Terry, my sales advisor, was very helpful maintaining a great conversation~ without being pushy or making those annoying phone calls that so many other dealerships do that end up feeling somewhat over the top. my mom took her bike here. 96 harley soft tail custom. they had her bike for three months when it was only supposed to be a simple fix. they finally release the bike to her she paid 1700 dollars and her bike was ruined. they replaced her custom forks and tires with stock parts. her wheel almost tell off when she was riding because they were lying about a spacer and they tried to gaslight her saying they didnt change anything on the bike do not come here unless you wanna spend over 1000 and get your bike back with even more problems than before. we're pretty sure they crashed it when test driving and had to basically rebuild it and that's why it took them so long. 0 star rating will literally never come back here or recommend it to anyone read more

Dropped in to pick up a part needed. I had earlier called in to see if they had the part and Justin in parts was very helpful. He went and grabbed the item and ensured it was the correct part and color wanted before I drove there to pick it up. Justin was helpful from the phone call to actually getting the item when we got there. When we first walked in I immediate noticed how clean the store was and how fancy it looked. I've been to a lot of Harley Dealerships and even sold them for awhile; this one was clean, very well put together and an pen floor plan. The staff from the Parts section to the cashier (Andrea "Andy") was helpful in all or questions. Andy was very nice and joked around with me and my friend while checking out. The store itself is relatively small compared to other dealerships. There are two dealerships in Tucson, so the smaller setting may be better for a first time buyer. I have had my own motorcycle serviced at this store about a year and a half ago, and I remember them being friendly and willing to share knowledge about my motorcycle. read more

Terry spoke directly to me about what my thought, interests and experience riding is. What do I want to do on my bike and all of the questions that would best allow him to help me get the perfect bike for me! I'm like a kid in a candy store on his way to Disneyland when I shop at Harley Davidson! I was only here to window shop and ended spending over $30,000 by the time I walked out (in my mind!) I didn't really buy anything but priced out a new motorcycle, prepaid service, extended warranty, boots, jackets, helmets, and on and on and, well you get the idea! Oh and I can't forget a great set of pipes. This store is clean, pristine and well laid out, shiny chrome displayed in all the right places! The store is a lot smaller than the main store that's out on I 10, but I really enjoy this smaller atmosphere. The staff have more time to interact with you and answer questions and its easier to get around the store without as many customers in the aisles. I met with a longtime friend Danny, the parts manager, while I was there. I've known him since 2003, great man with a lot of insight on the latest motorcycles, trends, and parts. I spoke to several salesman while I was there but there were no high pressured tactics to try and get me to buy something before I walked out the door, I'm a prior Harley Davidson owner so they know I'm most likely pretty serious. I went into the dealership to look at a Trike and they had one available but it wasn't on the showroom floor. I was told it was a good bike but they had to fix something on it and it would be delivered to my house the following Wednesday. Well Tuesday came around and I hadn't heard from the dealership and I called them and they said during the final inspection they found something that was leaking. They told me it was leaking from an elbow (whatever that means) and it wouldn't be ready until Friday to have it delivered. I called and they said they were still waiting on parts. They don't know when it will be ready. But the sale was made so they don't care how long it takes to fix it now. They keep giving me the runaround. I am so disappointed in Harley Davidson. They will lie about whatever they have to just to get the sale. I see that now. I am not happy with HD whatsoever. I got duped big time. Now I'm stuck with a motorcycle that I can't ride at the moment. What makes me angrier than anything is getting the runaround and the fact that I am a woman. I feel that I was taken advantage of. They had no problem lying about it just to get a sale. Who knows when or if they will get it fixed in a timely manner or not. NOT so far. I'm disgusted with these people. They are crooks as far as I'm concerned. Once the sale is made you don't matter anymore. Poor customer service and following through with getting the bike to me. Horrible. Horrible. Of course they wouldn't have another one to offer in its place to make it right. Probably won't happen when I aske they totally ignored that question. No response. Beware going there. Well, I walked in and was greeted that shows me that people love what they do. I found the bike I was interested in and Terry took me on the best test ride I've ever been on. Too bad he didn't have a camera to capture my smile. I committed before I thought I could purchase a motorcycle but they knew I was serious and treated me with great service and information. The entire staff was amazing. I have been shopping for a used Harley for sometime now and couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I am from Indiana and was out visiting friends and family. My kiddo lived right next door to the dealership or day she was at work so I walked over to see their used inventory. I walked in and like all things new and shiny the new bikes caught my eye. Chris was with a client while I was there so Ben from parts walked me around showed the bikes. Since being never owned a Harley he explained in detail all the bikes. He really helped me find the right thing. Chris freed up and then took over for Ben. He explained in even more detail what Ben had said. Chris turned me over to Reg who handled the rest of it like a champ. I never planned on doing anything while I was out there so I had to unfreeze credit get money together and they were just awesome. The dealership was closing and I didn't want to hold them up. I thanked them for their time and just asked them to call me Saturday. By 1030 I had a call with the congratulations. They did everything! I even bought the service warranty because they have a sister dealership in Ohio for me to take it too. There is a tire warranty everything. I can't thank them enough for the education, kindness and a service mentality. I can tell you it was worth the 2200 mile trip and having it shipped back. I checked the 4 major dealerships in Indy and none of them had the beauty I bought. A 2021 Road Glide with the Snake Venom Green Paint and it has everything. Thank you guys. I started off looking for a used bike and the patience and kindness demonstrated while I was there prompted me to buy a new bike from you. After speaking with Terry and explaining what I was looking for he got my girlfriend and I taken care of on a Harley that is perfect for us and our needs. Terry was easy going, not high pressure at all and very informative. Once Terry got us with GT Hurley the financing was just as smooth, easy, and again not high pressure at all. I will say that the sales staff was great! When it came to financing, there were a lack of communication and lack of explanation of what I was buying. Always look at what you are buying! After everything was said and done. Trusting that the finance manager did me right. I looked at my receipt when got home. I bought a 3year $4000 service plans that i didn't need! I complained about it and got it reduced to $2600 over 3yrs. I also bought a 2yr extended warranty for $2000. That was $6000 additional on top of the bike that I did not need. I Over paid for the bike, although I do love the bike. I don't think I would buy at this place again! read more

Stood around in the service dept for 30 minutes before someone finally showed up. I was stranded with a flat tire. Service manager said they wouldnt mount a tire unless I bought it there. I would have but they didnt carry my dual sport tire. This shop is not busy... they turned away business. Wont get my business in the future. read more

If I could give the service department a negative rating I would. I highly suggest you go any where else for any type of service on your bike. We have purchased two bikes from here and the sales team was great, but every time we go in for maintenance is a bad experience. Today was by far the worst. The individual working the service counter at 10:30 was rude and extremely unprofessional. We needed replacement gaskets and a bolt that was lost. We got the gaskets but since they didn't have the bolt on hand and we didn't want to wait for it to be ordered and not know when it would come in we asked if they could give us the thread and pitch count and he slammed his fist on the desk and got extremely angry. Safe to say I will drive to phoenix or any other dealer before I go back here. There should be a level of decency that this individual did not provide. read more

Paid quite a bit of money for next day shipping and received my item 6 days later! If next day shipping was unavailable it should not have been an option. I have sent numerous emails to customer service asking for my shipping to be refunded and have have no response back! I was on day 2 on a 5,000-mile 14-day ride from No. CA to see sights in CA, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas & Utah. When departing the hotel that morning I felt a front end vibration, especially during left turns. We stopped visually checked the forks & tire. We saw nothing so proceeded but again on a slow left turn I felt a big vibration almost wobble in the front end. The tire was fully inflated so suspected something serious in the front fork bearings. Too dangerous to ride I had the bike towed to Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson in Tuscon, AZ. Although they had a full-service bay and scheduled appointments, Brad Massengale in their service department took my bike in, re-arranged schedules and appointments to have my bike looked at by their front end specialist. He checked the alignment, tire pressure, and all visible components which would cause the wobble and vibration but could not find anything. He test rode the bike in their parking lot and it functioned well. He then took out the bike on a long road test and could not find anything wrong. No one could definitively say why or what may have caused the early morning wobble or vibration but it was no longer there. After approximately 1.5 hours of diagnosis and test riding, they returned the bike to me. I asked what I owed them and Brad responded "nothing, we didn't find anything so we didn't fix anything, enjoy your trip, the bike is good to go". Wow, I was floored. This dealership runs its business with true customer service and integrity and I can't praise Brad and their service department enough. We completed the road trip 12 days later with 4,558 miles under our belts & some great memories. Thank you Old Pueblo Harley Davidson. read more
