I ordered my favorite Zenzational Zalad at the drive thru. It was quick, but the miso was all over everything. The egg roll was soggy with it. The staff were very polite and friendly. Ambiance was fast food. Gained a star since my last visit! Hopefully it will continue to improve:) read more

Haven't even gotten my food and already displeased... "Anything else?" "Anything else?" "Anything else?" "Anything else?" So annoying while you're trying to order food for two people... every menu item got an "Anything else?" Even though I was trying to list it all semi fast. *Update* after receiving the order I take a sip out of my drink and it's peach tea....100% not expected compared to the Diet Coke I ordered. I look at the receipt and see "Peach Ice Tea Diet Coke" all in one line...what is that? When I walked inside I tried thanking the girl at the counter for making it right and getting me a new drink...she ignored me. Quantity is definitely more important than quality at this location. I've been ordering from here two-three times a week on Uber eats for both myself and coworkers, I'd rather drive the extra couple miles to go to the town center location... read more

I love Zaxby's chicken. I only use the drive through option now but the chicken tenders are always fresh. I get the Zack Snack which is chicken tenders, seasoned crinkle fries and a drink. I always ask for additional seasoning on the side to add more to my fries. For my lil friends I get the tender meal which is a smaller version of the Zak Snack. I also love the Zalad with fried chicken or baked chicken. This is a salad with cut up chicken tenders on top. The drive through is relatively fast and always busy during lunch. read more

I've seen so many commercials for these chicken sandwiches I just had to try one. We went last night for pickup at the drive thru. This Zaxby's drive thru is always crowded, but not so much tonight . When we left it was 3 times longer. Our service was fast and friendly. I got the Signature Club chicken sandwich with fries. My wife got the House Zalad. We enjoyed our food! My chicken sandwich was very good. Power of advertising triumphs. I will return and try another Signature sandwich. I had only eaten chicken strips at Zaxbys before last night. read more

I love Zaxby's! This location has been very reliable for me as I always have experienced fast and friendly service with good quality food and good portions each time that I have visited. Their drive thru always appears busy so they must be doing something right. My favorite menu item is their traditional Wings and Things platter. Although, they have a various selection of menu items. I love their wings and chicken tenders and their sandwiches are great too! I love that they have a wide variety of sauce flavors for their wings and my favorite is the sweet and spicy. My favorite condiment is the Zaxby's sauce perfectly pairs with their chicken tenders and is a definite must if you are a sauce person like me! Overall, this spot is a great selection if you are looking for a quick and affordable meal! read more

Joy of the word one of the servers was really sweet and gave a great service great place

I drove through the drive-thru at 10:45 on a Thursday morning and was served luke-warm food. They opened at 10:30 am, there is no excuse for me not getting hot food. This food was obviously pre-cooked and set under a heat lamp. The chicken was pretty tough, so it might have been there for a while. (I frequent the Zaxby's near NAS Jax and have no problems being almost instantly served piping hot food through the drive-thru.) As I drove off, I noticed a new Zaxby's being constructed on the same block. Will a new building solve the problems of this store? (Note, I have sent a note to their corporate office about this.) read more

Took 45 min to get food. Highly dissatisfied. Trying to get kids home after a basketball game and thought we were getting something fast to eat. The workers were kind but absolutely no sense of urgency. They had at least 6 people working. Didn't seem understaffed. My car was the only one that had to pull up and wait for 15 extra min after waiting in the line for 30. Other cars were just driving off. Will never stop here again because this isn't the only time I've experienced this kinda thing at this location. If you want something quick don't go through this drive thru. read more

I just don't get what people find so wonderful about Zaxby's. I kept coming here thinking it would be better or different. Maybe I thought I was going to have an "AhHa Moment" and discover what all the hoopla was about. Yea, I never did. We ate here (again) a month or so again, and that will definitely be our last. Hubby is like a chicken strip expert and he really just doesn't care for them. I've always gotten the chicken sandwiches and they are so small and so overpriced. Totally not worth the month! The last time we were here they not only totally screwed our order up. but they overcharged us. Naturally, we didn't realize it until we were back home on the Northside with the food. And it's not just this particular Zaxby's I have a problem with. It's all of them. So long, Zaxby's.... there are better food joints for me to spend my money! read more

Very kind people. Food is good but it takes a very long time to get my order. They are very busy a lot of the time but that just means business is good so I can't blame them! Bathrooms are clean. Yellow Lighting is a bit dark in the bathroom but overall a good place to eat. read more

The grilled chicken sandwich and their House Salad using grilled chicken have been a favorite for some time. My last visit was yesterday where I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal at the drive up as I do frequently. Upon planning to enjoy the sandwich again a short distance from the store it became clear that it was not the same scrumptious chicken enjoyed in prior visits. It was drier and had a rubbery gristle texture. I returned it immediately to learn that Zaxby's had since changed vendor's for their chicken explaining the difference and provided a large order of fries as a replacement at my request. Profit trumps quality once again. Goodbye Zaxby's and Hello Chick Filet! read more

Drive through food at this location has been good in the past, but not so much on today's visit. I bought a Caribbean sandwich meal for myself & a 5 finger chicken plate for my husband. I should've known when I received my order minutes after placing it that the food wouldn't be hot. My French fries & chicken patty were barely above room temperature- I had to reheat them in the toaster oven at home. My sandwich bun looks as if it had been smashed. My husband said his meal tasted ok as he quickly ate it prior to going to work. Lesson learned on this trip to Zaxbys: check your order before you leave for temperature and presentation. I'll give them another chance since my husband really likes the franchise, but this visit was a real disappo for me. read more

Zaxby's, if I'm going to pay you 9.00 for some lettuce and two chopped up chicken fingers and have you call it a Salad, at least have the courtesy to shake the chicken in sauce completely. This is really from the prospective of having worked there for a very brief time as a prep cook. I have many years experience in the area of prep cook and have sat through many films concerning food safety. And they managed to break a good number of important procedures when they do prep cook. You don't scroll though your phone with the food gloves on then go back to working with the food. You don't put your hand in the garbage to smash down the contents, once again with your gloves on,then go back and continue cutting the veggies. Don't have any sanitation water to clean up the table after each chore. Standing water in the reach in where you keep the prepared veggies. I have had people ask me about the state of the kitchen I had happened to working it on occasion, and if asked about Zaxby's I would have told them to avoid it. Scary. read more

Came to this location and a family member (male) told me an employee left without washing their hands. After bringing it up to the manager, he dismissed the whole situation. He said there's a sink in the large stall and he could've washed his hands in there. My family member said that wasn't the case and he didn't wash them before leaving the restroom. The manager responded by saying he would do a bathroom check to make sure the restrooms were clean. My question is wtf is a bathroom check going to do when your employee who was a male most likely touched his genitals to take a piss! We responded with ok we will inform ppl on social media since you don't want to handle the situation properly. He said ok and shrugged his shoulders. If the manager dismisses a situation like this I'm sure he dismisses worse. read more

I normally don't like to write a review but when you have a bad experience especially when you are a regular customer and you are purchasing $66.77 of food for a gathering of friends at your house and you try to reach out to someone in management who is supposed to be experienced in running a business and being proactive and professional when it comes to interacting with your customers & being a role model with your actions especially around your employees so you can lead them to success & together provide an excellent customer service to anyone who visits your restaurant. Instead you get treated with disrespect by a manager who is not being professional and inexperienced according to his actions as he is telling his employees who knew what happened when I went to the restaurant to pick up our order on their ZAXBY'S app as he is approaching the phone to talk to my wife who made the order he was letting them know that they ain't going to get no free food... Really? NOT COOL & NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! We just purchased $66.77 of food we don't want "ANYTHING FOR FREE" but when you make an order at 6:30 pm and we have proof that your app said our food was going to be ready for pick up at 7:30 pm and when I arrived for pick up at 7:30 pm no one knew about our order even though I showed a screenshot of my receipt with my order # and I explained to several employees who worked at your front counter it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:30 pm and your female employee mentioned that it was in the process. At 7:45 pm I asked the young lady employee that I wanted to purchase 7 extra Zax sauce which I paid at the front counter & my food wasn't ready yet until the young lady tripled check my order and asked one of the cooks working in the kitchen for my big order and he clearly told her our order was behind the counter and ready since 7:00 pm. She apologized and mentioned my order was supposed to be pick up at 7:00pm and I told her I do apologize but look at my screenshot order receipt ... It reads order ready at 7:32 pm. Do you think if the order said ready for pick up at 7:00 pm I would of waited until 7:30 pm to pick it it up having friends over ? NO, IT MAKES NO SENSE. Now keep in mind the wings was ready and sitting there for 30 minutes by the time I made it back at home and we get ready to eat ... Do u think the wings were hot? Or cold? My wings were COLD and my fries as well. So we all were very disappointed and my wife decided to reach out to the manager to explain what transpired meanwhile like I already explained as the manager is making his way to talk to my wife his outburst to his employees is ... they ain't going to get no free food? Instead of being understanding without him analyzing what transpired he was already determined we were trying to get something for free and insinuating we we're lying in order get free food! As a business owner myself his actions as a leader were very disappointing and most importantly disrespectful. Does anyone like to eat cold wings or fries? Would he eat cold wings or fries if he purchase them? NO. NO ONE Will! His female employees at the front counter were explaining to him what happened during my visit at pick up and his negligence in resolving the inconvenience we just experienced he was trying to argue and assume we were lying to him & trying to tell my wife that's not what the cook said to the female employee. Now, if you were the customer who was there at the present time everything that happened at the time for pick up how would you feel? He was clearly calling me a LIAR of what was said and how everything transpired. Respectfully, my wife told him we have proof with our receipts and to also keep in mind that you have cameras throughout your facilities especially above the front counter cash registers that he can review them or anyone in corporate can to see if what transpired in my visit is accurate instead in making assumptions! This is the ZAXBY'S at 9569 N. Regency Square! I would NEVER purchase ANYTHING at this location again! NOT COOL instead of stars I give this location 5 thumbs down. It would be nice if corporate reviews the date and time of my visit and run back their video & audio of my visit as well as our phone conversation to find out who is truly in the RIGHT and share this experience with their employees to teach them better customer services practices! I will post pics of both of my receipts with accurate timelines to share with everyone reading this post to come to their own accurate understanding. I would appreciate a proactive resolution and some feedback from corporate management. Thanks read more

First of all chicken is one of the cheapest meats so I don't understand why the prices are so high to begin with. But I digress because the food is bomb. However Zaxby's will no longer be receiving my business or my family. think it's absolutely insane for someone to pay $10+ for all these damn chicken strips and then be given ONE SAUCE. AND THEN ITS EXTRA FOR MORE SAUCE. This is bad enough alone but when you go up to the counter ignorant of this new pathetic rule you're greeted with awful customer service. The woman there straight up ignored me as I was trying to ask for another sauce instead of kindly explaining the new policy. You idiots already make so much money on your overpriced chicken the LEAST you could do is allow people to get lost in the sauce. read more

I remember reading on Twitter this whole rant about how Zaxby's chicken is" made from the wings of angels, dipped in the sweat of God and tastes like the Heavens fried it in love." So after so many raving reviews from the lunatics on Twitter I decided that I had to try this on my own. My boyfriend was not happy that I went without him, considering he wanted to take me for my first time. I ordered the buffalo wings and fries and toast. A bit over priced but the food was delicious. I guess after the reviews I wanted to see how this chicken fared in comparison to KFC, Chik-Fil-A and other chicken joints... I wasn't impressed. I felt the prices were a little steep, the chicken was just above average, but overall service was good and the food was tasty... I'm glad to see the drive-thru does take a little time because it tells me that the food is prepared relatively fresh in comparison to the 3 minutes that McDonald's has to flash cook their food. The food was fresher than most fast food joints and I will be coming back to taste their delicious looking salads. read more

Fast food quality chicken tenders at an affordable price. Food is cooked to order. The drive thru moves faster than the inside register. Really bad experience at a restaurant that is usually great. Refused to honor (and were nasty and dishonest in the process) about a buy one get one free chicken sandwich coupon. The manager essentially called my wife and I liars for trying to use a coupon we had gotten earlier at that exact store (Regency).
