I went in tonight for a quick bite before running around to do errands. The restaurant was clean. The guy who took my order was rude. He was wearing a beanie. I didn't get his name. And didn't give me my receipt. No wonder why people don't stop in here at night. I said my order was for here. He put my order in a bag. I politely asked if I could have a tray. He snarked at me i don't give out trays in the evening its a breakfast kind of thing.. but angerly gave me a tray and hurried away before I could even mutter anything else out but was try to say sorry and ask for some mayo packets. He didn't come back to the counter. The cook had to come out of the back to help me. It was only 730pm. For a business that is on social media reminding people that they are open at night they aren't very inviting when you try to come in and sit down and eat inside the restaurant. I would rather drive across town to the other Hardee's than put up with an employee that is bothered by costomers and is worried about doing dishes.. basically bothered to provide basic customer service. read more

Chef Joseph here. Ate breakfast at Hardee's again this morning. I love the loaded omelette biscuit, litle tater toots, and coffee. The loaded omelette is so delicious, 5 stars just for the bisket. I only go to this location Hardee's the one on state st looks like it is closing down. read more

The Chicken Tenders were very good it was like heaven, the fries tasted delicious and hot and the medium Coca-Cola was pretty good as well. The service was high-speed and the cashier was kind and gave us our order in 4 minutes. The inside of the restaurant was pretty clean and it wasn't so busy because there was no one there except for us and the employees. I recommend Hardee's on 1215 W Main St in Greenfield, IN for when you want to have a daytime television lunch and you're in the Greenfield area. read more

Sitting at the drive thru and the "lady" packaging my order drops the receipt on the visibly greasy nasty floor. She picks it up and sticks it in my bag with my food, then tries to hand me the bag. I told her that I saw what she did and that it was disgusting. She says "whatever" and takes it in the back to fix it. Hmmm. I left w/o my food. Out $8.00 but at least I didn't eat the spit and cockroach that was sure put into my food. This restaurant is disgusting and filthy. We all feel for restaurants and what they are going thru but this one appears to deserve the hardships. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The drive through could hardly work and I was given attitude. The manager got mad at me when she realized she messed up my order. And the way that she talked to her employees was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. The service was very fast and efficient in the drive thru line. The sandwich kind of looked like a hot dog cut in lengths and put on the sandwich. The hash browns where very crispy and good. Went thru drive through this morning for quick cup of coffee. Asked female order taker to please put 2 creams in it. For some nutty reason, Hardee's won't put it in unless you tell them & will just hand you 2 packs of cream when you get your coffee. Not sure how they think anyone driving wants to pull to the side, open the lid on a really hot cup of coffee & put it in?? Either way, I arrive at the window & sure enough they haven't put it in as I politely requested & he hands me the 2 packs of cream. When I called it to his attention, he told me he had already poured the cup & couldn't make things right. How hard would it be for him to just get another cup & do it as requested. Just customer service 101 I would think. Never again here. read more

Went here for dinner last night. It was awful. The cashier didn't understand that I was trying to order a monster thickburger. I asked for it plain and it was loaded with pickles and tomatoes. It took 4 times to get my order a crossed to him. The burger was not fully cooked. I will never go back. The fries were dripping with grease. read more
