I sat in line for 20 mins after I ordered waiting for my food. They finally came over to ask what I ordered. Apparently they gave my food to wrong person so I had to reorder all over again and had to wait another 10 minutes. Never again with this location! No one apologized. They just finally handed me my order. I go to Chick-Fil-A for the service but the Regency location has none! read more

I love that we can now order through mobile apps. I feel like it helps (or should) cut down on human error when someone takes down your order wrong. So that's what I did this morning but it didn't help...After the longest wait ever they still got my order wrong and my food was lukewarm at best. I'm always confused when I wait forever in a drive-thru just to be handed food that's not hot. What was I waiting for?? Additionally, I ordered an Ice coffee with no milk or creamer and they clearly loaded it up with either, and I asked for honey and they gave me honey barbecue sauce. I must say that I used to frequently experience problems at this location but they've turned it around. I've visited on numerous occasions this year and the end of last year. The food has been consistently hot, fresh and delicious. The service has never been an issue for me. I mean it's Chick-fil-A. Service is always on point. I have not been inside this location in more than a decade, so I can't speak for that; however, before Covid-19 hit, I can say I utilized the drive-thru at this location 5-6 times per month (possibly more). Fast and friendly service, just as you'd expect. Always a smile and a "my pleasure." I get the same thing - just a chicken sandwich. The end. We go to the movie theatre at Regency several times a week and yes, sometimes I grab a chicken sandwich and throw it in my purse to take into the theatre. Sue me. LOL I don't know if you've ever noticed, but the chicken at all Chick Fil A's is not created equal. For instance, the location at River City Marketplace on the Northside of Jax always has small chicken breasts on their sandwich. The same is true for the location in Winter Park, FL. It's really weird, and yes, I've talked to the managers about this. They say they know, but can't do anything about it. It's like the chicken gets caught in some kind of weird "Bermuda Triangle" before arriving at its destination. Anyway... point... this location does not have the Bermuda Triangle issue with their chicken. Nice, plump, lovely breasts on their sandwiches. So, when the world opens up again and it's safe for me to go to the movie theatre again, I'll be frequenting this Chick Fil A again on a regular basis. read more

I've probably visited every Chick-fil-a in Jacksonville... . Well maybe I'm just a little obsessed with them since there isn't a local Boxcar Betty's. This particular Chick-fil-a is one of my "go-to" locations as they are within the same shopping plaza as one of my favorite retailers, Plato's, for amazing bargain hauls. Based on my countless visits to each location, the customer service is all the same - amazing! On this day, the drive through window crew member was one handsome guy so I must say he scored an extra star for just being handsome... then he cracked a smile while he thanked me for visiting and wished me a great day.... THAT WAS ANOTHER STAR. Overall... on this day alone... my rating for this location was a 7 star rating. #IJS Plus, my order was correct including my iced coffee's creamer:coffee ratio. But, I do have one minor suggestion, there should be an option to choice Cold Brew coffee over regular iced coffee. Cold Brew has a much stronger impact for me. read more

Haven't been to this Chick Fila in a few months. This morning I had to leave my house for a while because my roof is being replaced and it sounds like giants stomping overhead! I was surprised to find the dining room open! This particular location had just been remodeled not long before Covid hit a couple of years ago. Not sure anyone has been able to enjoy the new interior until now. I chose to order on the app (super easy and you get reward points) and pick up in the drive through. I was amazed how short the 2 lines were, compared to several months ago. That's the difference with having dine in available, I guess. The employee who confirmed my order was friendly and helpful. I think I actually got my food within 5 minutes of pulling in - around 9 AM - wow! I decided on a hearty chicken biscuit and some hash rounds. A good choice because this was the freshest, hottest, Chick Fila that I've ever experienced! The biscuit itself was slightly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The fried chicken filet was perfect-not tough, no grisly bits. The hash rounds were steaming hot, crunchy in the right places and melt in your mouth all at the same time! I don't eat a lot of fast food but maybe I've had more in the last 2 years due to limited options with the pandemic. My pick up window experiences recently have almost always been disappointing. Long waits and cold food. Today my trip to the Regency Chick Fil-a was the best one ever! Normally when I go to chic fila they have 5-7 worker bees helping the drive through move quickly... not this location. It took a solid 20 minutes to move through the drive through. The chicken minis were insanely delicious, but I paid for an extra order of hash browns for my son and didn't receive them. I was 5 min down the road when I checked at a red light. Smh I shouldn't have to double check my order. I didn't feel like turning around to fix it. I shouldn't have to. Do better chic fila. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE STAFF WITH NO COMPASSION. Injured customer = a joke?! Love Chick-fil-A, it's a great business and has fantastic food and NORMALLY great service. You will NOT find that here. Staff is rude and have no sense of professionalism. My wife fell in the parking lot, went inside to get a bandage and the kids they hired made it into a joke encouraging a coworker mockingly to "hurry, it's an emergency, Hurry his wife got hurt! You're a hero" all at my wife's expense. This is appalling that this establishment dropped the ball to let this kind of behavior and work ethic go unchecked. I expect better from a company that takes pride in top notch customer service. When this was brought to the management's attention, there was no sincerity behind a forced apology. I don't expect them to roll out the red carpet because my wife fell and cut her leg, but I for sure wouldn't expect young adults in their late teens/early twenties to make jest in front of paying customers that someone got hurt. Truth be told I don't even like Chick-fil-a, but I frequent it because my girls do. Most items are empty calories and it's not a great value compared to other places. My favorite thing about this franchise is probably their condiments. I like to place my orders via their mobile app, but I feel like their system needs improvements base on my experiences. I've never has so much issues at other places that offer mobile ordering. I had an issue previously at this location when I submitted two separate orders, one was delayed. Today I placed my order at 8:18 pm. I didn't go right away due to the delay in the past. I arrived at 8:32 pm. I waited, and waited, and waited at the mobile order pick-up location. No one acknowledged me so I asked someone about my orders. The young man looked and said they don't have any orders under my name. Another girl came over and asked me about my orders and stated she was looking into why it wasn't received so I sat down and waited some more. I finally asked again for an update on my order and was told I needed to go to the register and order. Ummm, Say what?!!! That's what aggregated me the most. Why would they tell someone they're looking an issue when clearly they were not. They eventually figured out that the order was received 30 mins ago, was made, and then toss bc no one claimed it. It was literally 12 mins and I never received conformation that the orders were ready for pick up. I received an extra cookie for my time but my 8 pc nuggets order was more like 7 pcs and a very small, extra crispy piece. They were polite and all it shouldn't have taken them 30 mins to get me my orders. This location is right by my daughters dance school, but I'm gonna try to avoid it at all possible due to my experiences and they're always super busy. read more

There were about a dozen workers standing around, with bags of food just sitting outside at a pick up window. The workers kept opening the bags and looking in as if they were confused. I even ended up getting blocked in this wonderful system since I got my food before the cars in front and back of me. Absolute genius system you have at this location. Keep it up! Today was the worst visit I've ever had at a CFA. It's understandable that it was extremely busy at 9:30 (30 minutes before closing) I made a mobile order for drive thru as I usually do in route to any location I go to. I arrived and the line is wrapped around the building (Normal) but it never moved and when it did it was very slow. I opted to go inside as the lobby is pretty empty. No lie I stood under the mobile pay sign without ever being greeted or acknowledged for almost 10 minutes. Other customers who had already ordered had to wave down someone for basic things like a cup of water, Polynesian sauce and one lady was "still waiting on her order". Instead of pitching in the cashier loudly complained how they need to get it together while she stocked sauces (I'm still waiting and obviously looking crazy at this point! Am I invisible?!) Finally I asked for a manager who was making drinks for drive thru (she was previously on the lobby register and didn't acknowledge any of us waiting under the mobile pay for the above request either ) She seemed exhausting and call for them to fill my order while she made my drink. It literally took less than a minute.... so imagine how quick I could have been gone. As I got some condiments I hear the original cashier saying she didn't know I had not been helped... I replied "probably because you didn't ask or speak." I promise I hate leaving bad reviews but this location needs some help. I felt like I was at McDonalds on 8th St or something. It's not the first lackluster visit here but I'm not coming back to find out again. Do better! read more

We stopped here thinking we would have a quick meal while traveling. This chick-fil-a was probably one of slowest I have been in. The line was outrageous and delivery time for our food was almost 15 minutes! Service was less than impressive. The cashier was almost on the rude side. There are no "my pleasures" that our of our servers mouth. She really didn't seem to fit into the amazing cashiers and crew members that I find at most Chick-Fil-A restaurants. Specific to this location, I'm always impressed with the swiftness of the drive-thru. On my most recent visit (a Friday night heading to a Halloween party), there were probably ten cars deep. I sighed, "aw man, we should just go straight to the party." Within five minutes, I placed our order. Then I paid for our meal and received our food within another three minutes. Say what?? Chick-fil-A, your hiring and training process is on point! Over the last decade and change, I've eaten way too much Chick-fil-A. I'm not sure what to say after my experience at this Chick-fil-a, I almost don't want to another Chick-fil-a ever again (and I love me some Gods chicken). There was nothing seamless about my experience. The wait in line was approximately 20 minutes, the lane I chose was apparently the wrong one. I watched cars that pulled up 10 minutes after I did place their order before me. Once I got up to where you're suppose to order there was no one there. The other lane had a young man working his butt off while two (not 1) but two managers watched for at least 5 minutes. I've pulled up to where you normally pick up your receipt (I still haven't ordered). The 2 managers are not even 10 feet away from my open window. I over hear that the young lady that was suppose to be in that lane had gone "missing". So as I'm placing my order with the young lady that normally gives me my receipt the "missing" associate shows up. I hear the manager ask "you don't do bathrooms, do you? The young girls replies in a manner like she would quit if she had to clean restrooms. I then watch this manager pull the young man that hustling off his line to go clean restrooms and replaced him on the line with the young lady who was "missing". Honestly I was appalled and didn't want to write this review. I've been in management and customer service for 20+ years and was in awe at what I just witnessed/experienced. I'd be happy to elaborate on this with the owner/upper management to ensure their associate are given a fair shot unlike what I described above. read more
