We went to go look at a quad and while we were there seen a USED blue grizzly90cc. We wanted to know the out-the-door price. First off they couldn't even find the VIN on it, I found it for them. Then they came back and told us over 4k that was including fees and tried to add a $500 freight fee saying they had to ship it in when it was a trade in, it wasn't shipped. When we told him what we paid for two brand new ones at ride now he tried to tell us we were wrong and there was absolutely no way we could have paid that. We paid less for a brand new quad than what they were trying to sell us for a 6 year old used one that had scratches, wear and tear and a tear in the seat. So make sure you really do your research before you try to buy from here. RIDE NOW is cheaper for the same if not higher engine power. read more

I waited a month to get my UTV in that only ran on one cylinder. I told them my guess was the rear cylinder out of time or the TPS (sensor). After they got it in, (date to start was 4-2-26, I picked it up 4-22-26) I waited about a week after the date they were supposed to work on it. I was told the Mechanic started on it, but had a family emergency. Another week gone by. Was told it runs but for only 10-15 mins. It gets hot and starts smoke white a lot. Won't start till it sits for quite some time. I got it home and ask myself why it is getting hot and starts smoking. My simple mind says the thermostat is stuck, No water circulation, or the fan is not running. I check the fan and it will run, I start it up and bleed the air out of the system. I ran it straight for 40 minutes straight. Tune it off and starts right up every time. Now I take off the radiator cap and see bubbles. That tells me a blown head gasket. I call them back as I don't get paid $150 per hour and want it fixed. I was told they would not replace the gasket's as they don't tear down engines. Do not go there! read more

I have had two separate experiences with this repair shop and both were unpleasant. The first time the customer service people were so rude and dismissive I felt it had to just be a bad day for them. She acted like us being there was a nuisance to her. This time the bike was brought in for an oil change. My husband made the mistake of asking them to let him know if they notice anything else. They charged him 400 dollars in labor for :"checking over" the bike. This place is a total rip off and cannot be trusted at all. Definitely will not be returning. read more

i took my side by side to get fixed there. it took a month for the part to come in. While they were test driving it. They broke my shifter. They said I had to pay to get that fixed. They charged me for the part he said but no labor. Then I found out they broke my mirror. He said well you can either pay or leave it. We don't care. We brought our SxS here before and today after picking up our other one we brought Saturday all they did was look at it. The back seat is easy to come off, has 4 bolts to come unscrewed and yet they charged us 135.00 to "look" at it. They need to update their pricing board at the service department because 135.00 wasn't listed it's listed under another service. Along with the estimate they gave us there is not 500.00 in parts the math ain't mathing. We planned on bring 2 other SxS for service but we will find someone/somewhere else. After meeting the owner I can't believe the service department had to be told by my husband to put our car back together if he didn't mention it they were going to load it that way. The fixed a tire as well didn't strap it back to the bed and took the strap. Lovely trust worthy employees. Oh and when we asked where our strap was an employee( not racial a dark skinned person went to his tool box took all his inserts out and pulled out our strap I'm glad he was going to keep it...) and we have seen this guys before dropping off our stuff. I'm shocked the owner doesn't get more complaints due to poor service department staff. read more

My son wanted to purchase a used motorcycle from CSA and I put $1000.00 to hold it. My son just happened to find another bike and purchased it. When I called and spoke to Ashlin to get my deposit back he said it was non-refundable. Had he said that to begin with I wouldn't have put any money on it at all. Terrible service. Recently had my bike in which is a new 2023 Husqvarna for warranty work. They fixed my warranty issues after 6 weeks of them forgetting to order my parts. finally after receiving the bike they left parts off and lost odds and ends of certain components. my exhaust Heat shield was returned dangling and missing 2 bolts. When confronted with the service desk for solutions the worker was extremely rude and acted like it was not his problem and was unwilling to compromise in any way. ultimately leaving me with a broken heat shield. read more

Went in today (3/30/21) for first time ever to look at some gloves and their classic bikes on 2nd floor and was immediately approached by a sales guy saying I had to wear a mask! I said the governor lifted all restrictions and he said well each store can set their own policy and they want masks here "even if I just kept it around my chin." I said well then what is the point? Guy says " I know." So I said I'm not playing this stupid game anymore and walked right out. They lost my biz forever and I will order on line Masks don't work!!! read more

I've never been into this shop before today. My only vehicle at the moment is my motorcycle. I had a rear wheel that needed the schrader valve replaced so I called them late in the afternoon with my emergency and they said no problem come on in. I dropped the wheel off and they had it finished in less than 15 min. I'm definitely going to recommend them to others and they'll be my primary shop from now on. CSA spells "BIZNESS" with an "I." cuz they don't give a darn about "U." I bought a 2013 Harley Sportster @ CSA in Mar 18. I experienced several simple problems with the bike right out of the gate. CSA in return was argumentative and not supportive of their product. I had the clutch redone at the Sanoma Harley dealership. There, they informed me that CSA suspected me of dropping the bike, with little or no concern for my safety. This was an attempt to get out of paying for the clutch, and felt like CSA's truest colors. Had CSA paid for the entire clutch, I would have left a more positive review. If you choose to work with these folks, proceed with great care. If you can get to PHX, you'd likely be better off. They also failed to mail me the title for the bike and lied about the date the title was processed. This speaks to the larger culture at CSA of shady communication. The salesperson I talked to, I think his name was Andy, was rude and condescending. I asked if he would negotiate on a $12,000 bike and he said no. It was used, and i said i would buy it for 12,000 out the door and that the price of the USED bike is the same as a new one. He said, "i was looking at the wrong bike and that they would have to drop the price to $9000". So, you're telling me that there would be $3000 in tax and license? it's USED, no freight or assembly fees. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is one of the worst motorcycle shops to get service done in Tucson! I literally took my 2007 Kawasaki 600 to get an oil change and coolant reservoir replacement and it took them 4-6 weeks to get parts in and finish that job! In the meantime they messed up my starter and my kickstand switch! Their reasoning was "things just happen" Then it took them another 4 weeks to get those parts in and they ordered the wrong part! These guys are a bunch of clowns! Then I pick up my bike and see if everything is running good and when I get on the highway my bike starts sputtering at 80mph which means that from them having my bike sit the carburetor is either clogged or dirty! I then called and spoke to Freddy the lead technician who worked on my bike and he gave me lots of attitude and was extremely rude! Recently brought my zx10r wheels to them to have new tires mounted. This is the first time I ever stepped foot in the store I came here because they had the best mounting price around. Get my tires back throw them on the bike and soon as I get on to ride it feels weird. I ride down the block and the front tire turns weird. So I figured they have it at 36/42 psi for factory spec. My front tire was 55psi and my rear was 60psi. So dangerous and over inflated. This is what I get trying to save a few bucks they will never get my buisness again. read more

She refused four times to tell me what the best price on the motor scooter they were selling was. She said I would have to come into the store to get the best price. Finally she agreed to do it and she texted me a final price that was 27% more than the selling price and told me that was the tax and registration. Yeah, right. This is a very sketchy place. I have purchased dozens of cars and motorcycles over the years and have never dealt with such a shady salesperson. Avoid this place. read more

This business needs to learn how to improve their customer service and deliver. Ordered a new UTV from Textron and put a down payment in Nov, building was in Dec and we had to call the company (Textron) directly to find out where it was in shipment. CSA gave us the run around instead of calling to the company. The vehicle was taken by a dealer in Phoenix, another had to be shipped which Textron stated to us we would have it in a couple of days. That was January, now taking it into CSA for the first break in maintenance, we drove it to the place on Monday for a Tuesday appointment for which we were told only 4 to 5 hours. Call late Tuesday afternoon, it wasn't done. This place needs all there staff to go customer service training, including the owners. I don't think we would recommend this business for anything and won't return for any maintenance in the future. read more

I took my bike in for a minor repair. I was given a fair quote and told my bike would be ready in 3-5 days. After 5 days I called to see if it was ready and was told they didn't have the gasket needed to complete the job, claiming they didn't know the part they ordered didn't include a new gasket. They told me it would be another 3-5 days. I waited another 5'days and called again. They said the part still wasn't in and that sometimes it takes 10 days. 4 days later I called and was told they have e part but it wouldn't be repaired until the next morning by noon. The next day at 1 pm I went to pick it up. They wanted an extra $100 and claim they told me on one of our conversations that they increased the price. This is absolutely not true. Conveniently for them the calls are not recorded. Dishonesty, high prices, and ridiculous wait times will prevent me from ever going back or recommending this place. read more

There techs suck atleast the one that touched my bike idk how many times to just do what the insurance company paid them to do and they couldn't and when they break your brand new $700 plus fairings that they got paid to put on they don't install them right and then crack them and try to have you forget about them or make you feel like that happens no matter what. And at the end they replaced them with $150 fairings break bolts in your frame they don't tell you about and just flat out lie. They do the least amount they have to. POS shop and I'm in the industry for repairing vehicles so I know how this process works... haha can't forget that my brake lever came completely off in a ride because they didn't tighten it down enough.. I previously posted on Google about CSA, there were many outstanding items at this location. The review read as follows: "...Unfortunately, it seems likely that if you show interest in one of the items in order to test ride it you will be required to what can only be compared to entering the borders of North Korea. My partner and myself went to this location to test ride a used Polaris Slingshot. Upon parking we were greeted by a young sales guy, and when we stated our interest we were not taken to see the item. Instead we were taken inside to fill out paperwork after paperwork while they attempted to show us other items and ask about the sincerity of our interest in the Slingshot. In the end, after filling out credit score information and talking dollars and cents my partner indicated that he would like to test ride the item before going forward with money discussions. The loan officer then said to us that they were in the business of selling the motorcycles not a "budget rental." Then further instructed us to take our business elsewhere. If I could give this business a no star, no class rating I would..." I want to make sure that as many people possible understand the business model of this location. I gave myself several months before writing the review in an attempt to calm down, but have only continued to fume over the rude actions and comments of a this retailer. I also didn't mention in my Google review, but the owner was actually at the site and met me and my partner, which leads me to believe that he condones such conduct with his employees. He was actually in the office with the loan officer before the employee came out to sneer and give us his snide comment about being a "budget rental." Shame on all of you. read more

Bought a bike from CSA a few months back with 500 mile on it. I paid premium for it. Found another bike just like the one I bought from CSA for less money w many more accessories. I would have had the inconvenience to travel 4 hours round trip to purchase so I chose not to do this + I wanted to support my local business Love the bike I bought from them, but it seems that my wife does not want to ride these days. Did not know that when I purchased. Went back to trade the bike back in for cash. Was quoted a price that I agreed to take by the owners son, went back a few days later to sell the back. The owner did not agree to the original price quoted, jerked me around, eventually gave a me a new price of $4000 less on a bike that I only put 2K miles on. That was almost 50% of what I paid for the bike. Wow! I fully understand business & the art of making money, but this was pure greed. How Sad! Ill never make the mistake of wanting to support a local business ever again anywhere. Moved to Tucson not long ago. Love it and its culture. We are building a new home here. I am most certain I would have bought another bike from them down the road once my wife and I are fully settled and I found some one to ride with since I have been riding all of my life. These guys are a complete rip off. They have no skilled mechanics.. Took my forks to get new seals. A month later, leaked and had another mechanic review the work. Found out that my copper oring was missing (one leak) and the fork oil seal was over pressed (another leak) with tear marks from the cheap tool they found to use. Owner probably just hiring people who can push his over priced used bikes in and out every morning. "New building- The high interest loan business for motorcycles must be good." Do not come to this guy!! I am not the first to hear this. I've ran into several people with the same issues. You've been warned... Good luck! read more

The next day I went in to buy the motorcycle and they got me in and out of their in just over an hour. A lot faster than another local dealer.
