It must have been an off-day but my wrap was nothing to write home about and the fries, well they were just terrible. I wouldn't mind giving this place another shot but it's a long one.

This is one of the best food trucks i've visited. We both ordered the Gyro with fries. It was delicious. Until now we've struggled to find a good gyro in town. This one was perfect and I loved it. Very tasty and very fresh. I cannot wait for them to return to our neighborhood.

Wrap It Up was at Studio Jear's most recent 2 hour Zumba jam and it was a great post workout meal! Every item on their menu sounded fantastic but I went with the Julius, basically a Caesar wrap and fries. The wrap was great. Grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and a great dressing. I considered ordering it as a salad for a second (just add $1 to any wrap) but after getting mine I was glad I didn't. The wrap itself was warm and had nice little grill marks and everything. I think they forgot my fries the first time but as soon as I mentioned it I got a nice, fresh order. The fries were crispy but not too crispy, just how I like them. I haven't seen Wrap It Up out before but I would not hesitate to get food from them again. I really enjoyed my wrap and was intrigued by so many other items on the menu, I'd love to try more.

They say that they have been out for 3 weeks. I have not seen or heard about them till I went to try another new truck. They were right next to each other. This truck offers Meditreen Food and wraps. Everything from stuffed grape leaves and Moroccan mini cigars. Which is some seasoned ground meat wrapped in a phillo dough and fried. On this trip I ordered the Zorba which is a chicken wrap with with romaine, red onions, tomato, feta and cucumbers. All with a dipping sauce of lemon oregano vinaigrette. Which really made the sandwich pop for me. They do have a few other things that I want to try also. So I will hopefully run into them again.

Good food but I asked for spinach salad but they gave me romaine. The chickef was excellent but i found a dark hair at the bottom of my salad. So gross!

This food truck stopped by my job today and I ordered the Jasmine Wrap. It had gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, spinach & onion. I omitted the tomatoes. Very good and I would eat there again. My wrap was $9.

    Moroccan Kofta! Delicious

A Zorba wrap: grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, red bell peppers, cucumber kalamata olives (quickly becoming my favorite type of olive), feta, and lemon oregano vinaigrette.

I've tried the s'mores pretzel, the pizza pretzel, and a classic salted pretzel with queso on the side, and honestly... no misses. The salted pretzel is soft on the inside, perfectly chewy, and that queso? Dangerous. Warm, creamy, and the perfect amount of salty to make you keep dipping until it's gone. The pizza pretzel is exactly what you want when you can't decide between carbs and pizza -- fluffy pretzel dough loaded with sauce and cheese that actually tastes balanced, not greasy. But the s'mores pretzel deserves its own shoutout. Chocolate, marshmallow, graham vibes all wrapped in a warm pretzel is unreal. Sweet, melty, and 100% worth the mess. Everything is fresh, hot, and made with care, and it's become one of those booths I actively look for every weekend. If you see this truck at a market, do yourself a favor and get in line. You won't regret it.

I didn't know what I was in the mood for so asked for a surprise and they didn't disappoint. This food truck serves the great gyros as well. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you're craving authentic and delicious gyros, look no further. I will definitely be coming back for more! Halal Food in Sunni Islam - Conditions (Translated and Organized)…read more In Sunni Islamic jurisprudence, "halal food" refers to food that is permissible according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad . It must meet several conditions related to the nature of the food, its preparation, slaughtering process, and consumption. 1) Lawful Nature of the Food Itself The basic rule is that all foods are permissible unless there is clear evidence of prohibition. Forbidden foods include: * Pork and its derivatives * Carnivorous animals (such as lions, wolves, dogs) * Animals declared impure or harmful * Animals explicitly prohibited in Islamic texts (e.g., domesticated donkeys in most cases) 2) Conditions of Islamic Slaughter (Dhabihah) For meat to be halal, the animal must be slaughtered correctly: * The slaughterer must be a Muslim or, according to many Sunni scholars, from the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab) * The name of Allah must be mentioned at the time of slaughter ("Bismillah") * The windpipe, esophagus, and main blood vessels in the neck must be cut * A sharp instrument must be used to minimize suffering * Blood must be fully drained from the body * The animal must be alive before slaughter 3) Purity and Absence of Impurity (Najasa) Food must be free from any religious impurity, such as: * Flowing blood * Urine and excrement * Contamination from impure substances or unclean surfaces * Contact with alcohol if considered ritually impure or prohibited in consumption 4) No Mixing with Haram Ingredients Even if the base food is halal, it becomes haram if mixed with prohibited substances: * Alcohol or intoxicants used as food ingredients * Pork-based gelatin or enzymes * Fats or oils derived from forbidden animals * Any additive derived from impure or prohibited sources 5) Lawful Means of Acquisition and Preparation The food must be obtained through lawful means: * Honest trade and lawful purchase * No theft or usurpation * No use of unlawful wealth such as interest (riba), bribery, or fraud 6) Utensils and Cooking Equipment * Utensils must be clean and free from najasa (impurity) * If previously contaminated, they must be properly purified according to Islamic rules * Utensils of People of the Book are generally permissible if clean 7) Intention and Consumption Ethics * Food should not be used to harm oneself or others * Excessive waste (israf) is prohibited * It must not be used directly for sinful purposes Summary In Sunni Islam, halal food is not only about the type of meat. It is a complete system involving: * lawful ingredients * proper slaughtering * purity from impurities * lawful earning and preparation * ethical consumption

I opted for beef bulgogi and it came with rice, a fried dumpling, japchae, kimchi, pickled veggies, Korean rolled egg, bean sprouts, and a couple of other sides. The food was ready faster than the 15 minutes quoted, which was great. I enjoyed the bulgogi. It was tender and had good flavor. The pickled veggies and kimchi were the most flavorful sides. I also liked the japchae. The dumpling was too greasy, as evidenced by the grease in the wrapper and the egg and rice didn't have much flavor. The egg needed salt. I really wanted - and should've ordered - the Korean hot dog...next time. This place has great customer service and packaging. It's a bit pricey at $20 for what you get or for comparable options, which are within the $15-17 range.

You can also make any of the burgers using Beyond Meat! We ordered: +the Mercury - made with 2 patties of grass-fed halal beef, yellow American cheese, caramelized onions, crunchy potatoes, Galaxy sauce, Rocket Sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on a potato bun +Cosmic Fries - shoestring fries with house seasoning and Parmesan, served with a side of Cosmic sauce The burgers were described as 'smashburgers', so the patties were cooked all the way through (which I prefer!); the burger itself was actually okay, but there was something in there that made it taste slightly off - either it was the caramelized onions, the Galaxy sauce, or the Rocket sauce, there was something that was a bit too sugary/sweet; I think without this element, the burger would have been better! Maybe I'd ask for the sauces to be served on the side. The fries were okay - they did fill the styrofoam box to the brim and was generous in serving two cups of the Cosmic sauce; I think these could have been dropped fresh, as when we received them, they seemed as if they were prepared in advance and was sitting for a bit. Service was super friendly and welcoming! I ordered online for takeout and got the Mercury combo (Mercury burger & cosmic fries) for 15$ and the Venus wings for 135. The mercury burger was by far my favorite item I had but i was expecting that it would be a little bigger with the price tag but I ain't mad at it, it was still a great burger nonetheless. The cosmic fries were below average and that could stem from the way the fries are made (shoestring style) but even then the seasoning on it was nothing special. The cosmic fries came with a cosmic sauce that was great and was a perfect addition to the burger. The Venus wings were solic with pretty good texture but ridiculously overpriced with a price tag of 13$ for 5 wings which is a scam, if you charging 15$ for wings they gotta be the best wings ever (they weren't). The Buffalo sauce that comes with the wings was definitely hot and the bba and ranch were decent. All in all, it's a solid spot that ! could see myself coming back to for their Mercury burger.
