A few years ago this location had a bad fire and was closed for a year or two. Everyone in Arlington could not wait until they re-opened. That was a happy day for everyone. They have great breakfast biscuits! I came today because I received a flash in my iPhone about spend $1.00 and get the new prime rib($8.99 value)for free! I bought a caramel iced coffee. The prime rib sandwich was very good. It had prime rib, a burger patty, sautéd onions and cheese. Wow!! Service alone is enough to not go to this location. I've actually never been to Hardee's, just work a 13 hr shift & needed something quick on the road home. Welp! Wrong decision from start to end. I placed an online order so there wouldn't be any issues & I could get home quick. I've worked with patients for a good 14 yrs so customer service is a big thing & should always be. From the second I got to the speaker where I heard a very low mumble so I honestly didn't think it was for me. She (short hair, & eye brow piercing) was very rude into the mic yelling hello like I'm an idiot. I said heloooooo back, said my name for the online order & went to the window to pick up my food. The lady pretty close tossed my food bag to me & me I didn't leave because I was waiting on my drink. she stared at me rudely asking why I was still there. I then rudely answered back I had a drink as well if she would look at the order. By then I was extremely frustrated. After her arguing back & forth & refusing to look at my phone for the order confirmation, I didn't want her thinking I was trying to get a free drink. I told her "I hope you have a better night you clearly need it" & drive away. Let's just say that would for sure be my first & LAST visit. If I could give them a big ZERO I absolutely would. The drive thru experiencing isn't the bad part it was the food all by its self! Our order: °loaded Double omelette biscuit which was old and crusty. °loaded Omelette biscuit which was so old and reheated that I didn't even take a bite of it! I just immediately started to dissect it °Sausage, bacon, egg and cheese burrito which was a step up from the crusty biscuit.... until about the third bite where I immediately started *BRIEF TMI MOMENT APPROACHING* to throw up due to the plastic taste that had filled my mouth!!! *screams into the pillow* °Sausage and cheese biscuit which didn't get eaten °Hash browns that were room temperature at best And our bag was filled with ketchup, a whole load of miscellaneous sauces and MAYONNAISE! I went with my father (who is a senior person) and we swung into the drive through to grab a biscuit. When he tried to give order the person taking it cut him off mid order and it upset him. He asked them to let him finish politely however every time he began the man on other side did not seem to have a grasp of how to take an order! They asked us to pull around to windows and we did. Once at window they claimed headset stopped working but did not apologize. My father then tried to give order and they were ugly AGAIN! He finally got his food and it was wrong. They did not give receipt. The man stomped off and told my father there was no reason to be ugly! Then general manager came to the window and she was worthless. She basically just rushed us off. I do not understand how a place even stays open with people like this...I also believe that if they keep treating elderly customers like this that one will surely have a heart attack! LOL But let me tell you Their Biscuits make for the best breakfast in town for the reasonable cost, their Burgers are again Wonderful without the Pocket Buster of 5 Guys...Seriously why get Mugged by 5 guys and not be afraid of Peanut Allergies, when you can come to this great place and get better burger. Good fast food chain. I like their breakfast special deals they run every now and then. For example, sausage, egg & cheese biscuit for 2 for $2 or 2 for $3. The burgers may pack in the calories department. But they are different then most burger joints and that is what I like. I have to drive to this seeing as they closed the Hardee's near my house. They are quick with drive-thru orders. They keep the inside clean and the customer service is always a positive. read more

They rushed us to order(kept asking if we were done, definitely not upselling us lol), we sat in line for 30 minutes, they had us pull forward and gave us our milk shake, then we sat for 10 more minutes because they forgot to make our food. I am giving a one star because I really don't like raw chicken. I ordered a chicken waffle with maple syrup and a small coke, I was in the drive through lane. It was 11:30 a.m. I waited in in line for over 10 minutes after making my order. They took my money and asked me to pull forward and a waitress will bring out my order. I waited a additional 14 minutes and she finally brought out my order. I pulled into the shopping center parking area to eat my lunch. I looked for the maple syrup there was probably teaspoons worth of syrup. I took a bite and ended up with a mouth full of raw pink chicken. Needless to say I took it back, and got my money back. This morning my sister and I decided to go here for breakfast. While at the drive thru I asked if they had flavored creamer and the associate replied they had flavored coffee instead. I could tell she was smiling and it was a sincere response. My sister and I both were surprised at the amount of delightful customer service we were given so early in the morning. I don't normally do Hardee's. Some years back they had a burger that I enjoyed. It was a double patty, melt style on grilled bread. It was pretty good. Today there wasn't much to choose from. The menu is kinda confusing and not very diverse. I opted for two classic original cheese burgers, and specifically asked two different people behind the counter to make sure that it doesn't come with mayo, I just want ketchup and pickles only. Yeah, you knew where this was going didn't yah :/ I received two burgers slathered in a ton of mayo . Who woulda thunk it? So, needless to say, I had to reorder mine and wait. My son offered to eat the other burgers as he likes mayo. There was even too much for him to enjoy, he ate one and pitched the other. 4 bucks down the drain... So with all that, I did eventually get the burgers I ordered. They tasted very soy-like. Not good, kinda like a cheap frozen no name brand you could buy at any supermarket. They really weren't even as good as McCarcass. The service was so casual and unprofessional I can't get into it now. Everything screamed half ass ghetto. 3/4/18 @ Approx. 0930: Hardee's in Ft. Caroline Area on Merrill Rd. I live in the area and have historically frequented this restaurant because the food is generally a higher quality than its neighbors. Typically the experiences I have had there have been good also. Today however was different. I came from working all night and picked up breakfast before heading home. I ordered and pulled up to the window and the young lady swiped my card. She then tells me that the card didn't swipe so now she asked me to pull up and she would bring me my card. (That is odd in the age of card fraud but I said "whatever" and complied) then she yelled at me that I needed to move up further because traffic was backing up. I moved up a few more feet. Then she repeated the same and A bit more irritated, I replied "how far do I need to move up?" At that point someone else that was taking orders over a headset handed me my card. I then checked my food and she yelled again to move up. At which point I killed my engine and went inside. Just what I suspected was the case, either management has instructed them to do so, or she was just careless as she tried to meet demand at the window, I don't know, nor do I care, but she left out my ketchup. I notified a manager when I went inside of the following: 1. Don't talk to me that way! It's not my fault you either forgot or chose not to prep my order correctly. That is why I check my food before I leave any drive thru, because I have found all the chains do it. Sometimes napkins, ketchup whatever. 2. The manager then attempted to re-explain what the girl at the window did, that traffic was backing up and that's what the young lady was trying to tell me. I don't CARE! THAT IS PISS POOR customer service! If you really need me to move then take a minute and think. Apply your filter and tell me to please pull to a parking space! I'm, a nurse and take instructions all the time. Tell me to pull up to a space until I could get myself situated. Secondly, and again I think this is a management directive, if I have to hold up traffic just to make sure you aren't charging me and conveniently leaving out my ketchup who are you hurting? Me or you? Is it worth the traffic backup to save $1 on ketchup packets? If this is a directive from management then that's on YOU Hardees! Have some standards! If it was your careless server, then you need to put your public facing staff through some education or re-education on customer service. After all is said and done, don't talk to me anyway you feel like. I don't get to when people don't do what I want them to do. I have to keep my head and not lose my filter. I tolerate no less from you. Lastly I'm sure it was legitimately a card swipe error forcing the card to have to be re-run but I feel justified in expecting the payment error to be handled first rather than telling me to move over to address somebody else. I don't have to spend my money here I promise you. I've now taken 10 minutes after an all nighter to report what amounts to willful poor customer service. In other words, nonsense!
