat has a tear in the material...BF not good with confrontation. I ran inside and no one was at the front. I got the mechanic that worked on the bike to go outside. He shrugged it off, saying the cost cracked it since it is older material! Those cold frosty nights in the 30's temps must've did it. He tried to find me a place that would give us a good price on the upholstery, but couldn't find it, he just said the area on the other side of town where it is located. ???Why didn't anyone call us as soon as they saw the tear to ask if they could get a quote on a price or at least let us know it happened????Couldn't they have prevented it by covering the seat and isn't it temp controlled in the shop or was it left outside? Aren't they partially responsible for the cost? We decided on an expensive future option of having it recovered in red instead of black anyway. Not happy at all about this though. WHY would a reputable shop that did such beautiful work and we spent so much money let this go without taking at least partial responsibility, even if they say it is old and act like it was just an "Act of God"??? If I were the owner, I wouldn't let this perfect experience become bitter sweet for my customer. I put duct tape over it and am still disappointed to this day. BF doesn't want me to call them to complain since he wants them to fix the transmission for the gear that sticks 2nd) and doesn't want to "ruffle feathers". If you read this whole story, let me know what you think.
