This place is top notch no bs value oriented top quality tubs and service. I purchased a hotspring envoy for about 13.5 not 1 regret. The owner is chill and no pressure laid back I don't see it in his dna to bs or hard sell even if he wanted too. I had my own concrete guys for the pad and crane company but he referred a specialized hot tub guy for the electrical. It was nuts having it craned over my house from the other side of street in pv that was the worst part of my experience. Make sure they bring the right size crane if you need one. One that alarms don't do off in while outstretched. Btw I also checked out a place in Long Beach they wanted 2k more for exact spa. This was during the height of COVID with supply chain issues and he didn't even upcharge. read more

I've been a customer of Harbor Spa for almost 2 years and I have never been dissatisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, support or prices. It's a family owned and operated business that has established itself with honesty, customer service, quality, and a huge selection of the best spa's and the absolute BEST pricing in town. When my wife and I tested the models out, we saw a HUGE difference in the quality and performance of the Tiger Springs SPA vs a Jacuzzi brand SPA. Rick gave us an awesome price on a Jacuzzi model that my wife and I love. Rick's quote for a Jacuzzi model with twin motors and a zillion spa jets in lower than other competitors spas with less features! Rick has a great network of both electricans, installers, and gazebo providers so you can get what you need in one place. In addition, Harbor Spas carrys all the chemicals, strips, and replacement parts that you will need in stock! We left and returned later that week to give Rick our business. After the installation, the spa looked fantastic! Rick sent a great crew to perform the electrical work and deliver and install the jacuzzi. His team worked quickly & efficiently, completing the work in record time. Rick called us on every step to answer questions and be sure everything was to our satisfaction. His team's communication with me was absolutely outstanding. Their work and attention to detail is above and beyond anything we ever expected. We went to Harbor Spa to just "take a look" at a hot tub. Cut to 30 minutes later after speaking with the owner, Rick, as we put a deposit down on a Hot Springs Spa. Rick is a total straight shooter, gave us all the information we needed, discussed the differences between Jacuzzi and Hot Springs without bias, answered all our questions and then helped us order the exact spa (color and style) that we wanted. There was a lengthy waiting list so we didn't expect to get our spa for 5-6 months. But Rick was able to procure our spa two months earlier than expected. He also helped me coordinate and set up an appointment for a crane to haul it over our house, put me in touch with a guy who made a concrete platform for us, and even gave us the number of an excellent electrician who came out and wired us for 220. All of his guys were great! We had a small problem with a jet not working and we called up Rick who walked us through a simple fix. I had purchased a Jacuzzi from another dealer a while back before I knew about Harbor Spas. 4 1/2 years later when it needed to be serviced, they didn't want to come out since they were in the valley and said it was too far (but obviously wasn't to far to deliver the Jacuzzi I purchased). I contacted Rick and he sent someone out to my place and took care of the bad pump that was under warranty at no charge. He was super cool and just took care of business for me even though he didn't sell me the spa. I found out about Rick and Harbor Spas from my realtor friend and he came highly recommended. I visited the show room and brought my measurements for the space in which I intended the spa to be placed. He was very knowledgeable about the products I was considering and very patient with me! No high pressure sales and I trusted him right away. He suggested an electrician to add a dedicated line for the new spa and he arranged for my old "soft tub" to be removed. My location had only pebbles in place so the electrician suggested that I investigate the "easy matt" in which I purchased and am happy that I did because it is level and looks like a professional install with out the permit and without the hassle of having a cement grid poured. Bought a Jacuzzi tub from Rick as part of a backyard landscaping project. He has been great to deal with, including delaying delivery when my backyard project fell behind schedule. He is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different models, even when that leads to a less expensive model. For instance, in the showroom I was attracted to a tub with a shiny hi-tech finish on the inside. Rick pointed out that the tub is usually covered and when being used is filled with water so no need to spend for the fancy finish.
