This time as they parked themselves in my work area, it was on. The lady in the truck was cranking out crepes two at a time for a small group of people. I looked over the menu and had a hard time deciding what crepe to get. I finally bit the bullet and ordered the Parisian crepe, with gruyere, ham, and Dijon mustard. She said it was her favorite and went to work on it. In about 5 minutes it was done. She put it in a crepe holder, explained how to eat from it and I was on my way back to the office. I did have to put it in my car's cup holder on the way back as I didn't want to lay it down anywhere and risk the contents spilling out. It was worth the care I took. The crepe while it was good still felt like something was missing from it maybe, another meat or a veggie. But it did it's job and quelled the hunger. I will be back to try other crepes though.

It didn't last long and I felt like most of the filling sunk to the bottom of the Crepe, if you're holding it upright. Yeah yeah it makes sense since gravity is a given, but it didn't even taste like the chocolate touched the edges. I recommend this truck though due to the flavour ness of the crepes and the ladies were sweet as well, but keep in mind the dessert crepes are not as filling as you'd want it nor proportioned correctly.

Not the largest menu but I like it that way. When the menu is focused on what it specializes in, the food is always better. I've eaten at this truck on multiple occasions and it's delicious every time. I am a bit of a wrap snob with regards to ingredient ratio. I like a balanced portion of each ingredient and the ABC wrap is always perfect portion ratios of bacon, cheese, chicken and avocado with no ingredient over powering another. I love the wrap itself too. Its a garlic herb wrap that I have not been able to find anywhere. It adds such a great flavor. Other wraps we've gotten before are the steak and brie panini which was also delicious. The toast can sometimes come out a little too toasted/dry and can scratch the roof of your mouth but that is common with many toasted sandwiches. Also have had the mozzarella and tomato panini. Very much like a caprese grilled sandwich and was delicious too. All in all, I love this place and look forward to it coming to my neighborhood. The owner is always pleasant and probably remembers me and my order at this point. He is the only one that works at the truck so when it's busy it does take a while to order/get your food. Lol.

I didn't want much of a meal so I chose the pretzel. I live pretzels. I ordered just a salted pretzel. My expectation was a homemade pretzel with some sort of twist or umph I wouldn't receive from a chain or freezer grocery aisle pretzel. I was let down. The pretzel was hot and it was soft but there was nothing special about it. Honestly it seemed like a pretzel from the freezer aisle that was warmed. Also there was garlic Parm butter on it, on top of the heavy sea salt and I only wanted salted. I took it back to my office kitchen area and wiped it down with paper towels to remove the heavy salt. For $6 I was disappointed.

However, and this may be just my opinion but, if you're going to call your food truck "The Fried Egg" perhaps eggs should be a part of the make up of most of you menu items. However, the young lady informed me that unfortunately they only had 4 eggs left and that they all fell and broke on the floor before my burger was ready. So she handed me a $1 bill as a refund. The owner also said the cinnamon roll were good, and that's another favorite to try on a future visit. They also had lumpia on this Saturday, but were out of empanadas by the time we got there after noon. Prices were reasonable: $10.81 with tax for the three items. I'd like to try this place again.
