Install curmudgeon, stodgy bags on the back of a fast red BMW bike ... "officer I'm just one of those old adventure rider" guys

***** I really like this business - for so many reasons. Service is terrific Having the owner of any business on-site makes a difference (John) Taylor in parts + apparel is terrific...knowledgeable and helpful Jim in sales is pragmatic, honest and direct. Solid shop - local feel - nice folks :) Quality Business ~

I have now purchased five motorcycles from the Iron Horse Team, four from Ken. They have always been very helpful, during and after the sale. I buy all my BMW motorcycles from them, even after the Military moves me all over the US. I have purchased both in house while on leave and visiting and from out of state. This team knows how it is done and makes the experience smooth. Their Service and department departments stand out as well. Meticulous workmanship and attention to detail. Thank you all for service and care you put into everything you do. See you all soon!

Love the bikes. I quite going in for service after they hired a new service manager from Canada. I don't need to pay for condescension.

I was extremely pleased with all the folks I worked with, but Jim and Dylan were exceptionally kind.

Their service rep also got KTM to warranty something on a bike 6 years out of warranty, how he did that is magic. Have had multiple friends purchase directly from them without issues. I just wish they could dealer trade and get me a special Yamaha because no way anyone should be walking into or near a ride now.

I was able to supply all the parts needed except for the carburetor parts. Luckily they were able to get those still. Bike purrs like a kitten now. Daniel did great work! Fabian and the rest of the Service crew were amazing. The bike was there for more than a minute. I appreciate everyone involved for their customer service and work ethic. This place has a huge selection of bikes. Kawasaki, KTM, Gas Gas, Triumph, and more. Plenty of clothing, gear and accessories for you and your UTV/motorcycle needs. Definitely check out this place if you are looking for a new bike, UTV or service. Well worth the 1+ hour ride for us. Now I have to decide if I still want to sell this bike or keep it. I am the second owner and it has just over 3,000 on the odometer. Yes 3,000.

WAAAAAY OVERPRICED!!!…read more I called for an out-the-door quote on a KLX300 listed for $5,106. After the $250 military rebate, the bike should've been $4,856. The quote I got? $7,800. That's $2,994 in taxes, title, registration, and dealership fees--meaning only 45.6% of what I'm paying is actually for the bike. To put it in perspective, using the same math, a $20,000 motorcycle from this dealership would end up costing $30,880. Taxes alone are only $303--so where's the rest coming from? The only reason this isn't zero stars is that Sebastian, the guy who answered the phone, was polite and helpful. Ridiculous!!!

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with RideNow. I waited 37 years to buy a motorcycle and my first bike I bought a few months ago was stolen. I've been searching everywhere for a bike that reminded me of how I set up my first bike. I was about to fly across the country and ride home to Tempe to get something like this. But then I found a new listing for a pre-owned ZX6R in Tucson that had a lot of the same mods I had just spent all my money on in 2024. The bike had some issues that required RideNow to put a ton of effort into getting it ready to sell me. They spent the entire day yesterday working on this thing. I am so grateful for the time and effort the technician(s) spent to get this bike ready. I was impressed in the short time I got to speak to the technician. He knew I planned to ride it across the desert once it was ready and made it clear he was going to do everything he could to make sure I'd make it home. Once it was ready to go, knowing I had a long ride ahead, Ben double checked that I actually knew how to ride a motorcycle before letting me leave. I thought it was hilarious and I also really appreciated it. I felt every staff member I interacted with genuinely cared about me as a customer and rider. As soon as I got on the bike, I stalled it lol.. but I want the RideNow team to know I did make it back home safely with no other issues :) Please thank the mechanic for me who worked so hard to make sure this thing would get me home. The ride home was a blast. I really appreciate all of you

I didn't know it was the iABS, but from all my research since that time they should have recognized it based on the symptoms. I would have respected that and understood. Flash forward, having tinkered with the bike on and off, I finally sought the help of Bee Mer Werx because they are the only real alternative to the dealer and they work on BMW motorcycles under model year 2005. Paul responded quickly to my emails. Drop off was easy at his clean shop. He immediately told me he suspected it was the iABS. After inspection, he stated it was the iABS and gave me options on the repair. He also listened to my own information and research on the issue. We did a work around until we can get a better repair option. The diagnostic and repair was reasonable in cost. The professionalism and openness was great. Takes cash, check or , for 2% more, credit card. We have a plan for completing the repairs which I will be returning to Bee Mer Werx to complete. Thanks Paul!

I ride a Ducati and have owned 3 other bikes in the past (another Ducati, a vintage Honda cafe bike, and two Jap sport bikes). I was considering buying another vintage bike and wanted to ask Paul questions about vintage BMW bikes. All of my questions were answered and Paul was more than willing to provide info and recommendations for me. About the shop: its clean, well kept and organized. The bikes were in different phases of maintenance or rebuild, but it was very easy for me to tell what work was being done since Paul is methodical and organized. Some shop owners have a hard time saying "No" to new customers or taking on new work, which usually means existing customers or work already in progress gets delayed, or details are overlooked. It was obvious to me Paul was very good about keeping his schedule in order so all of his customers were able to expect their bikes to be completed on time. I decided not to purchase another bike, I've got a Ducati Monster and dont feel like spending more time and money on another bike. But Paul has been a good resource for me since I visited his shop since I continued to look at potentially buying a bike in the Seattle area where I live. If you are ever in the Tucson area and on a road trip on your BMW road bike or adventure/dual sport, make time to stop by and see Paul.
