This place needs a serious overhaul. The building is falling apart. Food was meh. Fish is mostly coating and dripping with grease. Corn was inedible, mostly dried out and lots of brown kernels. Long Johns used to be really good and I was looking forward to it. We wont go again. read more

My husband and I stopped at Long John Silver's to get our fix. The heat just about made us leave. I asked why it was so hot in there? No one knew, the second time I said what is going on in here its 60 outside the manager finally checked the thermostat and the girl had turned it on and it was 83° in there Very ashamed of how run down. Tables were all dirty. Lobby in general. Bathrooms were disgusting. All this with one manager & 3 workers. One was even lying in a booth on his phone. We waited a long time for our food so I thought well at least it will be fresh not! Fries were cold fish was over cooked little hard. What has happen to customer service. I will NEVER go here again. $30 for two meals. Cashier tells me to drive around and wait for my food, even though there isn't another car in sight....and want the entire time I waited. Get home, no Cole slaw, no French fries. Shrimp is not cooked through. Called to let them know and after 20 rings, recording says we're busy, hang up and call back. read more

Not good customer service , we sat at the window 15 minutes before even speaking to anyone and she was on a call the whole time on her personal phone even when "speaking" to us. Broken window outside with glass just laying there, very unwell kept building overall. read more

haven't been to this place in years. And from getting out of my car to going through the front door (with the annoying buzzer) I should have listened to my inner self and turned around and left. But I didn't and got the almost $15 #5, which was the fish & more. Tried to eat lunch there today. Door said they open at 10:00AM. It was 11:20AM and doors were locked. Won't be back!

Everything tastes the same no matter what you order. Slow service and kinda on the expensive side for what you get.

So disappointing. Locked doors and can only do drive through. The chicken planks have gotten smaller, less tasty, and of course cost more. The outside is so unappealing and in big need of a face lift. Use to be so much better for a Long John's read more

We were driving down 40 one night and it was cold, rainy and windy. I noticed something out of the corner of my eye and when I looked over I saw an old man with a beard dressed in a rain coat and boots standing in front of LJS. I am not sure what BS is going on here at this Greenfield store. The dining room has been closed during the day multiple times we have stopped in. I called 17 February at the restaurants number at 317 462 2885 and asked the person specifically, "is your dining room open?" They said yes it was. So we drove 20 minutes and when e arrived the doors were both locked and no signs were posted. There were people inside behind the counter but they would not come to the door. I called them from the parking lot several times and no one answered the phone. At this point we have completely given up on this place. Time for Red Lobster to close up shop cuz LJS is on top. I went to the Greenfield location and they treated me like a Kardashian treats a rapper....red carpet treatment all around. I had the FSP and the fish was good but the shrimp was like seeing a 1989 Playboy for the first time. You know what to expect, but you still get caught up in the moment. This leads me to my next highlight. This LJS had hotties galore. The place was crawling with them...they all had Chris Rock bottoms too that needed a good ol will smith slap. This was not a good visit for my seniors. The restaurant was very slow and missed up a few of my seniors orders. The floor was greasy and very slippery and I was worried about my seniors even walking around on the floor. The food was very greasy. The parking lot was small. My seniors was not happy with this out to lunch outing. read more

The staff here is superb, they have hired some quality people!! Very polite and helpful! The fish is always crispy and cooked well. I have not found the place to be messy or dirty when visiting on weekends, when I know it's their busier times. Keep up the good work! read more

Ordered baked fish today - really I have seen shrimp bigger than what we received - pitiful - better off buying a hotdog at local gas station spinning around on rollers for hours with bugs stuck on it - at least it will be cheaper than baked fish dinner at Long Johns! read more

After my husband waited for 15 minutes at the drive through, with only one car ahead of him, he was given the wrong order. He had to return and get the correct one. He was told that there was no malted vinegar (seriously?). The food that he brought home was barely edible. One piece of fish was almost all breading and all of the fish was dry and over cooked. The corn had pepper on it and I despise pepper. We hadn't been to this restaurant in a few years because of how poor the food and service were. We decided to give them another chance. The last time I visited this restaurant, I thought I was going to lose my guts. My family and I ordered the family meal pack, we ordered 6 fish and 2 chicken, I ate one piece of the fish, and ended up not being able to eat anything else because the grease made my stomach curdle.
